You know, the BIG reason for this thing could be to "secure" small planes.  Look at how they've locked down travel on airlines.  The same kinds of restrictions don't apply to small plane usage at the moment.  Well, now we have "that guy in Austin."

*Update* Unconfirmed reports are now saying that a note was found in Stack's car at Georgetown Airport indicating that there is a bomb at the airport. The airport is now on lock down while police search for the alleged bomb.

So either the plane was laden with explosives, or the building was, which might explain why there were no building side deaths reported. I did a stint as a volunteer firefighter and I have ot know, how the f**k does a nearly 300,000 dollar home burn down to just a few walls when the FF have a 5 min response time? It's NOT a mobile home, a respectable sized 300,000 home should have taken a significant time to burn and with FF on scene, it should have been stopped at some point, not allowed to burn to damn near the ground.

I find it funny that the very first post is someone agreeing with the actions of this guy...it almost seems fake to me. Like the comment was staged to see if it could get other people to agree with it and then allow those people to be added to the "anti-government wacko" list they seem to be trying to make... While this incident (the crash) isn't funny in itself, the way things/people are reacting to it remind me a lot of how things happened during 9/11 and 7/7.

The Echelon complex is like 4 buildings, all look alike.   Can an amateur pilot even tell which building it is from the air?   I just find that hard to believe:  you've got 4 buildings, that look alike, you're going to crash into the right building, you've only got one shot...and if you fail, you just DIED for nothing.   And even the building the IRS leases, it's shared by a bunch of other businesses.    So basically you've got to hit the right FLOOR of the right building.
