Chris is saying he wants to stop the rule that any Senate initiated legislation requires 60 votes to requiring only 51 votes (more democratic).
In other words all the warnings that Aaron Russo, AJ, the founding fathers, and others have been saying are a CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER.
Chris Matthews is not just ignorant about the word democracy, he damn well knows we are a Republic. He knows that a Republic protects the rights of all people and that their rights cannot be taken away by legislation because they were granted by our creator and not by government.
So he is saying, "this constitution thing is in the way of pushing through key NWO/Elite objectives. Isn't it time to change it so that we do not have to get 60 senators on board and can just play the left/right game which will always grant 51 senators no matter what."
