The entire music video is driven on as if possessed. You get the sense of an overwhelming force moving forward, unstoppable. Black magic, sorcery, Freemasonic symbols and hand signs are interspersed with very clear references to criminal activity including murder. We all know that the Scottish Rite Freemasonic motto "Ordo Ab Chaos" means "order out of chaos." The more murder and mayhem that are committed the more the public will accept police state measures up to and including warrantless wiretaps, surveillance cameras everywhere, police everywhere, violations of constitutional rights, etc. I would even go so far as to say it is possible that the video may contain triggers designed to set off mind controlled sleeper assassins to go out and commit murder.
It definitely contains a lot of very negative visual and auditory pollution. In it, Jay Z is admonishing his young fans to worship material possessions over higher moral and spiritual values.
One motif that appears throughout the video is the reversal of white into black and black into white. Maybe this has something to do with the Cabbalistic view of good and evil being relative to one another. In one sense it is used as a visual trick to make the conscious mind not perceive the obvious implication of the white liquid dripping down the black brick wall as blood. The same brick wall is shown as being white only a few moments before this shot -

All throughout the video these kinds of perceptual games are being played on the viewer. When the young black woman in the basketball jersey appears, she is shown standing in front of this same wall, but, exactly the opposite of how it was seen at the beginning, it has now become black. As she stands in front of the wall, we see her looking down in abject shame at the two zeros on her jersey, as a fast semi subliminal shot of some opaque liquid is seen dripping into a pool of identical liquid. The meaning of this shot to me, is that the girl is to be the next victim in that she has no value, as suggested by the two zeros on her jersey. Another telling connection suggesting that the dripping white liquid on the black wall, and the dripping opaque liquid falling into the pool, are blood, is that you hear a very brief plopping sound on the soundtrack at the precise moment that the white dripping liquid appears on the black wall. I also believe that the young black girl is intended to represent the average person, or the profane as certain secret society members are apt to call the uninitiated. Notice that the other female characters in the video are shown in an occult context: dancing girl on shipping cases has white dots on her face like scull seen several times, blonde woman is shown with a black veil over her eyes and appears to be some sort of witch or sorceress with an appetite for blood, etc. It is like they are telling us that we are nothing but trash with which they have the right to dispose of with impunity if they so wish. That's my take on it anyway. Perhaps I am reading too much into all of this, but like I said earlier, I don't think so.
