Possible clarification:

I thought I heard Williams say he recorded the new DVD over the weekend, and I assumed it was the weekend at least a week ago, which still seemed to me too recent to record and mass produce a DVD for sale now; however, he could have been referring to this past weekend, i.e., a day or two ago.  If this is the case, then there is nothing wrong with the timeline.  He likely produces the DVD's on an as-needed basis, I guess.

I think that is what he is saying though, it just comes off as, wait 2 years. I think the 2 years is the wrap up/end/finalization of current goings on according to him. Meaning by 2 years time, all of things will have already come to pass.

That other dvd that the pastor was selling, it was terrible; all he kept repeating was, 'get your house in order.' I think maybe all he had worth of info was about 10 min.  
This new dvd is probably the same so that's why I won't be buying it.  I can't stand the way he repeats the same thing over and over again without really saying anything.  

Nonetheless, he does provide about 3 min of tips in 2 hours worth of rambling....

You might be right, but then again, you are talking about the people who pulled off 911.  The elite have a flair for big dramatic events.
