Some useful Legal tips given by a caller at the end of Alex show Monday 1/19/10: (Confirm these for yourself)

He said the following:

1) These guys operate by Color of Law.

2) The first question you should ask them is "What is your statutory authority?"

3) Start a study group and start learning Statutory Law, the Constitution, and Civil Law!

5) TITLE 42--THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE  - CHAPTER 21--CIVIL RIGHTS Section 1983 (See below) was tailor made for these guys. Take them individually to court, and they own't be pulling these stunts again.  (Someone else mentioned filing a Class Action Suit against them)
