After searching I found more information. The name was changed after the Port Authority who is in charge of the project found a Chinese firm Vantone Industrial decided to lease 190,00 square feet 6 floors.

The folks relied upon to protect the New York and New Jersey ports and now rebuilding the World Trade Tower have
decided to pimp out the name of our memorial to a Chinese company.
This is an outrage.Knowing the truth breaks my heart.
