States rights are in the Constitution!!!! Matthews and his guest are just disinformation junkies! I can't even stand to listen to his banal drivel!! Amendment X The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people. Oklahoma and Washington have introduced legislation which would nullify the push for a Federal Cap and trade. Many states are introducing legislation to nullify National Health. Also in 2009, 25 states introduced and passed legislation to nullify the Real I.D. Act as well. Nullification is a real function of each state Chris learn your history you PUTZ!

He's mincing words using the civil rights movement as an historical precedent. This is a different time in a sense that more people are aware now that interposition and nullification means maintaining the constitution and local sovereignty from a federal government that ignores the constitution and wishes to subject all in the US by force to a world government and not about race.
That message needs to get out more and more and not this insult of a soundbite. How can you have a discussion under five minutes labeling constitutionalists as racists without a serious counterargument?

I don't think that anybody anywhere thinks of Chris Matthews as a "Man" He's especially effeminate and disgusting for some reason, I can't quite put my finger on it. Probably his obvious ability and capacity for selling out to "The Man" in a whiny, sort of liberal know it all fashion. Kind of like a bitch. Just my two cents. P.S.- The above statement was in no way intended to be insulting to any actual people who are disgusting, effeminate, whiny, liberal, bitches, or sellouts. In no way can you be as disgusting as Chris Matthews, and I meant nothing by it.

Me and Chris both left comments. Chris Matthews is such an a-hole.
Chris Geo: "WOW! Chris Mathews did such a great job spinning the definitions of nullification and interposition that I forgot he was black!!" sociostudent: "Nullification and Interposition WERE once used for racial segregationist policies in southern states. HOWEVER, Debra Medina is NOT interested in using them in this manner AT ALL. She plans on using nullification and interposition to keep the federal government from interfering with states rights on issues such as PROPERTY RIGHTS and REAL ID. Way to twist the facts around to make us all sound like racists, Chris. Your masters must be paying you very well to spew such nonsense."
