Scott Brown sympathizes with Austin bomber: ‘No one likes paying taxes, obviously’

By Sahil Kapur

When does it become somewhat understandable to want to fly planes into buildings?

Appearing on Fox News, newly-minted Sen. Scott Brown (R-MA) showed notable sympathy and scant outrage for Joseph Stack, who crashed his airplane into an IRS building Thursday in an apparent suicide bombing Thursday.

"You don't know anything about the individual," Brown said. "He could have had other issues. Certainly, no one likes paying taxes, obviously."

Stack's writings strongly suggest he was motivated by anti-government outrage as he had written fuming anti-tax, anti-IRS, and anti-health care reform screeds in internet message postings.

He even wrote what appears to be a politically charged suicide note dated the day of the bombing and signed "Joe Stack (1956-2010)." It contained the words, "Well Mr. Big Brother IRS man... take my pound of flesh and sleep well" and was obtained by Talking Points Memo.

Sane, this was what the Perry insider was talking about! C'mon! The minute someone makes a link to what her campaign says and what "Stack manifesto" says, game over. Its the FIRST dirty trick I would pull, a Guiliani, the 911 candidate.

I'm willing to take heat, but I'm telling you from logistics, I couldn't ask for a better crisis. Sorry, I hate how this is going down as much as the rest. As long as they have kept things as lone nut, this will die down.

I feel that this is important to the subject so I've added this in with this thread since this seems to be the main thread on the overall topic.

bwaaaaaaaaaaahahahaha...

this will be perfect evidence to expose the Sunstein trolls as every comment is logged with all sorts of information by over 500 different intelligence agencies.

keep exposing yourselves Sunstein Trolls.

Joseph Andrew Stack Did Software Work For Hughes Aircraft, Warner Bros Studios Stores, More
Gillian Reagan | Feb. 18, 2010, 2:37 PM

Software engineer Joseph Andrew Stack, the pilot who intentionally crashed a plane in Texas this morning, did contract work for several companies including Hughes Aircraft, Equinox Industries/Warner Brothers Studio Stores, Sorrento Electronics, according to his business website.

He ran a firmware/software development service company called Embedded Art. Here's a description of his business, from his homepage:

Embedded Art is a small independent software house, specializing in process control and automation. In its current form it represents the culmination of 20 years of experience in the software development consulting business. Founded by Joe Stack in 1983 (under the name of Prowess Engineering) in Southern California, the company thrived for 15 years until shifting focus to the Sacramento area to take advantage of growth in the Silicon Valley.

Now, 5 years later, the expertise of Embedded Art has landed in the Austin Area expecting to lend a hand to the growing high technology industry in South-Central Texas.

The concept behind the success of Embedded Art is that we provide the experience and muscle for addressing complex software engineering development tasks. Much of today's programming is a step-wise refinement of previous development projects. With 20 years of experience, we provide the expertise that can effectively navigate around many of the pitfalls that snare the unseasoned engineer (indeed, we've seen many of the same mistakes made again and again by the inexperienced).

Here's his list of clients and the description of his projects, according to the site:

Cylink Corporation
Project: The Cylink CY8300 IPSec high-performance security processor

DMC Stratex Networks
Project: The Spectrum and Altium product lines, high-capacity wireless communication platforms (i.e., microwave radios)

Why is Cylink highlighted in red?  Perhaps I have found a possible motive.  Perhaps Joe Stack wasn't going to play ball with Jay Rockefeller/Snowe/CSIS/NCOIC/Cyber Tyranny mandates over all software coding.  Sounds to me like he had non-backdoored, proprietary, real security technologies that his company developed.  And therefore, he had to be killed.  Fake suicide note, replete with remote control commandeering of his plane, flown into the building, and concocting a completely fake story as to why it happened.

Limiting encryption may open doors to criminals

Stefanie Olsen and Robert Lemos, ZDNet News ZDNet US

A new call for limits on encryption technology is finding weak political support in the United States, despite a looming clandestine war against terrorism that is likely to hinge on the effectiveness of police and military intelligence.

In response to attacks this month on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, Senator Judd Gregg, a New Hampshire Republican, said he favoured establishing mandatory backdoors in the software used to scramble digital messages and to ensure that only the intended recipient can read the contents.

The spectre of unbreakable encryption falling into the hands of criminals, terrorists and hostile governments has long been used to promote policies limiting commercial data-scrambling products. Such arguments are out of date, however, according to many experts. Critics include not only civil libertarians and a self-interested software industry, but those concerned with preventing terrorism as well.

Two factors have decisively changed the playing field: So-called strong encryption technology is already widely available and can't realistically be recalled. In addition, fear of cyberattacks hitting strategic targets such as electrical grids and nuclear power plants has raised the stakes for domestic security.

"The danger in weakening encryption is that our infrastructure would become even less secure," said Bill Crowell, a former deputy director of the National Security Agency, the organisation charged with gathering electronic intelligence for the military and protecting the United States' own communications networks. "There is no indication that the administration is serious about these proposals."

Already, some members of Congress are readying opposition to Gregg's proposal.

Representative Bob Goodlatte, a Virginia Republican and longtime critic of anti-encryption measures, said he is working to build Senate opposition for such a bill that equals momentum in the House. Goodlatte belongs to a camp of lawmakers that believes such legislation would be a threat to national security.

"It's not a matter of privacy vs security, but security vs security," Goodlatte said in an interview.

"Encryption protects our national security," he said. "It protects the controls of everything from nuclear power plants to the New York Stock Exchange, government communications, credit cards and the electric power grid. Encryption plays a critical role in our entire communication system, and to require that a backdoor be built into that system is just an incredibly dangerous thing to do."

Former NSA Deputy Director Crowell, now president and chief executive of security software maker Cylink, said intelligence and law enforcement agencies will have to find other ways to gather information than plucking it from the ether.

"Yes, it's hard," he said. "But that is the world that we live in today. I think the alternative of having banks, companies and the government use weak encryption is not a good one."

Gregg stated that he would present legislation to create a "quasi-judicial entity," appointed by the Supreme Court, that would act as an independent third party giving authority to the lawmakers with proper warrants to crack encrypted documents.

"This judicial element would have the ability, with absolute search-and-seizure rights protected, to get access to security keys with cooperation from the industry," said Brian Hart, press secretary for the senator.

Gregg is discussing the proposal with other senators and is waiting to see Attorney General John Ashcroft's full anti-terrorism recommendation, expected to be released next week, Hart said.

"We want to defer to the president and the Bush administration to combat terrorism," he said.

For law enforcement and officials of the newly formed Office of Homeland Security, encryption holds both a promise and a threat.

Today's encryption technology allows anyone with a PC to scramble their email and files so that even the most powerful computers in the world would take centuries, if not longer, to crack the code. Only the correct key can decipher the original message.

On one hand, encryption has made the Internet more secure. In the past, most information on the Internet was sent in plain text with no encryption protecting it. Anyone listening on the line could capture passwords, financial transactions or personal emails. Today, the ability to encrypt the content of messages has heightened the security of the Internet.

However, that same ability to scramble messages has left lawful authorities bereft of any ability to eavesdrop on suspected terrorists when encryption is being used. Although there is no evidence yet that encryption was used by the terrorists that attacked the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, many consider it likely.

The dangers of giving criminals the ability to hold absolutely private communications has been debated often in the past decade.

In the late '90s, a group of federal regulators including former FBI Director Louis Freeh and former Attorney General Janet Reno championed legislation that required encryption software to include government safeguards and that restricted US exports.

The Clinton administration introduced a proposal for technology known as the "Clipper Chip," or an extra key held by the government, which could with a warrant unlock encrypted electronic messages for criminal investigations. The proposal met with opposition from the American public, businesses and foreign governments, and eventually failed. Critics said foreign consumers or businesses would not buy US encryption software accessible by the US government.

"Everyone gets really nervous when you start talking about backdoors because you have to trust the other fellow a lot," said James Lewis, director for the technology and public policy program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, based in Washington D.C.

"If you put domestic restrictions on US encryption use, it doesn't do any good, because first, there are real costs to the economy -- the Internet is weakened -- and second, without the cooperation of every other crypto supplier in the world, it doesn't prevent terrorists from getting their crypto from somewhere else," Lewis said. "None of these issues have changed."

For now, Gregg seems unlikely to gain many adherents.

Scott Schnell, senior vice president of corporate development for encryption technology seller RSA Data Security, argued that a backdoor could make the Internet far more vulnerable to attack.

"The fatal flaw is that if the terrorist ends up with a key [to a backdoor], it could be disastrous," he said. "A single key could compromise a whole company or a large segment of the population."

Rather than preventing terrorism, argued Schnell, Gregg's proposal would empower terrorists by allowing them to focus their attack on a single weakness.

"The proposal not only wouldn't work, but it would force the country to pay a huge penalty to get access to a small body of potential evidence," he said.

Privacy advocates weighed in against the proposal as well. Richard Smith, chief technology officer for the Denver-based Privacy Foundation, characterised any potential encryption laws as a "total waste of time."

"It will take years to get updated forms of the software, assuming that people will even upgrade voluntarily," Smith said. Worse, such legislation would have little effect on terrorists who could just use the software publicly available now. "The bad guys will keep using the old products without the backdoors."
[INSERT:  This was (and is) the perfect excuse they are already beginning to use to internationalize all software globally.]

Steve Bellovin, a security researcher with ATT Labs, said any impression the United States has of pre-eminence in the encryption field is wrongheaded. The encryption algorithm to be used by the US government in the future, known as the Advanced Encryption Standard, was originally developed by two Belgian scientists.

Terrorists outside the United States will have access to such expertise, he said. "These people are not stupid," he said. "They will write their own code. I know high-school students who could take the AES specification and write a program."

Gregg hopes to head that off by enlisting other nations' help. One key to legislation would be the cooperation of governments around the world, which Gregg has urged in congressional hearings. Global enforcement is essential to ensuring that terrorists and hackers are unable to obtain encryption software without backdoors.

But opponents to encryption laws believe such cooperation to be impossible.

"Because you can download software on the Internet, people outside the country could sell encryption without a backdoor," said the Privacy Foundation's Smith. "To have practical value, it would have to have worldwide enforcement, and plenty of countries wouldn't want to do this."

Development Services

Throughout our twenty-year history we have grown as the software industry as it has grown. Twenty years ago the industry largely regarded the development of end-user software to be an entirely different pursuit than that of an embedded controller application. The main reason being because the operating environments were vastly different. Firmware generally was associated with tight processing constraints in minimally capable hardware environments (and, of course, was burned into ROM).

In recent years, however because of the proliferation of low cost, abundantly capable microprocessors and support hardware, the difference between the embedded firmware operating environment and that of the typical end user application has become almost insignificant.

It is not at all unusual to find embedded systems with a multitasking operating system, a full network protocol stack, a relational SQL database server, a multi-user graphical user interface server and more.

Visit our list of Environment Element Components page to see a catalog of some of the many processors, protocols, languages, libraries, and facilities we have worked with over the years.

Embedded Systems Development

In this age, almost every device we encounter that is electrical has some kind of electronic automation. Microprocessor controllers play a part in everything from devices as simple as home appliances to complex computer peripherals. Over the years, we've produced firmware for a wide spectrum of these fascinating devices.
Embedded System Development Areas of Specialization

In every firmware development process there are frequently trouble spots which engineers encounter. Our experience in these areas allows us to help insure a development effort will remains on schedule, and within budget. Some specific areas include:

        * Environment Development
        * Microprocessor Start-up Code
        * Operating System Integration
        * Device Driver Implementation
        * Algorithm and Process Refinement
        * Firmware Product Maintainability

End-User Application Development

Our end-user application development experience started with an interactive text editor built for a port of Unix back in the early 1980's. Since then, we've garnered praise from numerous customers (Western Digital, Sorrento Electronics, Warner Bros. Studio Stores, and many more) for the demonstration of our ability to define application user interfaces that present information in a clear, concise, and efficient format which is intuitive and productive for the user.
Software Quality Assurance

In software engineering circles, it's an odd fact of lift that many of the most talented developers have an aversion to both the Software Quality Assurance (SQA) and the documentation processes. It has been our experience that one of the most expensive mistakes a company can make is to short-change the SQA process.

No amount of effort will turn up all possible software problems (indeed, any given module only functions within its specification in a tightly controlled context). However, the key to achieving stellar results from SQA efforts lies in understanding how a given software environment works and what must be done to methodically examine each possible failure point.
Technical Documentation

Writing high quality, comprehensive documentation (whether it's a requirement specification or an end-user document) and designing an efficient software algorithm are very similar exercises. In both cases it takes skill and dexterity at defining a problem to be solved, organizing just the right pieces of information into the optimal order so that everything is presented as it is needed, and carefully presenting all that is necessary and nothing more.

Designing a good documentation set can be almost as complicated as a good systems design (and every bit as important). However, many of the technical writer staff (while highly qualified authors) have a poor grasp of the documentation tools and the ramifications of how to design a system that can live and breath in an engineering department over the years without quickly becoming unmanageable and obsolete. We've solved this problem, and have the know-how to do it again with the next generation of tools.

Another repost for those of you who are unaware...

Hey NRO, how stupid do you think we are?

National Reconnaissance Office
plane-into-building exercise during 9/11

http://www.oilempire.us/nro.html

The US National Reconnaissance Office, which operates spy satellites, was conducting a simulation of a plane crash into their headquarters (near Dulles Airport in Virginia) on September 11!

For more about the NRO, see www.fas.org/irp/nro/index.html

This war game was not a "terrorism" exercise - but it did simulate a plane going off course (on the approach to nearby Dulles Airport) and crashing into the NRO's headquarters, control center for US spy satellites. This war game was to test the emergency response procedures in the event of this type of accident, and included practice evacuation of the buildings. It is very damning that the war game planners (of all of the war games, not merely this one) ensured that the NRO's headquarters was largely evacuated at precisely the time that 9/11 was taking place, which minimized the number of officials who were able to monitor the events via the Pentagon's satellite intelligence systems.

(08-21) 15:08 PDT WASHINGTON (AP) --

"Agency planned exercise on Sept. 11 built around a plane crashing into a building"
By John J. Lumpkin, Associated Press
WASHINGTON [September 2002]

"In what the government describes as a bizarre coincidence, one U.S. intelligence agency was planning an exercise last Sept. 11 in which an errant aircraft would crash into one of its buildings. But the cause wasn't terrorism -- it was to be a simulated accident.

"Officials at the Chantilly, Va.-based National Reconnaissance Office had scheduled an exercise that morning in which a small corporate jet would crash into one of the four towers at the agency's headquarters building after experiencing a mechanical failure.

The agency is about four miles from the runways of Washington Dulles International Airport. Adding to the coincidence, American Airlines Flight 77 -- the Boeing 767 that was hijacked and crashed into the Pentagon -- took off from Dulles at 8:10 a.m. on Sept. 11, 50 minutes before the exercise was to begin. It struck the Pentagon around 9:40 a.m., killing 64 aboard the plane and 125 on the ground.
The National Reconnaissance Office operates many of the nation's spy satellites. It draws its personnel from the military and the CIA

www.questionsquestions.net/topics/question.html

today's question...

Brian Salter, qq editor

5 June 2003: Why were 3000 NRO employees sent home after 9/11?

There have been a number of disinfo limited hangouts floating around, all of them designed to offer apparently revealing inside details of 9/11 but actually serving the purpose of whitewashing evidence of US govt. complicity. One which has been hanging around for a while centers on the terrorist training exercise that the NRO (National Reconaissance Office) had scheduled the same morning of the attacks. The super-secret NRO happens to be the agency which operates US spy satellites.

A mainstream article about it is here:

http://www.boston.com/news/packages/sept11/anniversary/wire_stories/0903_plane_exercise.htm

The limited hangout build around this is that the 9/11 "terrorists" somehow learned about the secret exercise in advance, and "piggybacked" their own attack on the same date in order to confuse US defences. This is used as a supposed explanation for lack of action on prior warnings, failure of air defences to operate, etc, on the assumption that military and intel personnel thought that everything going on was part of the the "exercise". I don't know of any serious 9/11 researcher who finds this a credible overall theory, given the fact that there is an abundance of evidence pointing beyond such a scenario, to official complicity and specific prior knowledge. This has been discussed very thoroughly among researchers.

That aside, there is an interesting detail in the above article:

"The National Reconnaissance Office operates many of the nation's spy satellites. It draws its personnel from the military and the CIA.
After the Sept. 11 attacks, most of the 3,000 people who work at agency headquarters were sent home, save for some essential personnel, Haubold said."
Sent home... why?? Recently, I heard one alternative speculation about this which deserves some inquiry. Namely, that certain high-ranking NRO staff may have needed this time to eliminate or alter satellite surveillance of the Washington, DC area during the attacks. Note that it has been alleged for years that the US has 24 hour high resolution satellite monitoring of the capitol and surrounding regions, where critical government institutions are located. If so, there would then be a record of Flight 77's flight path and imact. Would there be something there to hide?
With the recent 9/11 Commission hearings on 9/11 air defences having stirred up debate, this is perhaps something to consider.

thanks

Dude, a campaign response to what?

No body is identified.

There are like 1,000 pieces of evidence that this is a false flag attack.

Respond to what, that Medina doesw not promote violence? Give me a break, have you ever heard that woman talk? She is a peaceful and non-violent defender of the constitution. The woman is a blessing to this country and anyone who ever heard her speak would never associate her with this total bullshit.

That said, I agree we should be on the lookout for Sunstein provocateurs trying to link her with anything that is not keeping with her ideals as a brave and patriotic American.

The most obvious NRO False Flag attack yet, there are over 1,000 pieces of evidence within 48 hours exposing that the false flag has been planned for many months/years to attack the constitution (specifically the 10th amendment movement). Although every non-government truth movement in existence promotes peace and abstinance to any violent acts, FOX News, peadophiles at the SPLC, Nazi Maddoff lovers at the ADL, and Queen Bitch slaves at the Guardian expect us to believe a man who had the power to blow the whistle on 9/11 technology (all of his personal contract contacts and confidential information), he instead committed an act of an MK Ultra patsy. Oh yeah, and this right after Obama's czar of communications is exposed as stating: "we must conduct violence and blame it on the 9/11 truth and peaceful end the fed movements". Project Gladio, Project Northwoods, "that whole Bay of Pigs thing", Hitler's Reichtag, and Nero's Rome all came together for this MANUFACTURED STATE SPONSORED TERRORIST ACT

^^Well done Sane.

Kind of like Cho, Furhman, and the 9/11 phone call "you did great".

I stand by my original response:

Hey Illuminazi Banksters...we know the whole "manifesto" bullshit. Just because a patsy leaves a "manifesto" does not mean he can defy the laws of physics...just like the 9/11 patsies, the 7/7 patsies, the Sirhan Sirhan patsy, the Lee Harvey Oswald patsy, the Cho patsy, the Mumbai patsies, the Jiverly Voong patsy, and the Fort Hood patsy.

EVERYBODY KNOWS THIS IS SENSATIONALISM FOR SHOCKING AND AWE-ING THE VICTIMS (ALL OF US) INTO BELIEVING THAT THE LAWS OF PHYSICS WERE SUSPENDED DURING AN NRO/CIA FALSE FLAG ATTACK.

EVERYBODY KNOWS!

And this is SpeakUpandFightBack (non-violently of course)'s expert analysis:

ANALYSIS:

I read this manifesto several times yesterday and like many others here on this forum, I felt it lacked the emotion of the downtrodden and was written for people who want a violent revolution (the government) and most likely written by the Problem-Reaction-Solution government employee drones of the alphabet soup agencies. Hearing it spoken gave me chills. But I still feel it lacks the emotion that would bring a man to his brink. He talked about his property being taken but NOT his ability to CARE for his family or loved ones or even his passions (flying, music, etc). Maybe he had enough with his family too? Maybe his audience was the like minded disgruntled and the IRS.

I'm still split on whether this was an inside job or a guy who had enough. The disproportionate damage to the building, the fire trucks across the street, almost NO casualties, the FBI videotaping the screen within seconds, NO videotapes released showing the crash, NO Joe Stack body found, who benefits, etc, give much sway to the inside job notion. I guess deep down I want it to be real. I like the idea of the 'crash heard round the world'. I like the idea that NOT every American is passively accepting slavery. I like the idea someone did what I have NO courage to do myself. I like the idea that the IRS got a well deserved early return. I like the idea someone looked into the eyes of the devil (IRS/government) and said you may take a pound of flesh but doing so I hope to fuel a revolution in the hearts and minds of the middle class against you evil banking class sickos. I like the idea of a guy who finally said NO MORE.

(PS: I do feel awful for the family he left behind. That I can't connect with on any level.)

BTW, here is my final analysis of the "manifesto":

The manifesto is absolutely proof positive of a false flag.

This guy had intelligence of 9/11, Homeland Security, and the technology to GPS remote control planes.

So he is upset with the government?

So then he blows the whistle like anyone else would do right? You know like Ted Gunderson, William Cooper, Chip Tatum, Sibel Edmonds, Indira Singh, Michael R, etc. etc?

Right?

I mean here is a guy that if he was truly upset at the government and wanted less central control would know what to do. He would know that enacting NRO wargames would create more central power. He would know that the NRO even planned for these scenarios and prayed for them to happen. He would know that whoever the patsy was would have evidence planted on him to target a whole new group of Bilderberg targets.

So what does he do...

THE EXACT THING THAT HE WOULD NOT DO IF HE TRULY WAS ANGRY AT THE GOVERNMENT.

Yeah, that makes sense.

It is like the Bilderberg pieces of shit are not even trying.

EVERYBODY KNOWS THIS WAS A FALSE FLAG, YOUR HOUSE OF CARDS IS IMPLODING QUICKER THAN BUILDING 7 EXACTLY 23 MINUTES AFTER THE BBC REPORTED IT WOULD.

After Pat’s Birthday

Oct 19, 2006 By Kevin Tillman

Editor’s note: Kevin Tillman joined the Army with his brother Pat in 2002, and they served together in Iraq and Afghanistan.  Pat was killed in Afghanistan on April 22, 2004. Kevin, who was discharged in 2005, has written a powerful, must-read document.

It is Pat’s birthday on November 6, and elections are the day after.  It gets me thinking about a conversation I had with Pat before we joined the military.  He spoke about the risks with signing the papers.  How once we committed, we were at the mercy of the American leadership and the American people.  How we could be thrown in a direction not of our volition.  How fighting as a soldier would leave us without a voice… until we get out.

Much has happened since we handed over our voice:

Somehow we were sent to invade a nation because it was a direct threat to the American people, or to the world, or harbored terrorists, or was involved in the September 11 attacks, or received weapons-grade uranium from Niger, or had mobile weapons labs, or WMD, or had a need to be liberated, or we needed to establish a democracy, or stop an insurgency, or stop a civil war we created that can’t be called a civil war even though it is.  Something like that.

Somehow America has become a country that projects everything that it is not and condemns everything that it is.

Somehow our elected leaders were subverting international law and humanity by setting up secret prisons around the world, secretly kidnapping people, secretly holding them indefinitely, secretly not charging them with anything, secretly torturing them.  Somehow that overt policy of torture became the fault of a few “bad apples” in the military.

Somehow back at home, support for the soldiers meant having a five-year-old kindergartener scribble a picture with crayons and send it overseas, or slapping stickers on cars, or lobbying Congress for an extra pad in a helmet.  It’s interesting that a soldier on his third or fourth tour should care about a drawing from a five-year-old; or a faded sticker on a car as his friends die around him; or an extra pad in a helmet, as if it will protect him when an IED throws his vehicle 50 feet into the air as his body comes apart and his skin melts to the seat.

Somehow the more soldiers that die, the more legitimate the illegal invasion becomes.

Somehow American leadership, whose only credit is lying to its people and illegally invading a nation, has been allowed to steal the courage, virtue and honor of its soldiers on the ground.

Somehow those afraid to fight an illegal invasion decades ago are allowed to send soldiers to die for an illegal invasion they started.

Somehow faking character, virtue and strength is tolerated.

Somehow profiting from tragedy and horror is tolerated.

Somehow the death of tens, if not hundreds, of thousands of people is tolerated.

Somehow subversion of the Bill of Rights and The Constitution is tolerated.

Somehow suspension of Habeas Corpus is supposed to keep this country safe.

Somehow torture is tolerated.

Somehow lying is tolerated.

Somehow reason is being discarded for faith, dogma, and nonsense.

Somehow American leadership managed to create a more dangerous world.

Somehow a narrative is more important than reality.

Somehow America has become a country that projects everything that it is not and condemns everything that it is.

Somehow the most reasonable, trusted and respected country in the world has become one of the most irrational, belligerent, feared, and distrusted countries in the world.

Somehow being politically informed, diligent, and skeptical has been replaced by apathy through active ignorance.

Somehow the same incompetent, narcissistic, virtueless, vacuous, malicious criminals are still in charge of this country.

Somehow this is tolerated.

Somehow nobody is accountable for this.

In a democracy, the policy of the leaders is the policy of the people.  So don’t be shocked when our grandkids bury much of this generation as traitors to the nation, to the world and to humanity.  Most likely, they will come to know that “somehow” was nurtured by fear, insecurity and indifference, leaving the country vulnerable to unchecked, unchallenged parasites.

Luckily this country is still a democracy.  People still have a voice.  People still can take action.  It can start after Pat’s birthday.

Ron Paul wins presidential straw poll at CPAC
February 20, 2010 6:00 p.m. EST

U.S. Rep. Ron Paul won Saturday's presidential straw poll, outpolling three-time winner Mitt Romney.

http://www.cnn.com/2010/POLITICS/02/20/conservatives.meeting/?hpt=T1

STORY HIGHLIGHTS
NEW: U.S. Rep. Ron Paul bests the field in presidential straw poll
Former U.S. Speaker Newt Gingrich, Glenn Beck to wrap up CPAC event
Republicans hope event will be start of GOP comeback in 2010 midterm elections

(CNN) -- U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas, on Saturday won a straw poll for president on the final day of the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington.

He got 31 percent of the vote. Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, who won the straw poll the past three years, was second with 22 percent and former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin with 7 percent.

The straw poll provides an early window into who conservative activists believe should be the next GOP nominee.

The three-day meeting Saturday that has featured speeches by Republican leaders, training sessions for local political activists and a renewed purpose to stand firm behind their principles heading into the midterm elections.

In the first two days, speakers at CPAC played up voter frustrations and predicted a comeback for the GOP, a little more than a year after suffering political losses.

U.S. Rep. Mike Pence of Indiana made no apologies for trying to stop President Obama's agenda in Congress, telling attendees that he proudly wears the "Party of No" label that Democrats have tried to pin on Republicans.

"Some folks like to call us the 'Party of No,'" Pence said during his speech Friday. "Well, I say 'No' is way underrated here in Washington, D.C. Sometimes 'No' is just what this town needs to hear."

On Saturday, attendees will hear from former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, former U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum of Pennsylvania and a host of conservative luminaries. The conference will close with the results of a 2012 presidential straw poll and an address by conservative commentator Glenn Beck.

Follow all the CPAC speakers and reporters: @CNNPolitics/CPAC

Pence, a potential 2012 presidential candidate, used his address to the influential bloc of GOP base voters to promote his conservative credentials further and sharply criticize the president and the congressional Democratic majority.

Pence, who is chairman of the House Republican Conference, predicted the GOP would reclaim a majority in the House of Representatives in November and the White House in 2012.

"Welcome to the conservative comeback and the beginning of the end of the Pelosi Congress," Pence said to applause.

The congressman from Indiana is one of several Republicans said to be eyeing a White House bid who addressed the meeting.

Romney spoke Thursday, the opening day of this annual meeting, and Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty preceded Pence on Friday morning. Paul spoke Friday afternoon, while Santorum and Gingrich are scheduled to appear on the closing day.

Coulter gives her thoughts on CPAC

Paul ignited the crowd with a scorching indictment of lawmakers in Washington, whom he accused of failing to address the nation's growing debt.

"Debt is the monster," Paul said, condemning federal borrowing to support government spending. "Debt is what will eat us up, and that's why our economy is on the brink."

Particular attention was paid to not only what these potential presidential candidates said, but how their comments were received by the attendees.

Unlike Romney, who delivered a polished, rousing speech to the conservative audience, Pawlenty opted to speak without a teleprompter and riff off his notes.

Having drawn an early time slot for his speech, Pawlenty spoke to a relatively low-energy crowd in a ballroom with scores of empty seats.

"When we were here a year ago at CPAC, there were a lot of naysayers," Pawlenty said Friday.

Get complete CPAC coverage on CNN Political Ticker

"We had all these pundits and smart alecks saying the sun was setting on the conservative movement. ... We had people talking about how the new era of hope and change was sweeping aside our values and principles. Hope and change and teleprompter," he said.

U.S. Rep. Steve King of Iowa followed Pawlenty and fired up the crowd by declaring that Obama has "lost his mojo."

"He had more mojo than any president that I remember when he was inaugurated a year and a month ago. But now, the master-mesmerizer has lost his mojo," King said. "And if we stand our ground as constitutional conservatives, he's not going to get it back."

U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann of Minnesota blasted Obama's economic policies Friday, and declared that the president is leading America into a state of "decline."

During her speech, Bachmann also took aim at Democratic efforts at health care reform and cap-and-trade policies designed to combat global warming, saying such measures will keep the U.S. economy on "an unsustainable path."

The CPAC conference follows a meeting of "Tea Party" activists that took place earlier in February in Nashville, Tennessee. Followers of the Tea Party movement express independence from the national Republican Party, but a CNN Opinion Research Corp. poll shows that these activists would vote overwhelmingly Republican in a two-party race for Congress.

Tea Party Movement activists held a late afternoon reception for attendees that featured patriotic songs, hors d'oeuvres and an open bar.

House Minority Leader John Boehner, R-Ohio, spoke out Thursday about the conservative grassroots movement that emerged in the past year out of concerns about certain policy issues and gridlock in Washington.

"The Republican Party should not attempt to co-opt the tea parties," Boehner said. "I think that's the dumbest thing in the world. What we will do, as long as I'm the leader, is respect them, listen to them and walk amongst them. The other party will never, ever do that."

Other opening-day speakers included former Vice President Dick Cheney, Sens. Scott Brown of Massachusetts and Jim DeMint of South Carolina, and Florida Senate candidate Marco Rubio.

Conservatives were in a different mind-set a year ago. At the 2009 conference, the Republican Party was still reeling from Obama's victory over Sen. John McCain as well as the additional gains Democrats made in Congress in 2008.

But in the past 12 months, Republicans have seen the political tide turn: Obama's approval rating has dropped below 50 percent, several congressional Democrats have announced they will retire at the end of the year and Brown took the seat once occupied by Sen. Ted Kennedy, the liberal lion of Massachusetts for more than four decades.

The question still remains WHY HAVEN'T THEY FOUND HIS FRIKKIN BODY!!!  WHERE IS IT!

Yesterday afternoon around 4:00PM(ish) they had the usual press conference circle jerk - Police Chief Acevedo, Mayor Leffingwell, Fire Chief, etc., all patting themselves on the back over what a great job they did.  No questions were taken.  They did, however, state that the feds are in 100% control of the crime scene.  Do the math on that one...

The blaze at the house was reported at 9:18 a.m., and the crash occurred at 9:56 a.m., 16 minutes after his takeoff from the Georgetown Municipal Airport. The airport is about 20 miles from his home.

http://www.statesman.com/news/local/officials-few-details-available-on-plane-crash-257820.html

Georgetown is located about 25 miles north of the crash site so it takes 6 Minutes to fly the plane from the hangar to the IRS Building. According to the info above 16 minutes.

I know the info is kinda confusion but following this info and assuming he set the house on fire it's 38 minutes from the house blaze to the crash.

So he had  38 - 16= 20 minutes or  38 - 6= 32 minutes to get to the airport after setting the house on fire. Rather short time frame all together with the traffic at that time I think.

How did they know btw that he took of the Airport 16 minutes before?

He allegedly took some chairs out of the plain to replace them by some fuel tanks ore somtin but this would be impossible in both time frames I think?

There is also a story about his wife checking on the hangar which suppose to be before 10:00 a.m. ?

(btw for numerologists 9:56 a.m.->5+6 = 11 -> 9.11)

Stack's daughter from his first marriage, Samantha Dawn Bell, said the Web manifesto didn't sound like the father she knew.

"It's not him. The letter itself sounds like it's coming from a different person," she said in an interview from her home in Norway.

really, what was he disgruntled about? He had key information about 9/11 and homeland security, why not blow the whistle like al other disgruntled employees do. Where is your supporting evidence, what was he disgruntled about? Where are the co-conspirators that led to this situation. I mean not for n0othing but why are you spreading outlandish cospiracy theories about him and others when there is no evidence.

There is on the other hand evidence that:

1] The FBI knew ahead of time.

2] The people in the building knew ahead of time.

3] Skull and Bones' Newsweek magazine knew ahead of time.

4] Emergency vehicles knew ahead of time.

5] All videos have been confiscated.

6] All neighbors have been told to keep their mouth shut or else.

7] There are over 25 articles blaming AJ for this when they have not even ID'ed anybody.

This is the crux of the issue, regardless of whether or not it was a FF ( the evidence surely tilts my scale in that direction) it is being used in the same manner politically as if it were a FF!

For all intensive purposes THIS IS A FALSE FLAG!

I Don’t Buy the Official Story of Joe Stack
http://www.infowars.com/i-dont-buy-the-official-story-of-joe-stack/
Wake Up 1776 February 19, 2010

I think the ”official story” is fishy. Folks who buy in to ”official stories” hook, line, and sinker as fed to them by the mainstream media (which includes Fox) will no doubt have no problem accepting what they are hearing regarding this latest incident.

However, just like 9/11 (which many refuse to look in to thanks to Glenn Beck and others who completely ostricize and mock those asking legitimate questions of the government) the ‘official story’ doesn’t mesh. I understand that if one turns a blind eye to the very real and troubling questions of 9/11, they will certainly turn a blind eye to this more minor incident. Likewise, unanswered questions remain concerning the Christmas day underwear bomber. We now know the government knowingly allowed the underwear bomber to board that plane. When one looks in to all the facts surrounding these sort of incidents, you have to conclude that our government is withholding information from the American people. The question remains, why? And it seems they have an agenda that these ”crises” help them implement.

Here are those troubling questions regarding the Austin plane incident:

1. Incredible amount of damage is peculiar for planes of a similar size.  A similar sized plane hit a high rise in St. Pete, FL in 2002. Here’s the damage that plane did:

Yet Joe Stacks plane did this:

2. The lack of casualities (of which we are thankful) leaves one scratching their head. Only two people were injured, and reports today say 1 additional body was found. It was 10AM on a Thursday. Where were all the 200-some employees? Look at the destruction this caused. It defies common sense that there were not mass casualties.

3. Eyewitness said a fire engine and hazmat was present before the plane hit. (Not arrived quickly, but was present — how convenient.)

4. The media knew immediately who was responsible and had immediate access to his supposed suicide/manifesto.Yet when real terrorists attacks or real acts of violence occur, we wait for law enforecement officials to hold press conferences. The media waits and gathers the facts on the ground. There is no rush to judgment. The fact that Shep Smith on Fox (as well as AP and Reuters) and the others in the media were already releasing snippits of this man’s supposed diatribe makes me wonder. How long did it take us to learn the motivating factor of the Ft Hood shooter?  It usually takes Google a good 2-4 hours to index a blog and maybe 24-48 hours to index a low-content site. So how did the media find his name so quickly? How did they know to search for Joe Stack? His body didn’t get discovered until later afternoon. Did someone recognize him in the cock-pit before he crashed? I would also remind everyone that we are a nation of laws and people are innocent until proven guilty. And in this case, Joe Stack was “crucified” by the media (including Fox) before the case was investigated. The media is acting on recklessness and emotion.

5. All those who knew Joe Stack say they never saw this in him. One man, who knew him for 6 years, said he was even apolitical. Reports from those who knew him say he was fun-loving, happy, and loved his family.

Right on cue the mainstream media is already asking if this ”right wing anti-government extremism” in on the rise and part of a growing trend.

Next, look for yet further ‘’security measures” to be implemented. Subjecting more and more innocent Americans to their unlawful and degrading searches. We are resembling a police state more and more. I was just thinking if they will put body scanners in schools. Bet that will be soon.

Glenn Beck Associates Tea Parties With Austin Bomber, Asks If Austin Bomber Is “Radical Constitutionalist”
http://www.infowars.com/glenn-beck-associates-tea-parties-with-austin-bomber-asks-if-austin-bomber-is-radical-constitutionalist/
Information Liberation February 19, 2010

Coaxed in rhetoric and uncertainty Glenn Beck on his TV show immediately after the Austin plane attack clearly suggested there may be a relation between the bomber and the Tea Party movement. He went into a scripted screed about how the tea parties need to get away from anyone calling for a revolution, “whether it’s a Tea Party revolution or a communist one.” He knows full well the Tea party movement is about a restoration of our constitution and bill of rights, no one has ever suggested a violent revolution involving flying planes into buildings and for him to even suggest that there is any connection shows his true colors. Immediately after the attack as the bulding still smoldered TIME Magazine, the Washington Post, and New York Magazine all attempted to associate the attacker with the Tea Party movement, despite no evidence and the Tea Parties obvious non-violent message. Glenn Benedict Arnold Beck can now be added to that list as well.

“We have no idea what this man’s ideology was — he could be from the left, he hates capitalism, he has an anti-business creed that goes on and on. It sounds like anything you could hear in a speech from Van Jones. When you read his anti-tax ravings and his anti-tax or IRS stuff it sounds like you could be reading bumper stickers off the cars or the signs of the Tea Party. We have no idea. But here’s the point. I have no idea if he’s left or right. Is he a communist or a radical constitutionalist. Here’s the point: it doesn’t matter. The guy is a killer.”

“…get away from anybody who’s calling for a revolution — whether it’s a Tea Party revolution or a communist one.”

Quote Source

Notice how he draws the connection and then instead of taking it away or condemning anyone making the connection he simply says “it doesn’t matter.”

Actually it does matter Glenn Benedict, real patriots who want the government to follow the constitution and bill of rights are in no way terrorists or violent criminals, to suggest that to be the case is the most vile of political intimidation and slander, how dare you and the Washington Post, New York Magazine, and TIME make that connection and act as though you are a red blooded American.

The Tea Party movement you claimed to support has never been about terrorism or violent revolution and to suggest that to be the case but then say “it doesn’t matter” is inexcusable and despicable.

All Tea Party members and “radical constitutionalists” need to take heed this man is not your friend and he is not one of us. Glenn Beck supported the Banker Bailout despite 95% of Americans being instinctively against it and he has repeatedly accused Ron Paul supporters and 9/11 Truthers of being terrorists despite there being absolutely no evidence of that being the case. He has also recently been repeatedly calling for the most socialist and oppressive tax scheme of all time in the form of Europe’s socialist VAT Tax, (a tax on every single exchange) which Beck says is needed to pay off the foreign bankers who own our illegitimate national debt.

Note that everything he is saying is fully scripted, he is reading off a teleprompter

and his pauses and fake emotional expressions are all rehearsed.

Source: FBI Knew Austin Attack Was Coming
http://www.infowars.com/source-fbi-knew-austin-attack-was-coming-2/
Paul Joseph Watson Prison Planet.com Thursday, February 18, 2010

A trusted source has told this office that the FBI knew Austin was going to be attacked today and had dispatched officers from its Dallas headquarters yesterday afternoon to be in place for today’s incident.

The source claims that a confidential memo was circulated yesterday detailing that a building in Austin was going to be the target of an attack today. He was told this by an informant who works in the Dallas FBI office.

Four FBI agents hurriedly left the Dallas office yesterday to be ready and on the scene for the aftermath of the incident, according to the informant, who was shaken when he saw events unfolding today and put two and two together.

We cannot confirm the accuracy of the claim but the source is known to us and has no motivation for inventing the story.

The fact that pilot Joe Stack changed his manifesto at least 27 times before the final version suggests that he had been writing it for days and this could have been what tipped off the FBI in the build up to the attack.

The claim dovetails with reports we are receiving from Austin residents that the FBI were immediately on the scene after the plane crash and were filming both the building and eyewitnesses.

A separate witness told KXAN News that there were Hazmat teams and fire trucks in place across the street before the plane struck the building.

Infowars reporters who spoke to neighbors at Stack’s house, which he had burned down before crashing the plane, expressed surprise at how quick emergency services responded to the fire. One neighbor, named Elbert, said that emergency crews arrived five minutes after he made the 911 call.

Whether the attack was the work of a lone individual or part of a larger set-up, the aftermath is being exploited to the full by the corporate media and people like Glenn Beck, who are blaming the incident on Constitutionalists and the liberty movement, implying that anyone who shares any of the grievances outlined in Stack’s lengthy manifesto are also intent on crashing planes into buildings.

Of course, the previous staged terror attack, the Christmas Day underwear bomber incident, was proven to be a set-up and the authorities repeatedly had to change their cover story after eyewitness Kurt Haskell, who was initially derided by the media, was eventually proven right in the fact that the bomber was allowed to board Flight 253 by order of the State Department.

Authorities were similarly prepared in advance of the 9/11 attacks in New York City. As part of the Tripod II exercise, FEMA deployed on September 10 to set up a command post at Pier 29 supposedly in preparation for a biowarfare exercise scheduled for September 12.

We are providing the following tip line for people in Austin to send their eyewitness and news tips about this incident to us.

The number is 512-646-4444.

Attack in Austin: Outraged “Lone Wolf” or False Flag Op?
http://www.infowars.com/attack-in-austin-outraged-lone-wolf-or-false-flag-op/
Kurt Nimmo Infowars.com February 19, 2010

It is relatively easy to dismiss the Obama supporters over at Daily Kos for their immediate declarations that Joe Stack, the alleged Austin kamikaze IRS bomber, was a Tea Party fanatic. Daily Kos, after all, is operated by Markos Moulitsas Zuniga, the former Reagan youth with connections to the CIA.

McVeigh was more than disgruntled. He was a government agent.

It is less easy to dismiss Jonathan Capehart, a blogger for the CIA’s favorite newspaper and cherished Operation Mockingbird asset, The Washington Post.

“I am struck by how [Joe Stack's] alienation is similar to that we’re hearing from the extreme elements of the Tea Party movement,” writes Capehart. A couple paragraphs later, Mr. Capehart is compares Stack to Timothy McVeigh. “McVeigh was more than disgruntled. He was murderous. And the alienation he felt from his government in 1995 still affects more than we care to admit 15 years later.”

In fact, McVeigh was more than disgruntled. He was a government agent.

In 2007, McVeigh’s supposed co-conspirator, Terry Nichols, said McVeigh was under the control of Larry Potts of the FBI. Potts was the lead FBI agent at Ruby Ridge in 1992 and also was reportedly involved in the 51-day siege against the Branch Davidians in Waco, Texas in 1993, which resulted in the murder of 81 Branch Davidians.

Nichols was never allowed to tell the whole story. He was gagged by then Attorney General John Ashcroft.

“Apparently before he had contacted me several years ago he had written to Attorney General Ashcroft, volunteering to tell everything about the bombing and the others involved,” said Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue in 2007. “Not only did no one from Attorney General Ashcroft’s office follow up with Nichols, they actually apparently issued an order barring him from all contact with the media – it was thereafter that he reached out to me and I was able to get in to see him to spend a day and half with him.”

“I didn’t start out to solve the Oklahoma City bombing, I started out to find out who killed my brother and why,” Jesse Trentadue told the Alex Jones Show in February, 2007.

Trentadue’s brother was killed by the FBI, allegedly in a case of mistaken identity because his brother fit the profile of Richard Lee Guthrie, a member of a group called the Midwest Bank Robbery Gang that had been robbing banks to fund an attack on the federal government.

During the process of a lawsuit to get to the bottom of his brother’s murder, Trentadue received documents with names redacted that revealed the FBI’s OKC bombing informants were conducting armed robberies with Timothy McVeigh in order to fund the construction of the fertilizer bomb used in the attack on the federal building.

“One of the foreign informants was actually the explosives instructor who taught him how to make the bomb,” Trentadue told Jones.

In 2008, a video shot at Camp Grafton, North Dakota in 1993 — 18 months before the Oklahoma City bombing — surfaced showing Timothy McVeigh at a base specializing in demolitions training at a time when the FBI claimed he had no military affiliations.

“I think [the FBI] put together this harebrained idea at Elohim City [the Identity movement settlement in Oklahoma] to lure in all these militia groups under the pretense of teaching them how to rob banks in armored cars and attack the federal government and I think they planned to catch them in the act,” said Trentadue.

In addition to the FBI, the Southern Poverty Law Center had a role in creating the supposed terrorist threat centered at Elohim City.

In 2003, the McCurtain Daily Gazette obtained an unclassified copy of a memorandum from the Director of the FBI revealing the SPLC’s role. Dated Jan. 4, 1996, the four-page cable was drafted and issued under the authority of FBI director Louis Freeh and is heavily redacted. However, despite the redaction, the memo exposes an informant operation being conducted at the time by Morris Dees and his notorious SPLC.

“If I told you what we were doing there, I would have to kill you,” Dees later told reporters.

As it turns out, McVeigh’s contact at Elohim City, Andreas Carl Strassmeir, who was allegedly connected to Aryan Republican Army, spent several years in the German army, including a stint as an intelligence officer. Peter Langan, the son of a retired U.S. Marine intelligence officer and said to be the leader of the Aryan Republican Army, was a government informant.

In short, the supposed white supremacist movement at Elohim City was a government operation.

Less than 24 hours after the event in Austin, we still only have a sketchy idea of who Joe Stack was. People say the attack was completely contrary to his character. He was apolitical and not given to diatribes against the government.

Is it possible he was set-up or possibly killed and put in a remote controlled plane that was directed into the Echelon office complex that houses IRS offices in Austin? Considering government complicity in numerous terrorist events — including the documented false flag event of September 11, 2001, and the obvious government operation in Oklahoma City — there is a distinct possibility.

So now the story is that Stack allegedly removed seats and placed a fuel drum into his plane in order to maximize the damage.

Why haven't those seats been recovered?
How come no one saw him "carry" the fuel drum (as much as it weighs)?
Again, WHERE ARE THE FLIGHT PLANS?  Where are the tower communication recordings?
Why wasn't the FAA notified and why weren't F-16s immediately scrambled into the air?
WHERE IS THE SECURITY FOOTAGE SHOWING HIM HITTING THE BUILDING?
