While I defiantly believe that the U.S is building and putting money into building these types of modification programs; I really believe that this incident was a natural one and that the technology is not fully there. I don't have any insight on this nor have I read up on it, but looking at it  soley logically, if they could cause these types of disasters--wouldn't they have already been using lighter forms of weather modification to prove their bullshit global warming propaganda?

Regardless, it churns my stomach to see how the media has put on their fake frowns long enough to distract people from problems in their own country. Don't get me wrong, this incident deserves a big peice of coverage, but not the entire thing. I can turn on CNN anytime of the day, and I know they'll be talking about Haiti. These people are too predictable.

It's difficult to prove it was HAARP. Need to combine some real data to prove that.

Fact is though HAARP can do that by triggering a geological situation which is already there. Tension in the earth so to speak.

Fact is also they knew about these tensions in the earth in Haiti for years. So it wouldn't be unthinkable.
