Here is the registry of his private pilots license, it says his address is not availible.  He is WELL CERTIFIED!  He has an IFR Multi-engine rating, but is just a private pilot.

I went back and looked.  Stack sold the pilatus to this company in 1998 where it looks like he used the money to buy this plane, also in 1998.

When you go to flightaware and type in the tail number of ANY aircraft, that tail number corresponds to a mode s transponder, which is used by the FAA to track your aircraft.

Flightaware says this planes last flight using the mode s transponder was August 6 2009.

I am almost positive, but I am checking, that VFR flights are followed just as like IFR flight are, so no flight plan is needed for flightaware to track you.  This plane may still be in a hanger at GTU.

Okay, I checked.

Flightaware does track VFR (no flight plan) flights if you use what they call "flight following."  It is not required, but helpful in going your route.  Some pilots like it some don't, some use it, some don't.
