The most important question I think that is over looked is what is the plan for after victory of again the NWO. How will government work? What new regulations will be put in place to stop them from reforming? Ext. Has anyone thought about this?

I'd say that fewer regulations are what will be needed - certainly not more - because state involvement in our affairs, business or personal, is what leads to dependency on the state... and dependent people lose their right to responsibility and choice. Regulation is the root of the corporatist/fascist/socialist totalitarian problem. True freedom promotes personal responsibility and that makes for a smarter, less controllable people.
Sure, we'll still need and want regulation, but industry self-regulation combined with personal responsibility, due diligence, caveat emptor, voting/not voting with our wallets, and all of that good stuff.

Yet people become complacent so something needs to balance out the powers so this never happens again. We have ideas but no plan. I think we need some good plans which to present to people. It is one thing to say hey these guys are this and this but another thing all together to say hey these guys are this and this and we have a plan here take a look if we do this and this we can make the world a better place. Then even if we are defeated and no one believes us they still have to convince people that the good plan was in fact bad and people are simply not that dumb...okay that is debatable but lets just go with that statement for now.
For instants I have this idea for a progressive flat tax. It would go up to a certain level of income and then stop meaning that there is a maximum they can tax which would be the flat rate, this appeals to rich people who want to keep their money and the progressive lower end helps people who are in the poor climb up to well off. I was looking at the tax rates and they are ridiculous. 25 percent and not even before 100k. Wow now that is just freaking greedy.

thats a rather big ask, all i could offer you would be my opinion. if it were up to me, i would start by removing one of the NWO's largest tools, usury. get them f**kers out of our money. the biggest problem here is the debt money, the vast sums of money. my solution would be to arrest those guilty of usury and bring them to justice, go right to the top, and get them to PAY. i reckon they've got enough to cover the debt. it is said the money changers have enough to buy up the world thousands of times over, and they are guilty of one of the most serious crimes known to humanity. make them PAY. i would institute sound money, allow competing currencies, and ultimately enforce contracts. individual sovereignty is the key. next, we need to end war, especially wars of aggression. however, wars of aggression are already illegal, so for this its not going to be a case of law, its going to be a case of individually standing up for what is right and true. public feeling is the only thing that stops wars. ultimately, we need to learn to not be lazy selfish shit bags and start changing how we live our lives. as you have noted, its not pieces of paper that make you free, its your actions.

Abolish all hierarchies. Psychopaths inevitably rise to the top of any hierarchical organization and terrorize their underlings. Since the hierarchies will be networked (this is post-Information Age) the psychopaths will take over everything, all over again.
A wholesale restructuring of society and mass deprogramming will be necessary.

Actually quite the contrary, the essence of the anti-monopolist, anti-corporate, anti-patent, anti-mercantile Freely-Competitive FREE Market System of Adam Smith is WELL-REGULATED "capital-socialism" which is the system that was abandoned by Wilson, and the series of elitist tyrants subsequently empowered in US "politics-for-money" after Lincoln was successfully assassinated. Sorry I beg to differ from this totally discredited corrupt "article" of the neo-Tory-conservatist established religion of corporatist monopoly capitalism (fascism) by them. "Corporations" that do not first and foremost always serve the public interest of the societies that "incorporate" them BEFORE the profit interests of their mere thus-sheltered "shareholders", have and deserve no de-facto "citizenship" nor rights thereby "appertaining" to them. Rhode Island started this form of fascist corruption, by corruptly deregulating the former well-regulated laws concerning US incorporation.

This is what Herr Mussolini's imperial established religion of Global Corporatist Fascism is all about, such lawless unregulated anonymous "corporations unto themselves" have no allegiances nor obligations to anything but getting "Mo'-Money" for themselves by any means at any cost.
Herr Hitler's National Socialism has become overarching Transnational Socialism. It was blindly and foolishly propelled to such preeminence to "counter" the "monolithic terror" of Comrade Lenin's established imperial "Marxist Religion"

What will happen (if we win this struggle AND the country is not destroyed in the process) is there will be another document put in place "guaranteeing" us the rights we are obligated to like in our Constitution.
After a few generations of freedom, the people will become lazy again and will stop checking the government. Once that happens, tyranny will once again envelope us.
It's just a never ending circle.
We just happen to be in a period of tyranny.
Hopefully, our children will live in a time of freedom.

This is why culture and social structure are important. Look at America it has neither and to call what we have culture would be an insult to anywhere which has culture. The NWO knew this so they destroyed it.
