A Kenya-descended politician has surged into the lead just days before voters in the state of Illinois choose candidates for a seat in the United States Senate.

Mr Barack Obama is now comfortably ahead of his closest competitor in the race to represent the Democratic Party in the Senate, according to poll results published yesterday.

Support for Mr Obama among likely Democratic voters in Illinois has soared from 15 per cent in a poll taken three weeks ago to 33 per cent in the latest opinion survey. The runner-up in the seven-person race trails Mr Obama by 14 percentage points, according to the poll conducted by a daily newspaper and a television station in Chicago.

The son of a white American mother and a prominent businessman from Siaya in Nyanza province, Mr Obama is trying to become only the third black person in the past century to win a seat in the 100-member US Senate.

Illinois Army National Guard Maj. L. Tammy Duckworth sat in a wheelchair at the paper-strewn kitchen table in her suburban Chicago home doing what she seems to do better than most mortals: focusing totally on the task at hand.

She worked the phones for hours Wednesday as part of her effort to get herself elected to Congress — reaching out to dozens of mayors, union officials and everyday voters.

Somehow, she's able to stay focused and find humor simultaneously. She has a knack for instantly putting people at ease with what some call her disability — the fact that she lost both her legs in Iraq 418 days before.

Pausing between calls, Duckworth noted that her high-tech artificial legs were in the closet "charging up." What she called her "left stump" was propped up on the table.

"That's my way of kicking back," she said with an infectious laugh. "I know, the politically correct term is residual limb. But that's just way too many syllables, and I figure it's mine. I can call it what I want."

Duckworth's Iraq experience already is the stuff of American military lore.

On Nov. 12, 2004, her entire focus was on not losing consciousness while trying to safely land a Black Hawk helicopter. It had been blasted by a rocket-propelled grenade that exploded where Duckworth was seated. The maneuver was an impossible feat with two missing legs, a shattered right arm, and a multitude of other serious injuries.

Another pilot landed the helicopter. But Duckworth, not realizing how seriously she'd been hurt, kept her attention on the mission, passing out only when the Black Hawk was on the ground. Initially presumed dead, Duckworth remained unconscious for the next 10 days.

Her focus for the better part of 2005 included staying alive, undergoing intense therapy at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C., and painstakingly learning to walk again on artificial legs.

She is on record as saying she's determined to fly helicopters again.

Duckworth knows that political pundits are focused on her. As a Democratic candidate in a historically Republican district trying to win the House seat being vacated by retiring Republican icon Henry Hyde, her 6th District race is becoming a Democratic Party priority and a talking point among political heavyweights.

"Very rarely have I met a more impressive person than Tammy Duckworth," said Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., in an article the day before she announced her candidacy Dec. 18. "She just has the poise and exudes the type of character that I think would make her an astounding public servant."

Duckworth is happy to point out that she and Hawai'i-raised Punahou graduate Obama have "a kama'aina connection."

Both were born outside the country — Obama in Indonesia, Duckworth in Thailand — and graduated from high school in Honolulu — Punahou and McKinley, respectively.

"The big thing for me is that I'm a McKinley High grad," said Duckworth. "That gives you a lot of street creds. I wasn't a rich kid."

Born in Bangkok on March 12, 1968, when her father was there working with a United Nations refugee program, Duckworth spent much of her childhood in Southeast Asian countries. Along with her parents, Franklin and Lamia Duckworth, and her younger brother, Tommy Duckworth, she arrived in Hawai'i at age 16. An honors student, she skipped ninth grade and graduated in 1985.

Richard Sakamoto, Duckworth's high school principal, remembers her as the sort of student any educator would hope to find in the classroom — multitalented, determined and bound for success.

"She was one of the best students, because of her determination," said Sakamoto, who had breakfast with Duckworth when she returned to Hawai'i in September to attend a wedding and to speak at a women's leadership conference.

"She was something else, very intelligent, very goal-oriented. She was an athlete. She participated in basketball, volleyball and track."

And according to Duckworth, she was and still is a girly girl. A photo of her looking stylish and feminine in a short satin dress appears in the 1985 McKinley High yearbook, for which Duckworth wrote the epilogue.

Another yearbook picture of her throwing a discus offers a different perspective. The accompanying caption reads: "Tammy Duckworth proves that females are more than equal to the task."

Duckworth, who holds a master's degree in international affairs from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., received a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Hawai'i in 1989.

UH political science professor Ira Rohter said she was a noticeable presence even then.

"Here was somebody who stood out and was asking questions," said Rohter, who recalls having Duckworth in one of his courses.

"She was inquisitive. There was a critical analysis. She was one of those people who read the material and then would talk and argue with you about it."

Rohter said he's not surprised now to find Duckworth on the national stage.

"I think she has a sophisticated understanding of what's going on," he said. "I'm intrigued with what it is that she wants to accomplish."

On the local level in Illinois, Duckworth wants to accomplish the sorts of things that matter to the people in the 6th District — better education, higher-paying jobs for young graduates, and affordable healthcare.

And she isn't shy about speaking her mind on controversial subjects. Duckworth talks about what she sees as a lack of leadership in Washington, D.C., record federal debt and bad fiscal policies that benefit the rich.

"Invading Iraq was a mistake," she says on her Tammy Duckworth for Congress Web site. "We should have focused our military resources instead on pursuing the terrorists who attacked our country and on capturing Osama Bin Laden."

Once she was discharged from active duty in late December, Duckworth was no longer restricted from making political statements. She remains in the Illinois National Guard on a Continuation On Active Reserve status — one of two severely injured soldiers given that special status, she said.

Out of uniform, she'll say what's on her mind, taking her cues largely from those who know firsthand what she's been through.

"I have a lot of respect for that World War II generation who came back from the war and changed this country," said Duckworth, whose husband, Bryan Bowlsbey, is a captain in the Army National Guard.

"Sen. Daniel Inouye was in that generation. Bob Dole and John F. Kennedy were in that generation."

Duckworth's dad, a Marine who received a Purple Heart for wounds received in Okinawa and the driving influence of her life, was of that generation. He died of heart failure on Jan. 28, 2005.

His daughter has nothing but praise for her fellow soldiers in the Middle East who she says risk their lives daily, watch their buddies get killed, and then keep going the next day.

"What's happened is they've done their duty, but the politicians have failed them," she said.

Too many legislators don't have a personal stake in the decision process — their sons aren't serving, Duckworth said. And that's why she remains in the military.

"Because if I get into Congress, the next time they decide whether or not to send troops into battle, I want to be there to make that decision.

"At least my butt will be on the line. I'm not just going to send somebody else. I'm going to be sending myself."

As for those who might criticize her views as somehow unpatriotic, Duckworth said bring it on.

"I've already had an RPG blow up in my lap," she said. "After that, take your best shot. I'm going to get up and fight for what I think is right."

Rarely, when conducting legal research does one find a historical document that is directly on point. But even more rare is to find a document which is directly on point multiple times. But that’s exactly what has happened this week. A historical document which destroys every bogus point being made by Obama POTUS eligibility supporters was recently discovered by a cracker jack team of university students from UConn. They call themselves UNDEAD REVOLUTION.

They have been sending me good stuff for quite a while now. A wonderful contributor to comments at this blog – Kamira – is part of that team. This group is preparing the mother of all natural born citizen research reports based upon their unique historical document discoveries. It will be guest blogged by them right here when it’s ready for public consumption.

But for now, and as a lead in to their work, I offer you one of their superb historical finds. It’s an article from The American Law Review dated Sept./Oct. 1884. The American Law Review was a premier legal journal - the brain child of Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes.

The article I am about to show you was published in The American Law Review, written by George D. Collins, Esq. Attorney Collins was the Secretary of the California Bar Association. His name was recognized nationally for cases in the federal courts and moreso due to his regular publishing of articles via The American Law review.

The article I am excited to bring you is titled:

The article provides historical opposition for every single point raised by Obama eligibility pundits and destroys all propaganda in its path.

The article is written in a clear and concise manner, easily understood by lawyers and lay persons alike. I will now introduce each relevant issue confronted in this article and then present the article in full for your review.

OBAMA POTUS ELIGIBILITY MYTHS DESTROYED BY MR. GEORGE COLLINS

MYTH #1: Chester Arthur’s British birth was known and accepted by the American people.

This article was written in Summer 1884, while Chester Arthur was still President. Since The American Law Review was such an esteemed legal publication, old Chester must have been somewhat intimidated by the report of Mr. Collins. This is because the article makes perfectly clear that to be a natural born citizen one must have been born to a US citizen father.

Chester’s father William was not naturalized until 1843, 14 years after Chester was born. This meant that Chester Arthur was a British subject at birth and was therefore not eligible to be President as was first reported at this blog back in December 2008.

It has been argued that Chester Arthur’s occupation of the White House set a legal precedent for Obama since both Chester and Barack were born of British fathers. But the public – at the time Chester was running for VP and later when he became POTUS – never knew that Chester Arthur was a British subject since he successfully lied to the public about his parental heritage.

The law review article goes into great detail concerning the issue of who exactly rises to the level of natural born citizen. It discusses law cases and legal precedent in its analysis, but it does not even mention the current President – Chester Arthur – even though Attorney Collins steadfastly denies that a person born on US soil to an alien father could be a natural born citizen.

If Attorney Collins – esteemed lawyer, Secretary of the Bar Association and nationally known legal journalist – had thought his current President at the time this article was published – Chester Arthur – was a British subject at birth, then the article would have required a discussion of that point.

But the article does not mention President Chester Arthur because Chester Arthur managed – through blatant deceit - to cover that issue up. He successfully concealed his British birth from the American people. This law review article is proof of that conclusion.

MYTH #2: Lynch v. Clark ( a New York State case, not federal) is legal precedent for Obama to be considered a natural born citizen.

Despite the fact that state court cases have absolutely no legal weight of authority in federal court, Obama eligibility supporters cite this case often. Attorney Collins tears the decision to shreds and exposes its faulty conclusions.

MYTH #3: Common law states that being born on the soil – Jus Soli – makes one a “natural born subject” and therefore every person born on US soil is a “natural born citizen”.

Attorney Collins takes this on directly and establishes clearly that there is no common law in the United States. He also explains that natural born citizens are in no way, shape or form, the same as natural born subjects.

MYTH #4: Vattel’s definition of a natural born citizen was not considered by the framers.

Attorney Collins discusses Vattel in great detail. And Collins agrees that to be a natural born citizen one must be born on the soil of parents who were themselves citizens. Collins quotes Vattel.

But more important is the fact that Collins makes it clear Vattel’s definition of “natural born citizen” was not actually Vattel’s definition.

This is very important.

The definition of “natural born citizen” was not created by Vattel in his treatise, “Law of Nations.” That treatise simply discussed the established body of law known as “the law of nations”. The definition of natural born citizen discussed in Vattel’s treatise was actually the definition established by the body of law known as “law of nations”.

Attorney Collins makes all of this quite clear in the article below. Now please review Article 1, Section 8 of the US Constitution:

The Congress shall have power…To define and punish piracies and felonies committed on the high seas, and offenses against the Law of Nations;

The capital letters are not in reference to Vattel’s treatise, but they are in reference to the body of law Vattel wrote about – the actual “law of nations”. And that body of law - according to Attorney Collins as well as Vattel – held that a “natural born citizen” was somebody with connections to the nation for having been born on the soil as well as having been born of citizen parents. In Article 1, Section 8, we therefore have a direct recognition that the framers respected the law of nations.

DOUBLE ALLEGIANCE TO THE NATION

This is what the framers required for the Commander In Chief. Any child of immigrants from any nation could become President – as long as his parents became naturalized US citizens before that child was born on US soil. In their wisdom, the framers sought two generations of US citizenship. This discriminates against no race at all.

To be an American has nothing to do with race. It has to do with being a person cloaked in liberty – free from monarchy, free of repression, free forever.

The natural born citizen clause does not establish a superior form of citizenship. It does establish a national security safeguard against foreign invasion of the White House and takeover of the US Armed Forces.

It makes all the sense in the world that the person who holds the keys to the massive nuclear arsenal in our possession should be born on US soil to parents who were citizens.

If we allow persons born in the US of alien fathers to be President of the US then Kim Jong Il, Osama Bin Laden and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad are all eligible to have their direct offspring become President of the United States and Commander In Chief of our Armed Forces.

That is what you are saying if you think Obama is eligible to be President.

You can’t discriminate based on race or nationality in this country. If a person whose father was not a US citizen at the time of his birth can become President, then it doesn’t matter what nation that person is a dual citizen of.

This is the main issue and main reason why I have dedicated so much of my time to this situation. I am no more worried about Obama than I was about Bush or Clinton. I see all of them as having struck horrific blows against US sovereignty. But I am seriously worried about who comes next. Who is being groomed as a Manchurian candidate as we speak?

If Obama is eligible to be President, then the sons of every despicable despot are also eligible.

It’s not like North Korea, Saudi Arabia or Iran are going to let the sons of US citizens lead their countries anytime soon. Are we really going to allow their sons to lead our nation? The framers would never have allowed such a horrific situation to exist. With the natural born citizen clause they protected us against this very scenario. We must protect the protection.

A legal fraud is being perpetrated upon this nation through ridicule and straight up major media propaganda.

The great weight of authority indicates Obama is not eligible to be President, but we are losing the PR war.

I recognize arguments which take issue with some of the conclusions below. But the point is urgently made that this issue is not settled and has never been directly adjudicated by a federal court. Such adjudication is the necessary outcome of this debate.

I hope the following piece of history serves as a wake up call to the snarky sarcasm being leveled at this very serious legal question. There is nothing funny about this issue. The repercussions for generations to come are potentially disastrous.

The maneuver was an impossible feat with two missing legs, a shattered right arm, and a multitude of other serious injuries.

Another pilot landed the helicopter. But Duckworth, not realizing how seriously she'd been hurt, kept her attention on the mission, passing out only when the Black Hawk was on the ground. Initially presumed dead, Duckworth remained unconscious for the next 10 days.

Her focus for the better part of 2005 included staying alive, undergoing intense therapy at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C., and painstakingly learning to walk again on artificial legs.

She is on record as saying she's determined to fly helicopters again.

Duckworth knows that political pundits are focused on her. As a Democratic candidate in a historically Republican district trying to win the House seat being vacated by retiring Republican icon Henry Hyde, her 6th District race is becoming a Democratic Party priority and a talking point among political heavyweights.

"Very rarely have I met a more impressive person than Tammy Duckworth," said Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., in an article the day before she announced her candidacy Dec. 18. "She just has the poise and exudes the type of character that I think would make her an astounding public servant."

Duckworth is happy to point out that she and Hawai'i-raised Punahou graduate Obama have "a kama'aina connection."

Both were born outside the country — Obama in Indonesia, Duckworth in Thailand — and graduated from high school in Honolulu — Punahou and McKinley, respectively.
"The big thing for me is that I'm a McKinley High grad," said Duckworth. "That gives you a lot of street creds. I wasn't a rich kid."

Born in Bangkok on March 12, 1968, when her father was there working with a United Nations refugee program, Duckworth spent much of her childhood in Southeast Asian countries. Along with her parents, Franklin and Lamia Duckworth, and her younger brother, Tommy Duckworth, she arrived in Hawai'i at age 16. An honors student, she skipped ninth grade and graduated in 1985.

Richard Sakamoto, Duckworth's high school principal, remembers her as the sort of student any educator would hope to find in the classroom — multitalented, determined and bound for success.

"She was one of the best students, because of her determination," said Sakamoto, who had breakfast with Duckworth when she returned to Hawai'i in September to attend a wedding and to speak at a women's leadership conference.

"She was something else, very intelligent, very goal-oriented. She was an athlete. She participated in basketball, volleyball and track."

And according to Duckworth, she was and still is a girly girl. A photo of her looking stylish and feminine in a short satin dress appears in the 1985 McKinley High yearbook, for which Duckworth wrote the epilogue.

Another yearbook picture of her throwing a discus offers a different perspective. The accompanying caption reads: "Tammy Duckworth proves that females are more than equal to the task."

Duckworth, who holds a master's degree in international affairs from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., received a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Hawai'i in 1989.

UH political science professor Ira Rohter said she was a noticeable presence even then.

"Here was somebody who stood out and was asking questions," said Rohter, who recalls having Duckworth in one of his courses.

"She was inquisitive. There was a critical analysis. She was one of those people who read the material and then would talk and argue with you about it."

Rohter said he's not surprised now to find Duckworth on the national stage.

"I think she has a sophisticated understanding of what's going on," he said. "I'm intrigued with what it is that she wants to accomplish."

On the local level in Illinois, Duckworth wants to accomplish the sorts of things that matter to the people in the 6th District — better education, higher-paying jobs for young graduates, and affordable healthcare.

And she isn't shy about speaking her mind on controversial subjects. Duckworth talks about what she sees as a lack of leadership in Washington, D.C., record federal debt and bad fiscal policies that benefit the rich.

"Invading Iraq was a mistake," she says on her Tammy Duckworth for Congress Web site. "We should have focused our military resources instead on pursuing the terrorists who attacked our country and on capturing Osama Bin Laden."

Once she was discharged from active duty in late December, Duckworth was no longer restricted from making political statements. She remains in the Illinois National Guard on a Continuation On Active Reserve status — one of two severely injured soldiers given that special status, she said.

Out of uniform, she'll say what's on her mind, taking her cues largely from those who know firsthand what she's been through.

"I have a lot of respect for that World War II generation who came back from the war and changed this country," said Duckworth, whose husband, Bryan Bowlsbey, is a captain in the Army National Guard.

"Sen. Daniel Inouye was in that generation. Bob Dole and John F. Kennedy were in that generation."

Duckworth's dad, a Marine who received a Purple Heart for wounds received in Okinawa and the driving influence of her life, was of that generation. He died of heart failure on Jan. 28, 2005.

His daughter has nothing but praise for her fellow soldiers in the Middle East who she says risk their lives daily, watch their buddies get killed, and then keep going the next day.

"What's happened is they've done their duty, but the politicians have failed them," she said.

Too many legislators don't have a personal stake in the decision process — their sons aren't serving, Duckworth said. And that's why she remains in the military.

"Because if I get into Congress, the next time they decide whether or not to send troops into battle, I want to be there to make that decision.

"At least my butt will be on the line. I'm not just going to send somebody else. I'm going to be sending myself."

As for those who might criticize her views as somehow unpatriotic, Duckworth said bring it on.

"I've already had an RPG blow up in my lap," she said. "After that, take your best shot. I'm going to get up and fight for what I think is right."

Is Barrack Obama an illegal alien?
It's just three weeks until the election and questions about Obama's citizenship still linger. The lawsuit filed by Phillip J. Berg threatens to be the real October surprise. The DNC and Obama are doing everything they can legally do to delay this proceeding until after the election. But if Obama wins the election and then it is proven that he really was born in Kenya and he is still a citizen of Indonesia, it will precipitate a constitutional crises of unprecedented magnitude. It would be unlawful for him to hold the office of President, in fact it would even make him ineligible to be a US Senator. Unless that is the real plan of his CFR handler Brezinski - to let Joe Biden be President.

You would think the Obama people would put this issue to rest by just producing a real birth certificate. But - maybe they don't really have one to produce. The one posted online has been identified as a fraud. That would explain the attempt to delay the ruling in the case.

It would also explain Obama's sympathy for illegal aliens - since he would be one himself as Berg says he has proof he is a citizen of Indonesia.

MyFox in Toledo ran this story just yesterday. I have heard numerous so called conservative commentators including Bill O'Reilly and Neal Boortz say that this story is a dend end. Obviously they don't know what they are talking about again.


    Philip J. Berg, a former University of Toledo School of Law graduate, has filed a lawsuit against Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama. He's claiming the Illinois senator is not a U.S. citizen and therefore ineligible to run for president.

    If elected, his selection to the presidency would cause a crisis within the U.S. Constitution.

    "If we can't enforce our constitution, especially a candidate for president, we're in real trouble in this country, more trouble than you really want to believe and it's frightening," said Berg from his offices in Lafayette Hill, Penn., a suburb of Philadelphia.

    Berg, a former Deputy Attorney General for the State of Pennsylvania, filed the lawsuit in federal court Aug. 21 (Berg vs. Obama, Civil Action No. 08-cv-4083), "seeking a Declaratory Judgment and an Injunction that Obama does not meet the qualifications to be President of the United States."

    Three qualifications must be met for someone to become president under the Constitution. You must be at least 35 years of age, a resident of the United States for at least 14 years, and a natural-born citizen.

    Berg believes the 47-year-old senator from Illinois does not meet the last qualification. Although the Obama campaign states he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, Berg believes Obama was born in Kenya. Further investigation reveals he may still be a citizen of Indonesia.

    Berg told WND the longer the DNC tries to ignore his lawsuit or make it go away – instead of just providing the documents – the more convinced he is that his accusations are correct.

    Despite assertions by the Washington Post, FactChecker.org and other organizations that Obama has produced a certified Hawaiian birth certificate, Berg told WND he remains "99.99 percent sure" that the certificate is a fake and he wants a court, not a website, to determine its validity.

    Earlier last week, lawyers for Obama and the DNC filed a joint motion to dismiss Berg's lawsuit. The fact that the DNC joined in the dismissal request has Berg fuming, believing his party's leaders have ignored his pleas for proof in order to favor their chosen candidate over a rank-and-file constituent.

Extensive research was done by someone who is a board certified forensic computer examiner, a certificated legal investigator, and a licensed private investigator. The results were published on the blog Atlas Shrugged back on July 20th. It looks like the Obama people produced a forged COLB to try and prove Obama is a US citizen. This is huge - so where is the media? Oh yeah, that's right. They are still all up in Alaska, preoccupied with trying to dig up some dirt on Sarah Palin.

Here are some brief excerpts from his investigation:

    I have decided to leave out the low level technicalities and the how-to section of this report due to a lack of time and more importantly I want to get the facts out as quickly as possible. As some of you may or may not know some asshat decided to track me down and vandalize my car and hang a dead mutilated rabbit from my front door in a lame attempt to intimidate me from proceeding with releasing any details of my analysis. They did succeed in delaying the report by a few days but instead of deterring me they just really pissed me off. To their credit, if I had not taken a few days off from the analysis I would have missed the most damning piece of evidence – the remnants of the previous security border.

    In questioned document analysis there are several methods for detecting forgeries – the most basic of which is to conduct a side by side evaluation of known good samples to compare against the questioned one and to use an alternate light source to highlight the changes in the color and density of the inks and paper. In the case at hand there are no questioned physical documents to examine so I used the same basic techniques modified for the digital age for use in computer forensic analysis.

    The following analysis was conducted using various Hawaiian COLBS issued over a multi-year time frame ranging from 2001 through 2008 but this report will focus only on the results from the March 2007 through June 2008 certificates for accurately comparing against the KOS image purportedly printed by the Health Department of Hawaii in June 2007. I am only interested in comparing apples to apples as they say but I will touch on some of the other years for a brief comparative and observational analysis.

    There are two obvious scenarios used to create the image that can be ascertained from evidence. Either a real COLB was scanned into Photoshop and digitally edited or a real COLB was first scanned to obtain the graphic layout then blanked by soaking the document in solvent to remove the toner. After rescanning the blank page to a separate image the graphics from the previously obtained scan could then be easily applied to the blank scan after some editing and rebuilding. It would also explain why date stamp bleeds through the paper and the various bits of toner located around the image as well as the remnants of the previous location of a security border.

    So as I have been saying repeatedly since I first compared the KOS images to the Decosta image using the same tests and measurements – the image is a horrible forgery.

I am not an expert so I can only say let the court proceedings begin! Perhaps someone should explain to Obama that Amnesty will not help him in this case. He should return to his country, Kenya, and start "spreading the wealth" over there. He could start with his poor homeless half-brother George Obama for instance - unless you call that shack a home. You know, start with your own family Barrack before you start trying to make America do WHAT YOU OBVIOUSLY WILL NOT DO YOURSELF! What a hypocrite Obama is. Have we seen Obama spreading his wealth around anywhere? He should give up some rooms in his 1.6 million dollar mansion to some of the poor and homeless in Chicago. Maybe even some of the very same people thrown out of the slums built by Tony Rezko. Barrack Obama, Bill Ayers, Reverend Jeremiah Wright, Louis Farrakhan and Jesse Jackson could all start setting the example for us on how to be good little socialists. Representing the poor and downtrodden sure pays well, doesn't it Barrack?

Another suit has been filed in Washington to get Obama to cough up a not faked birth certificate. If Michelle's recent babbling to API is proven to be authentic then apparently they already know he is not eligible to be POTUS. Ha! I say deport the bum back to Kenya. He can get a job in Odinga's cabinet spreading the wealth.

So where has Michelle Obama bin hiding?
Has anyone noticed that Michelle has been very absent from media view recently? It is rather odd as you normally see the faithful wife out on the stump. I mean they generally even support their husbands after they get caught fooling around on them. Maybe Obama's people finally realized that this woman is not a help to his campaign at all. Better to be seen than heard - in fact it is apparently better for her to not even be seen! I can't wait to hear her reaction when the Larry Sinclair gay limo sex and cocaine story finally comes out in the Obama loving media. Perhaps she will repeat Hillary's official response to the Monica story, "You did what?" The Obama media is completely ignoring the story, which leads me to believe that it just might be true. They did not report the Edwards story when it first came out either. Of coarse they have no trouble pursuing every story they can find about Sarah Palin - even if they aren't true.

Poor Michelle. It is the first time in her life that she 'is really proud of her country' and they got her locked away, out of sight, just like their "crazy uncle" Jeremiah Wright. She always looks to me like she is just mad at the world. "I feel your pain." Well perhaps the story below explains just why they want to keep her muzzled. There is some question about it being true, at least the Obama people are denying it. So whats new there? They deny everything until confronted with undeniable evidence and then they still continue to lie about it.

    WASHINGTON – An African news agency claims Michelle Obama placed a surprise call to protest its coverage of WND investigative stories about her husband – characterizing the source of the material as "racist" and Jerome Corsi as "evil."

    The call was placed to African Press International, according to a report in the publication today. It said Michelle Obama accused API of "colluding with American Internet bloggers in an effort to bring down her husband."

    The report said Mrs. Obama had hoped the African media "was mature enough to be in the front to give unwavering support to her husband, a man Africans should identify themselves with."

    API's account said it was "only relaying what the American bloggers and other media outlets had discovered through their investigations." This, according to the story, angered her.

    WND senior staff writer Jerry Corsi

    "African Press International is supposed to support Africans and African-American view," she reportedly said. "It is strange that API has chosen to support the racists against my husband. There is no shame in being adopted by a stepfather. All dirt has been thrown onto my husband's face and yet he loves this country. My husband and I know that there is no law that will stop him from becoming the president, just because some American white racists are bringing up the issue of my husband's adoption by his stepfather. The important thing here is where my husband's heart is at the moment. I can tell the American people that my husband loves this country and his adoption never changed his love for this country. He was born in Hawaii, yes, and that gives him all the right to be an American citizen even though he was adopted by a foreigner."

    The Obama campaign immediately denied the telephone call happened.

    Tommy Vietor, a campaign spokesman, told Byron York on the National Review Online blog "The Corner," the conversation didn't happen.

    "The answer is no, it's not real, the report is made up. She did not speak to the organization," Vietor said.

    However, in an e-mail to WND, a man who identified himself as API's "Chief Editor Korikr" confirmed the exchange.

    "API hereby confirms to you that the story is true and if the huge interest on this particular story continues, we will post the recording on our website in the next immediate days.

    "When we published the story we did not intend to cause any chaos but we are shocked by the huge interest the story is receiving from the Americans and the American media," he continued.

    "Mrs. Obama called us just to ask API to stop joining the mainstream hate online media that is trying to destroy her husband's opportunity to get the presidency," he wrote.

    He said his editorial board would meet to discuss how best to release the audio.

    AFI asked Michelle Obama to comment on the detention of Corsi during his visit last week to Kenya, where he was investigating the presidential candidate's links to a controversial strongman serving as prime minister.

If her reported comments are true they indicate that if you disagree with Barrack Obama then you are a labeled a racist and evil. Now who is really throwing the gas on the fire here? Barrack tried to accuse McCain in the debate last night. It seems to me from the Jeremiah Wright expose and black racist ideology of the "black value system" is what fuels the hatred of your "typical white person" by black people in America today. The only people I see "keeping the black man down" in America today are black racist leaders like Wright, Farrakhan, Jesse Jackson and John Lewis. It's kind of like the pot calling the kettle black isn't it? OK, I just couldn't resist that one.

Well Michelle, it doesn't necessarily make him unpatriotic - but it does make him look pretty stupid and certainly ineligible to be our next President. A Harvard trained lawyer should at least know immigration law.

Another Update - Yes we are still waiting for the release of the taped telephone conversation. Apparently the Obama goons are doing their best to try and intimidate API. So far they have not caved into the pressure. I can understand the desire of the Obama zombies to try and hide this evidence. It does not make Barrack Obama or Michelle look very "presidential." In fact it makes them look like they are black racists and have a sense of entitlement concerning the presidency. It seems Michelle thinks that Barrack is entitled to be president regaerdless of where he is a citizen and it doesn't seem to matter much to her if it is constitutional or not. He is in her mind, above the law. It also appears that Michelle forgot that they need to get elected before they start imposing their will on the world. I guess they were already "measuring the drapes."

    Now, in a statement dated Friday because of the time difference, API Chief Editor Korir has promised that the tape will be made available after his lawyers clear it for publication, and he denied being an advocate either for or against Obama's campaign.

    He said the delay also is intended to allow Michelle Obama to explain her actions first.

    There was no response to a WND call to the Obama campaign headquarters in Chicago tonight to request a comment.

    "A number of Americans who are die-hard Obama followers have tried their best to intimidate API using all kinds of threatening methods when they call in and when they e-mail us," the API statement said. "They are implying that API is planning to destroy Obama's chances to become the next U.S. president. API does not have a direct interest in the U.S. presidential elections and we want Obama supporters to understand that. However, when someone who may become the next first lady makes such comments as in the story we have published, the public have the right to know. Intimidation directed to the publishers of the story is not the answer.


Just today Obama warned his faithful dummycrats, "Don't underestimate our ability to screw it up." It's starting to look like Michelle didn't get that memo!

Nairobi — WHY IS THE WHITE MEDIA SO preoccupied with Barack Obama's race? Is it because the young Illinois senator could become the first black person to be elected president of a predominantly white country? If so, then it is a sad commentary on white psychology.

In the 1970s, the Anglo-American media showed little or no interest when an African country elected a white man as its president. To be sure, the Seychelles is as multiracial as the United States. But make no mistake about it. It is a black country.

Albert Rene is a Caucasian of French extraction - the Indian Ocean archipelago having once been a French colony. Yet his racial category did not bother the voters. They chose him only because, at heart, he was more African than most members of the OAU heads of state summit.

Detractors see nothing but racism in the excitement over Obama's blackness. The white West seems electrified that the scion of an adventurous "tribesman" from deep inside the Dark Continent may become the most powerful man in a white-dominated world.

The question is: Is Obama a black man? There are, of course, two ways of answering that question - first by his attitude and then by his skin colour. Looking at how he habitually responds to social cues, some of his fellow black Americans are tempted to dismiss him as an Uncle Tom.

An Uncle Tom is the American equivalent of our Afro-Saxons - jet-black individuals so mesmerised by white bourgeois values that they fawn shamelessly on any white person they meet.

But, evidently, Obama is not an Uncle Tom. Therefore, we must say that, if he is black, it is only on the surface - that is, skin deep. Most people do not see how strange that statement is. By what figment of the imagination can Senator Barack Obama be called black even on the evidence of skin?

In my reading, I have met only one person struck by this absurdity. Indeed, Richard Dawkins, the outspoken Oxford evolutionary biologist, is germane here because he shares something vital with Barack Obama Senior and myself: All three of us were born in Kenya many decades ago.

But although Dawkins is as white as gypsum, he knows much more than most of mankind about mankind's "raciation." That is why he "lights no torch" - a phrase which I borrow from him - on the scourge of racism. That is why it appals him that Obama is called a black man.

Of his many books, Dawkins is best known for The Selfish Gene and, more recently, The God Delusion, a book which puts him in the same bracket as two other Kenyans - an equally controversial white evolutionary biologist called Richard Leakey and a charcoal-black man called Philip Ochieng.

I am still in the middle of A Pilrimage to the Dawn of Life: The Ancestor's Tale, Dawkins's latest work. But I have reached the page where he demands to be shown the logic of a system which makes you black even when your blood is 90 per cent "Caucasian" and only 10 per cent "Negroid."

Writes Dawkins: "People who are universally agreed by all Americans to be 'black' may draw less than one-eighth of their ancestry from Africa, and often have a light skin colour well within the normal range for people universally agreed to be 'white'."

He draws the reader's attention to a " picture of four American politicians, two of whom are described in all newspapers as 'black' [and] the other two as 'white'." The picture is of Condoleezza Rice, Colin Powell, George Bush and Donald Rumsfeld. Dawkins asks an inevitable question:

"Wouldn't a Martian, unschooled in our conventions but able to see skin shades, be more likely to split them three against one? Surely, yes." Why? Because, in the picture, Rice stands out "darkly" against the other three, not to mention that her attire (female) would also strike the Martian's eye as oddly out of line.

Dawkins goes on: "But in our culture, almost everybody will immediately 'see' Mr Powell as 'black,' even in this particular photograph, which happens to show him with possibly lighter skin than [even] Bush and Rumsfeld." What exactly can it mean?

Many members of the American intelligentsia would boast that it is a manifestation of "pluralism." But many others have sneered at this claim. Carl Friedrich (in The New Belief in the Common Man) agrees that "The United States [is a] 'teeming nation of nations'." He asserts: "Here all the nationalities of Europe have come together..."

But he hastens to point out that there is a great deal of phobia even between the white immigrants from Europe, saying that, " while they are all Americans, it would be a great mistake to think that the different nationalities embrace each other in loving affection."

As H. L. Mencken wrote long ago in his American Language, Americans have coined numerous derogatory terms for each European ethnic group - pejoratives like wops, chinks, limeys and yids.

In The Evil That Men Do, Brian Masters informs us: "In the First World War, the Germans were called Huns by the British and Boches by the French. The Vietnamese were called gooks by the Americans, Jews are referred to as yids and almost any dark-skinned person is a wog to many Englishmen. While it may not be acceptable, except to a sadist, to tear a peasant lady's head off as her children watch, the feat can be accomplished with ease if she is only a gook, a wog or a yid."

THE QUESTION IS: SHOULD Americans be patted on the back for hurling these unfriendly tribal epithets at one another?

Is this the significance of what Daniel Easterman (in New Jerusalems) and Dale Davidson and William Rees-Mogg (in The Great Reckoning) brag about as "cultural pluralism" or John Naisbitt (in Megatrends) as "multiculturalism"?

In The Closing of the American Mind, Allan Bloom avers that " anybody can become an American in an instant " But Friedrich points out that America's social groups, even ethnic whites, have to think twice whether they really belong fully.

If this were not so, America's mega-cities would long ago have amalgamated their "Chinatowns," "Polack towns" and the "spa-ghetto" in which New York City's ethnic Italians languish.

They would also have banished from their vocabulary the word Wasp (White Anglo-Saxon Protestant), given its connotation of superiority over all other white groups and racial minorities. Even Naisbitt recognises that the American "melting pot" of races and white ethnic groups is a myth.

For him, there exists something much better than a melting pot - cultural pluralism. Writes Naisbitt: "We have moved from the myth of the melting pot to a celebration of cultural diversity.

"It is a far cry from the way the Americans handled ethnicity in the past. We seemed to put new immigrants through a metaphorical blender until they came out [as] homogenised Americans, with little remaining of their former heritage." So what has replaced the melting pot?

His reply: "One key factor behind the increasing acceptance of ethnic diversity has been the rapid growth of two minorities in particular: Spanish-speaking Americans, who [in the mid-1980s] officially number l5 million or about 6.4 per cent of the population, and Asian Americans, about 3.5 million or about l.5 per cent of the US population.
