Bluebeam doesn't have to be blue. That's just the name of the holographic technology.
Bluebeam will not happen, because these people can't even do 9/11 without messing up.

Wow I saw this on another site first and I came here because I instantly thought Blue Beam and wondered if it was on here yet. How in the world can people deny this now? A lot of people still appear to be in denial. This clearly seems like a test run. It doesn't surprise me that they did it in Norway. It's a very remote area and it seems like everything is happening in that area recently.

Killing people is easy enough. Surveillance is easy enough. But Bluebeam is supposed to be about having hovering Jesus and Buddhas, and it's just not going to happen. People won't buy it.

Some people are pretty gullible! But we should think of 'bluebeam' to include any attempts by TPTB to try to bamboozle the public by large scale sleight-of-hand, visual/audio displays, magicians tricks and electro-mind-control ... not just Jesus or Buddha or Al Gore or GUBUGU holo-projections.

This looks extremely similar to a (failed?) missile test. The spiral effect could very well be coming from an unguided (malfunctioning) booster/rocket spinning out of control. A couple of years ago there was an experimental missile test near the coast of Southern California which made a greenish blue cloud in the sky that hung there for about twenty minutes or longer. Everyone not in the know thought is was a comet or some weird atmospheric phenomena.
There is also a video of a "UFO" on Youtube that looks exactly like this thing. It even "explodes" in the exact same way. I'm afraid I don't have a link though. Someone linked it in a thread on ATS (yeah yeah...) and it should still be over there somewhere.

It definitely looks like a projection of some sort. Personally I think it looks like a normal map (term used in 3D CG graphics for an image based technique to give the illusion of high detail through lighting and angles) that has been projected into the sky. What made me think of that was if you look at the close up of the spiral (those familiar with such 3D techniques) is the lighting and shading and how it creates a falloff. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Normal_mappingSo, if this whole thing isnt a hoax (photoshopped hoax) then who ever did this can successfully create an illusion of things in the sky by using images and/or 3D models.

A mysterious light display appearing over Norway last night has left thousands of residents in the north of the country baffled. Witnesses from Trøndelag to Finnmark compared the amazing sight to anything from a Russian rocket to a meteor or a shock wave - although no one appears to have mentioned UFOs yet. The phenomenon began when what appeared to be a blue light seemed to soar up from behind a mountain. It stopped mid-air, then began to circulate. Within seconds a giant spiral had covered the entire sky. Then a green-blue beam of light shot out from its centre - lasting for ten to twelve minutes before disappearing completely. The Norwegian Meteorological Institute was flooded with telephone calls after the light storm - which astronomers have said did not appear to have been connected to the aurora, or Northern Lights, so common in that area of the world. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/worldnews/article-1234430/Mystery-spiral-blue-light-display-hovers-Norway.html

I thought that this was a hoax when I first saw it. However, it has popped up on StumbleUpon 5 times in half an hour, so I looked around. Most media around the world are reporting on it, mainstream, and not so mainstream.
The white/grey spiral 'disc' is clearly rotating in the view videos that I saw.
The blue/green spiral 'cone' that appears to be going from the center of the disc, and down to earth, looks more like a rocket contrail than anything.
I am going to say that this is likely some sort of military rocket launch, although I don't know what the rotating disc thing is all about... perhaps a vortex of ionospheric gas illuminated, and sent into a vortex, as the rocket went through it and out into space?

Wrong. Release a balloon, if you doubt. Rockets only go straight when their guidance mechanism are working correctly, or have stationary fins. That is the difficult part of rocket science. The picture I think were photo shopped the videos looked nothing like the pictures.

The reason for the spiral in the original pic is due to slow shutter speed or is it slow exposure, one of them, looks like an UV laser.
you can get certain lenses to create different effects like a torch-spot effect in Jackson's vid.

was pink floyd around norway?
Great Gig in the Sky Pink Floyd tribute Saturday at MontBleu includes laser light show By By Tim Parsons, Lake Tahoe Action | Tahoe.com http://www.tahoe.com/article/20091124/EDITORSCHOICE/911249999/1020/WHATTODOWho: “Laser Eclipse — A Live Tribute to Pink Floyd and Full Color Laser Show” When 9 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 28; doors open at 8 p.m. Where: MontBleu Theatre Tickets: $25 “The Great Gig in the Sky” will be seen, heard and experienced in the MontBleu Theatre. “We want to offer that Pink Floyd concert experience that people saw back in the '70s and '80s,” said Dave Marino, the band leader of Eclipse, a tribute band to the British group, who released a series of mind-bending albums and performed live with a laser light show. “What we want to do is transport people back in time and we have a new generation of younger people who never had the opportunity to see Pink Floyd,” Marino said. “We want them to experience a little slice of rock history.” The light show will be presented by UV99 Laser Productions, which for 15 years has worked venues such as the Coachella Valley Music Festival, Jim Carrey comedy concerts and even a 1995 gig at Burning Man. “We were the first to set foot on the playa,” said Skipp Raftery, the lighting director. Laser Eclipse will begin at 9 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 28. Pink Floyd, along with Electric Light Orchestra and Blue Öyster Cult, was a pioneer in laser light shows. However, technology has come a long way since those shows in the 1970s and '80s. “It will be something that people have never seen before,” Raftery said. Many people have seen laser shows and many people have seen Pink Floyd laser shows and this will be vastly different frmo any Pink Floyd laser show they have ever seen.” But coinciding with the psychedelic nature of Pink Floyd, instead of being monitored by fire marshals, laser shows are regulated by the Food and Drug Administration. While Pink Floyd's lasers were just one color, the Laser Eclipse's will be multicolored. “I saw them live twice in Oakland, once indoors and once outdoors and their laser shows and it was good,” Raftery said. Eclipse, a quintet from Reno formed nearly three years ago, has performed to lights, but Saturday will be the first time with UV99 Laser Productions. “I've dedicated myself to studying David Gilmour's guitar technique,” Marino said. “I've been playing guitar for a lot of years and it's very challenging, and it's challenging for all of us. It's very detailed music, a lot of time changes and a lot of it is recreating those classic tones that they had. We use a lot of old-school equipment to try to reproduce their tone.” Eclipse performs songs from the four albums released from 1973-79 — “The Dark Side of the Moon,” “Wish You Were Here,” “Animals” and “The Wall.” Pink Floyd went from being a well-known band to an all-time great when it released “The Dark Side of the Moon,” which was on the Billboard top 200 charts for 14 years. “We wanted to pick the most classic hits they had,” Marino said. “We pretty much play ‘The Dark Side of the Moon' in its entirety.” All of the band members have played in classic rock groups in Reno. The newest member, Kathie Hull, is the singer for “Great Gig in the Sky,” a tune sequenced with Dorothy's in-house flight on the “Wizard of Oz,” if the movie and album are played at the same time. “I think it's an amazing coincidence,” Mario said. While “The Dark Side of the Moon” also plays “Money” when Dorothy and her friends enter the Emerald City and the Scarecrow dances while Floyd plays “Brain Damage” (The lunatic is on the grass), band members have denied recording the album with the movie in mind. Vince Gates, owner of Play Your Own Music in Carson City, plays bass and fills the role of Roger Waters. Rob Lawrence, who owns Humble Bee Records recording studio, is on keyboards and Lars Cerio is on drums. Three Pink Floyd members are still alive: Gilmour, Waters and drummer Nick Mason. Keyboardist Richard Wright died last year of cancer at the age of 65. Syd Barrett, who went insane and left the band in 1968, died in 2006. Barrett was the inspiration for many of the songs penned by Gilmour and Waters, including the themes for the albums “Wish You Were Here” and “The Wall.”

Just a rocket spiraling out of control. People who play with hobby rockets say this happens quite often and the site in norway is said to be near a missile testing spot. Also this following picture that looks quite dramatic is a photo taken with adjusted ISO levels (shutter speed) like people do of the night sky. You can tell by the brightness of the city lights.
