Has anybody created a theory regarding how many of these supercomputers are being used against us? And if so, which?

These supercomputers built by corporations are in the control of essentially anyone.
Their wireless technology is the 'implant'. With these machines, they are selecting and confusing people at their discretion. This is how they are controlling our government, and the laws that are being passed.
These machines are the block in our free republic system, and the reason our future looks grim.
Obviously it looks equally dim for other countries pursuing the technology.
