I saw it. I thought it was a good show.
Lots of NWO agenda political drama and symbolism stuff throughout.
Oh and the air force drone commercial during it was very well telling.

The military in the streets controlling the crowds; aliens; reptillians talking about a world without countries - a global community; the reptillians infiltrating the human race for decades, building up toward their plan... I knew there would be a thread about it. We all watched it - not sure if we'll go the course with the series. It was interesting to see how close it was to the original show from the 80s.

Hmm - as I watched it I couldn't help but think that either someone was trying to wake people up, or... we are having our noses rubbed in it.

Nah it will be disinfo for sure.
I know some artists are trying to fight back against the NWO takeover of the movie/music industry but for the most part the TV stations are just not helpful.

You should hear Dr Scott Johnson's audio sermons on Maitreya and his "ascended masters" - http://sermonaudio.com/drscottjohnson - his studies are very well researched. Here's another thing - this show was SUPPOSED to debut in FEBRUARY 2010, but for some reason, ABC pushed it up to this month. If anything, the NWO seems to be anxious to condition us with this. Something is UP!

I saw a little bit. I'm open-minded, it's possible there's no grand conspiracy behind the series at all. My ears did perk up, though, when the evil aliens promised universal health care. That was interesting.

Scott Johnson talked in his sermons over Maitreya over how the current NWO regime is hiding ALOT of resources, technology, et al from the public that could be very helpful to them(i.e. technology that can cure illnesses like cancer, and other products that are very useful), but when 'lord' Maitreya arrives, he will likely make all these things accessible as he'll be coming as a 'man of peace'.

I was just thinking earlier. What's the likelihood this thing would ever see the light of day unless the establishment was 100% behind it? I loved the original and this one was good entertainment but watch for it and wait for it. It'll end up being total propaganda. I'll be very surprised if it doesn't.

At a time of political turmoil, a charismatic, telegenic new leader arrives virtually out of nowhere. He offers a message of hope and reconciliation based on compromise and promises to marshal technology for a better future that will include universal health care. The news media swoons in admiration -- one simpering anchorman even shouts at a reporter who asks a tough question: "Why don't you show some respect?!" The public is likewise smitten, except for a few nut cases who circulate batty rumors on the Internet about the leader's origins and intentions. The leader, undismayed, offers assurances that are soothing, if also just a tiny bit condescending: "Embracing change is never easy." So, does that sound like anyone you know? Oh, wait -- did I mention the leader is secretly a totalitarian space lizard who's come here to eat us? Welcome to ABC's "V," the most fascinating and bound to be the most controversial new show of the fall television season. Nominally a rousing sci-fi space opera about alien invaders bent on the conquest (and digestion) of all humanity, it's also a barbed commentary on Obamamania that will infuriate the president's supporters and delight his detractors. "We're all so quick to jump on the bandwagon," observes one character. "A ride on the bandwagon, it sounds like fun. But before we get on, let us at least make sure it is sturdy." The bandwagon in this case is conspicuously saucer-shaped. "V" starts with the arrival of a couple of dozen ships from outer space, piloted by creatures who look like humans except a lot prettier. "Don't be frightened," says their luminously beautiful leader Anna (Morena Baccarin, "Serenity"). "We mean no harm." The aliens -- who become known as V's, for visitors -- quickly enthrall their wide-eyed human hosts. A handful of dissidents hold out against the rapturous reception given the V's. Some are simply uneasy, such as the youthful priest Father Jack (Joel Gretsch, "The 4400"), who sharply criticizes the Vatican's embrace of the V's as divine creations: "Rattlesnakes are God's creatures too." With or without the political sheen, "V" is sweeping television storytelling at its best. Whether you choose to view it as a blood-and-guts war story, a spy thriller (unlike the original show, these V's are perfect replicas of humans, so you never really know who might be sitting beside you at the bar), a high-stakes family drama (as households divide over the intentions of the V's), a religious allegory (the V's make a crippled man walk, filling up churches again) or just a sci-fi throwback to the days of "Earth vs. the Flying Saucers" and "The Thing," "V" is irresistible. This bandwagon is definitely worth jumping on.

I don't quite know what to make of the show, although, when I watched the reruns of the old series on SyFy (a dumbed-down version of Sci Fi, the channel's old name) over the last couple of days, I wondered whether the original show's themes of an untrustworthy press, informers among blood relatives, and, in particular, a strong Second Amendment orientation (i.e., an armed citizenry presented as the ultimate guarantee of liberty) would be continued in the new series.
I was pleased to see that the new series will continue the themes concerning the press and snitching offspring, and the Second Amendment theme, although absent from the pilot episode, may simply take time to develop. (I thought the Universal Health Care reference was a little too obvious, tendentious, and downright corny.) I was displeased to see that one of the main skeptics was an FBI agent, whereas, in the original series, both main skeptics were scientists, which creates a suspicion on my part that the new series may be an attempt to restore trust in government for those who have lost such trust. Then again, one of the other main skeptics is a long-time "conspiracy theorist", whose theories are now being validated. Also, the FBI agent discovers that a terrorist sleeper cell she's been tracking actually consists of visitor infiltrators, which plot twist obviously carries "inside job" implications.
I was further surprised to see a possible anti-NWO offering on the CIA-linked ABC network rather than a Viacom-owned channel, the usual venue for such programming (possibly due to a split within the US branch of the ruling class))
All in all, I'll just have to see how the series develops in future episodes to see whether it's another "Jericho" or another "All in the Family".

I watched it last night and the symbolism in it really made my blood boil..
WOW the military were johnny on the spot in the streets weren't they... almost as if it was ... planned?
the ships over major cities in each country, broadcasting in the major language of the region... (blue beam anyone)
promises of peace love and HOPE and change and cures in exchange of our resources and corporation?
demanding the reporter to spin them in a good light, NO questions that will make us look bad.....and then once the cameras are on "as me anything" *wink wink*
universal health care for all
and that is just the stuff I can list off the top of my head.

So if the reptilians are the bad guys as they were in the original series why would someone be upset with this series? If you are against "big government" then the reptilians are a metaphor for that. There was some interesting symbolism, a bit much deeper such as the statue of Christ falling when the "aliens" arrive. I'm sure the writers are having fun with some of it almost watching forums like this to see what chatter it creates.
