The CFR's own published minutes are talking about DESTROYING TREES (which could absorb CO2) and AEROSOL SPRAYING the sky and we're talking about barium and aluminium at this point (document link & relevant sample below).

Aerosol spraying itself is totally COUNTER PRODUCTIVE because you have to jet-fuel the aerosols into the atmosphere, compounding the so-called CO2 problem. And round the polluting carousel goes....

Among all geoengineering schemes, those currently considered most feasible involve increasing the planetary albedo, that is, reflecting more sunlight back into space before it can be absorbed. There are a number of different methods that could be used to increase the planet’s reflectivity:

1. Add more small reflecting particles in the upper part of the atmosphere (the stratosphere which is located between 15 and 50 kilometers above the Earth’s surface).
2. Add more clouds in the lower part of the atmosphere (the troposphere)
3. Place various kinds of reflecting objects in space either near the earth or at a stable location between the earth and the sun.
4. Change large portions of the planet's land cover from things that are dark (absorbing) such as trees to things that are light (reflecting) such as open snowcover or grasses.

They are insane.  It is horrific that they are able to get away with doing this to the planet.   A few creeps with personality problems. I think this is a cover for attacking the human immune system, amongst other things.
They want to reduce the amount of sunlight reaching the earth in order to effect the public’s ability to produce vitamin D, which is essential for proper immune system functioning.

there's an INFO WAR going on and I can't tell what's what (part of the plan, I guess) here's a response from a HEAVY METALS professor when I sent him info about elevated levels of Barium in air particulate over Wytham Woods, Oxford and the fact that ALL MILITARY PLANES from RAF Brize Norton, and I quote:

Barium is not a known neuro-toxin. Its main effects (in high doses) are increased blood pressure and reduced kidney function.  If you would like further information on barium, you may wish to read the international review of barium which has been published by the World Health Organization International Programme on Chemical Safety,  available at http://www.inchem.org/documents/cicads/cicads/cicad33.htm#1.0

I also received a stiff response from MET OFFICE that 'they've been advised' that no military CHEMTRAILS operations hare taking place in UK. Rather vague, if you ask me, a bit smoke & mirrorsy

If there is anything that pisses me off more than this new death care bill, it's chemtrails. From what I've been able to ascertain, the big three toxins coming out of these chemtrails are barium, aluminum oxide, and ethylene dibromide.

And the f**king officials aren't talking.
