I wouldn't come to any conclusions yet either. A router could have gone down or something on Rackspace. Who knows? A UDP (standard) traceroute gets to RackSpace from my address, then no more responses. But an ICMP echo request gets through all the way to the IP of ronpaul2008.com.
Check out the Alexa stats for ronpaul2008.com though!
