they are f-----king with your being state of mind telling you are part of the team then they are going to search you. this is classic standard operating procedure .  It is a control of the mind nothing to do with stealing have they upped the flouride in the water they just might be doing a test run to see if the workers are getting enough dose. If someone wants to rip off the company they will strip searches or not.  Dont let it get to you cause that is what they want.

Precisely.

You'd have to look at the laws concerning employment in your state, but in general, private employers (companies, payers, or whatever you want to call them) are not as restricted as those engaged in the performance of the functions of a public office.  Careful while you're researching this because there is a huge distinction between the two.

The first 10 Articles in Amendment to the U.S. Constitution do not apply to the State governments generally... see BARRON v. CITY OF BALTIMORE, 32 U.S. 243 ... and certainly do not apply to private employers.  Look first to your State constitution for general protections (it will be stated as such) and to your State statutory laws regarding employers (and conditions of corporate status).  If you find nothing there upon which to base a legal argument, then find work elsewhere.  Generally, and excluding certain extreme situations, private contracts trump general legal protections.

If we're on the same team, shouldn't we strip-search each other.

Tell you boss to go first.  Then walk off with his pants.
