I live in an area where, unfortunately, a very nice young woman was recently the victim of a homicide.

I wrote the following account, here presented in redacted form (compiled from official sources), of the alleged murderer's record prior to the homicide of which he is accused.

Mr. X’s record with the Anytown, USA, Police Department since his having attained the age of eighteen in March, 2009, is truly remarkable, as his arrest just eight days after that date on a felony charge of Second Degree Sexual Assault makes one wonder about his juvenile record.  (I apologize in advance for the many redundancies I’ve included in this summary, but the complexity of his record requires such redundancy for the sake of clarity.)  Less than two months later, on May 20th, 2009, he is arrested on two misdemeanor counts of Disorderly Conduct and one misdemeanor count of Simple Assault.  Two days later, he is presented as having violated, by virtue of his Disorderly Conduct and Simple Assault arrest, the condition of the bail granted him pursuant to the Sexual Assault arrest, and is ordered held without bail.  On May 26th, the Sexual Assault case is transferred to Superior Court.  On June 8th, he is sentenced to one year’s probation on the Simple Assault charge (the Disorderly Conduct charges having been dismissed), and, the following day, he is released on personal recognizance from his incarceration due to his violation of the conditions of the bail granted him pursuant to the Sexual Assault arrest.  Less than a month later, on June 25th, he is arrested on a felony charge of Breaking and Entering -- Dwelling (involving his assuming residence in the home of a family he knew to be then away on a vacation trip), and is ordered held without bail for his having violated, by virtue of the Breaking and Entering -- Dwelling arrest, the conditions of his probation stemming from the Simple Assault conviction.  On July 15th, he is remanded to jail, and, the following day, he is sentenced to one year’s imprisonment (suspended), and one year’s probation for his having violated, by virtue of the Breaking and Entering --Dwelling arrest, the conditions of his probation stemming from the Simple Assault conviction.  On August 24th, he is remanded to jail for an unspecified cause.  On September 17th, he fails to appear before the court for a hearing related to the Breaking and Entering -- Dwelling charge, and, the following day, a Failure to Appear warrant for his arrest is issued.  He is arrested on the basis of this warrant on September 29th, and is released on his own recognizance.  On November 9th he fails to appear for another scheduled court appearance related to the Sexual Assault 2 case (due to his incarceration in another state for Leading Police on Motor Vehicle Chase (in that he was caught speeding while driving the car of the girl he'd just murdered!)), and another Failure to Appear warrant for his arrest is issued.  The following day, the Breaking and Entering -- Dwelling case is transferred to Superior Court, and, the day after that, and an additional felony charge of Receiving Stolen Goods in Excess of $500 is added to that case file.

It seems to me that his history of serious offenses, combined with his history of failing to appear in court, had well earned him a remand to jail pending trial.  And, yet, he was free on his own recognizance at the time he murdered a sweet young woman of my acquaintance.  Could this be an example of what Alex was talking about when he mentioned that violent criminals were being released to plague society, while minor pot offenders, who, according to Alex, make excellent prison industry workers in America's privatized prison system, are held for as long as they can be held?

is it possible to have a transcript of the quotes or a youtube to what you are referring to as it seems to be very important.

this was done at various times in our history and was done in soviet union.

bilderberg/elites make a country get too tyrannical against crime, then they release the criminals. this is a pattern.

some of the crimes are then committed and some are set up.

in tacoma there is a history of false flag terrorism against the citizens and the police officers.

patsies are set up continually in that area.

it seems to be a program, exercise for things to come.

they are provoking the race card similar to the sharon tate/mansonn murders (smae people pulling the strings).

It's certainly a double edged sword. And in the meantime prisons are big business in the USA and you have more prisoners than anyone else in the world. You even have jail factories and work details.

If you go tougher on law more people go to jail for longer and it further erodes your rights. If you don't you get shot to death by lunatics. I'd hate to live there.

I have believed this for a long time. It gives them a  reason to chip not only criminals, but your kids as well, to "protect" them. "Think how quickly missing children could be found when kidnapped by sex offenders.", is their reasoning. Or maybe the sex offender could just chop off the hand of the child in which the chip is implanted to solve that problem.

Or in this Seattle attack, it whips up the anti gun crowd. This is just all so obvious and in our face when they let these thugs out.

If this is indeed contrived, it is also a way to get the police to be more cohesive with each other, and against the public! They will now be reinforced in their thinking that the PUBLIC is out to get them, which is probably what they've been taught repeatedly. Once again, this is reinforced in their minds.

If you know any police, they need to be advised there is a possible "other agenda" going on here and that the GENERAL PUBLIC is not out to get them, just educate them while invoking their 1st Amendment rights to stand against tyranny. If the police would stand WITH US, then we all could be winners. THEY NEED TO WAKE UP AND GET ON THE RIGHT SIDE! THIS IS THEIR COUNTRY TOO!

Ladies and Gentlemen - I'm only going to talk to you just for a minute or so this evening. Because...

I have some very sad news for all of you, and I think sad news for all of our fellow citizens, and people who love peace all over the world, and that is that Martin Luther King was shot and was killed tonight in Memphis, Tennessee.

Martin Luther King dedicated his life to love and to justice between fellow human beings. He died in the cause of that effort. In this difficult day, in this difficult time for the United States, it's perhaps well to ask what kind of a nation we are and what direction we want to move in.

For those of you who are black - considering the evidence evidently is that there were white people who were responsible - you can be filled with bitterness, and with hatred, and a desire for revenge.

We can move in that direction as a country, in greater polarization - black people amongst blacks, and white amongst whites, filled with hatred toward one another. Or we can make an effort, as Martin Luther King did, to understand and to comprehend, and replace that violence, that stain of bloodshed that has spread across our land, with an effort to understand, compassion and love.

For those of you who are black and are tempted to be filled with hatred and mistrust of the injustice of such an act, against all white people, I would only say that I can also feel in my own heart the same kind of feeling. I had a member of my family killed, but he was killed by a white man.

But we have to make an effort in the United States, we have to make an effort to understand, to get beyond these rather difficult times.

My favorite poet was Aeschylus. He once wrote: "Even in our sleep, pain which cannot forget falls drop by drop upon the heart, until, in our own despair, against our will, comes wisdom through the awful grace of God."

What we need in the United States is not division; what we need in the United States is not hatred; what we need in the United States is not violence and lawlessness, but is love and wisdom, and compassion toward one another, and a feeling of justice toward those who still suffer within our country, whether they be white or whether they be black.

So I ask you tonight to return home, to say a prayer for the family of Martin Luther King, yeah that's true, but more importantly to say a prayer for our own country, which all of us love - a prayer for understanding and that compassion of which I spoke. We can do well in this country. We will have difficult times. We've had difficult times in the past. And we will have difficult times in the future. It is not the end of violence; it is not the end of lawlessness; and it's not the end of disorder.

But the vast majority of white people and the vast majority of black people in this country want to live together, want to improve the quality of our life, and want justice for all human beings that abide in our land.

Let us dedicate ourselves to what the Greeks wrote so many years ago: to tame the savageness of man and make gentle the life of this world.

This is a time of shame and sorrow. It is not a day for politics. I have saved this one opportunity, my only event of today, to speak briefly to you about the mindless menace of violence in America which again stains our land and every one of our lives.

It is not the concern of any one race. The victims of the violence are black and white, rich and poor, young and old, famous and unknown. They are, most important of all, human beings whom other human beings loved and needed. No one - no matter where he lives or what he does - can be certain who will suffer from some senseless act of bloodshed. And yet it goes on and on and on in this country of ours.

Why? What has violence ever accomplished? What has it ever created? No martyr's cause has ever been stilled by an assassin's bullet.

No wrongs have ever been righted by riots and civil disorders. A sniper is only a coward, not a hero; and an uncontrolled, uncontrollable mob is only the voice of madness, not the voice of reason.

Whenever any American's life is taken by another American unnecessarily - whether it is done in the name of the law or in the defiance of the law, by one man or a gang, in cold blood or in passion, in an attack of violence or in response to violence - whenever we tear at the fabric of the life which another man has painfully and clumsily woven for himself and his children, the whole nation is degraded.

"Among free men," said Abraham Lincoln, "there can be no successful appeal from the ballot to the bullet; and those who take such appeal are sure to lose their cause and pay the costs."

Yet we seemingly tolerate a rising level of violence that ignores our common humanity and our claims to civilization alike. We calmly accept newspaper reports of civilian slaughter in far-off lands. We glorify killing on movie and television screens and call it entertainment. We make it easy for men of all shades of sanity to acquire whatever weapons and ammunition they desire.

Too often we honor swagger and bluster and wielders of force; too often we excuse those who are willing to build their own lives on the shattered dreams of others. Some Americans who preach non-violence abroad fail to practice it here at home. Some who accuse others of inciting riots have by their own conduct invited them.

Some look for scapegoats, others look for conspiracies, but this much is clear: violence breeds violence, repression brings retaliation, and only a cleansing of our whole society can remove this sickness from our soul.

For there is another kind of violence, slower but just as deadly destructive as the shot or the bomb in the night. This is the violence of institutions; indifference and inaction and slow decay. This is the violence that afflicts the poor, that poisons relations between men because their skin has different colors. This is the slow destruction of a child by hunger, and schools without books and homes without heat in the winter.

This is the breaking of a man's spirit by denying him the chance to stand as a father and as a man among other men. And this too afflicts us all.

I have not come here to propose a set of specific remedies nor is there a single set. For a broad and adequate outline we know what must be done. When you teach a man to hate and fear his brother, when you teach that he is a lesser man because of his color or his beliefs or the policies he pursues, when you teach that those who differ from you threaten your freedom or your job or your family, then you also learn to confront others not as fellow citizens but as enemies, to be met not with cooperation but with conquest; to be subjugated and mastered.

We learn, at the last, to look at our brothers as aliens, men with whom we share a city, but not a community; men bound to us in common dwelling, but not in common effort. We learn to share only a common fear, only a common desire to retreat from each other, only a common impulse to meet disagreement with force. For all this, there are no final answers.


Yet we know what we must do. It is to achieve true justice among our fellow citizens. The question is not what programs we should seek to enact. The question is whether we can find in our own midst and in our own hearts that leadership of humane purpose that will recognize the terrible truths of our existence.

We must admit the vanity of our false distinctions among men and learn to find our own advancement in the search for the advancement of others. We must admit in ourselves that our own children's future cannot be built on the misfortunes of others. We must recognize that this short life can neither be ennobled or enriched by hatred or revenge.

Our lives on this planet are too short and the work to be done too great to let this spirit flourish any longer in our land. Of course we cannot vanquish it with a program, nor with a resolution.

But we can perhaps remember, if only for a time, that those who live with us are our brothers, that they share with us the same short moment of life; that they seek, as do we, nothing but the chance to live out their lives in purpose and in happiness, winning what satisfaction and fulfillment they can.

Surely, this bond of common faith, this bond of common goal, can begin to teach us something. The very word "secrecy" is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. Even today, there is little value in opposing the threat of a closed society by imitating its arbitrary restrictions. Even today, there is little value in insuring the survival of our nation if our traditions do not survive with it. And there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment. That I do not intend to permit to the extent that it is in my control. And no official of my Administration, whether his rank is high or low, civilian or military, should interpret my words here tonight as an excuse to censor the news, to stifle dissent, to cover up our mistakes or to withhold from the press and the public the facts they deserve to know.

It is the unprecedented nature of this challenge that also gives rise to your second obligation--an obligation which I share. And that is our obligation to inform and alert the American people--to make certain that they possess all the facts that they need, and understand them as well--the perils, the prospects, the purposes of our program and the choices that we face.



No President should fear public scrutiny of his program. For from that scrutiny comes understanding; and from that understanding comes support or opposition. And both are necessary. I am not asking your newspapers to support the Administration, but I am asking your help in the tremendous task of informing and alerting the American people. For I have complete confidence in the response and dedication of our citizens whenever they are fully informed. I not only could not stifle controversy among your readers--I welcome it. This Administration intends to be candid about its errors; for as a wise man once said: "An error does not become a mistake until you refuse to correct it." We intend to accept full responsibility for our errors; and we expect you to point them out when we miss them. Without debate, without criticism, no Administration and no country can succeed--and no republic can survive. That is why the Athenian lawmaker Solon decreed it a crime for any citizen to shrink from controversy. And that is why our press was protected by the First Amendment-- the only business in America specifically protected by the Constitution- -not primarily to amuse and entertain, not to emphasize the trivial and the sentimental, not to simply "give the public what it wants"--but to inform, to arouse, to reflect, to state our dangers and our opportunities, to indicate our crises and our choices, to lead, mold, educate and sometimes even anger public opinion. My father lives in an area of New England, in the Northeastern USA, where fully 3 in 10 of the farmhouses fly the Union Jack alongside of, or instead of, the Stars and Stripes.

The issues behind the American Revolution remain unsettled in the part of America in which I live, and, I, myself, feel this conflict within me.

I totally reject the current Royal Family, installed as they were, almost three centuries ago, by the same German bankers who had established the Bank of England some decades earlier.

But I long ago took it upon myself, not only to learn the Old English language, but to internalize the ancient English concepts of liberty and responsibility, as enshrined in Magna Carta.

I cheered as I read the Anglo-Saxon Chronicle (in the original!) recite how the English people of old raided the heartland of the Empire of a Romanesque big government enthusiast to whom I refer as Big Chucky (as I am impelled to regard his historical moniker as being as grotesquely grandiose as his statist ambitions (the man I'm referring to being the grandson of Charles Martel and the son of Pepin the Short)).  My own ancestry being German, I nevertheless regard the rift between Big Chucky (and his unfortunate followers among my deluded people) and the good people of England as my own cultural divide, with myself being firmly and finally on the side of the English people of old.

Now. concerning the British Empire: insofar as the great principles of Magna Carta and ancient Germanic tribal law live in the hearts of only a few of us, the Better British Empire, that is, the Empire of the common man's emancipation from servitude to tyranny, as opposed to the Empire of the Bankers, serves as a bright beacon illuminating the entire world.  In this sense, Alex Jones himself, as a major proponent of Magna Carta, the US Declaration of Independence, the US Constitution, and the US Bill of Rights, is an advocate of this Better British Empire.  We don't need the whole world to copy our specific governmental forms in order to succeed: we need only that the entire world unite against the encroaching bankers' tyranny so that each of us might live according to our own principals, whether or not those principles agree with ours, as we all know that the principles of the enemy who want to kill almost all of us are alien to our best interests.
