Where is Duke now?  This is what I'm talking about!  Even If I believed you were his True master, which I am inclinded to do, what stops what's happened to you?  You seem to love him and maybe, he loves you.  What the hell man?  I'm not a hippie!  I eat meat, it's just that a coyote would be the last pet I would want around my kids.  I'm not sure you have kids or had depending on your age, but, did you ever feel like Duke was a threat?  Maybe not to you, but to others?  What really sucks is that if you were is only master, he is now lost.  Sorry for being harsh.  I thought you were just one of those guy's who want's to play with snakes in church.  I should have researched you first, maybe.  Do you guy's re-release into the wild?  Do they give you a license where you could still be it's main care-giver?  Kinda cruel to seperate a wild animal from it's care giver, if not dangerous.  Where the hell is Duke though?  They won't tell you anything?  They should at least tell you if he's alive, whoever they may be.  Will duke just go crazy without proper care and his he too old to receive another handler/alpha?  I assumed you were keeping him as a pet.  Sry, if I was wrong about that.  How long until they can be released and if not released, can you mate them and release their cubs/pups at a certain age?  BTW, I mentioned Savetoby.com because it was using the likely death of an animal to make some quick cash off of some good-hearted folks.  You never said you were going to eat Duke, so yeah,not quite the same.  This is the internet, no one is perfect, people.  Take care!

I explain where Duke is and the basic situation today in post #33 of this thread. I have been fascinated with Coyotes for most of my life. An interest that was given wings as a result of an article on Coyotes I read in an issue of Arizona Highways magazine in 1961. I have been actively studying them for at least 30 years. When I was younger, I would camp for days at a time a comfortable distance from the den of a mated pair and observe them with a small telescope as they raised their pups.

I would never kill one nor would I steal a pup from a den, so when God handed me a new born pup on that highway that day, I was thankful and awed... I would be able to use all I had observed and all I knew to transmute his unmarked instinct and intelligence into human friendly behavior through instinct modification, natural Coyote discipline techniques, and the same reward and punishment methods I observed years ago as given pups by ma and pa Coyote. The first hurdle was to gain his unquestioned love and trust, which took over a year to solidify... at the very least, the trust is now gone.

There is no law against raising dogs of wild lineage... including wolves. There is no licence that can be acquired to allow anyone to raise these animals... this right is granted as a gift from God only and requires a commitment much greater than the raising of children.

Any law that would licence or sanction den desecration for the general "ownership" of these most sacred of American Indian totems, I would fight to my last breath to stop...  God does the choosing here.

If taken to a zoo or refuge he will always remain feral... For me to regain his trust will take months of work even though I know him better than he knows himself, I also understand his anger and loss... my leaving was a betrayal in his mind, and his anger at me for leaving him, is understandable... I tried to impress on the police, my ex, any one who would listen, how important it was not to remove me from him... but the strawman that had been created by the ones who loathed me in the county and on the internet was so large and so vile that the real man, the real me, was lost in this monster that was charged, tried, and condemned with my name. My pleas for sanity in Dukes case were seen as the rantings of a lunatic, even my attorney advised me to "forget the dog, better yet, shoot the dog". I was floored... How sad the lynch-mob mentality truly is.

Only the few who really know me, which sorrowfully does not include my ex and her daughter, know how ridiculous this whole thing is and how dangerous it has become in the damage that may have been done already to my 4 legged gift of God's trust, not to mention the destruction of my antique arms business and the damage to my name and credibility with my work in the patriot movement. But God's Will is in play here even now, the very Will I submitted myself to long ago and the Will I trust in still.

It is a cliff hanger MK... I have 600 words every 2 weeks to tell a story, that is it... the story as you see it here was cut from about a 1000 word original as is shown on the blog... www.patriotmoneybomb.com . The story then expands and is over 40 pages so far with an outline that sets a 4 year completion and about 300 pages as a book.  Things got altered a bit in November and much catch-up and reparational work must be done to get back on track... So... things are not as straight forward as they would have been had paradise not been so trouble fraught...

I added the bit in the comments to set a touch of background hoping others will come in with questions. I have notes, stills, and videos galore and hope to employ them as the chaos subsides. My Duke fund was always and still is legit... the painting of it as a scam by my enemies, well that WAS the scam.

This article was primarily as a local introduction to Duke, since few in the county knew of him before yesterday so the article was mostly for local consumption.

Thank you so much for your kind offer, I'm humbled.  As things stand right now however, I'm still in the middle of the fray so to speak, and will be for at least the next year.

Repressed anger, fear, desire, a change in direction, as well as broken communication are the drivers here for my ex and her daughter who were never really home. The last year and a half they would be gone before 9am and would not return until 9pm or later, then they would go upstairs without a word and that was it. They had no idea what was happening at the house nor did they seem to care. My daily attempts to communicate were met with a brick wall, and I was so busy with all of the things I was doing to see what was happening, I thought it would pass... I was wrong.

They chose to use the new domestic violence laws as the bludgeon that night of October 28th and have destroyed my life utterly as a result, but I will rise again if God so wills, in spite of the mob.  I went from stable to penniless, homeless, and living in my Jeep, from a world recognized antique arms expert to a rip off, from a nationally recognized journalist and expert on the Constitution and the 10th amendment to a liar, and from a loving father and husband, to a drunken wife beater, child, and animal abuser, driven by prevarication, hyperbole, and fabrication, in less than 4 months. All fueled by their 10 posts on an anti Jones website that went viral last November. A site on which I have never posted. 

Unable to afford the cost to adequately defend the truth in a court of Jury law, a plea bargain of guilty to two lesser charges in April have now given me some rest, yet this guilty plea to even these prevarications will loom over me for a long time to come. I will say in their favor, that they have maintained my business email, my cellphone, and my paypal account which are in my ex's name, and all of which I would be totally lost without.

I have not been able to be near even a lead slug for a muzzle loader let alone enter my home gunsmith shop, except for a short period early on, since it all began... all outstanding orders and there are about 40 of them, must wait for at least 2 years if all goes well during the time of probation without any contact with the law, or I will loose my 2nd Amendment forever and be sentenced for up to 6 years in prison.

I am guilty of nothing! This is called NWO divorce by restraining order... only my half done work and love for Duke, the Constitution, and the will of God drive me now.

Sorry for venting, but my side of the story has never been heard, not in the investigation such as it was, any attempt was shouted down on the web, not even my lawyer was interested, and it was certainly never heard in court. This is primarily because I could not afford to pay my attorney what it would take to buy justice. Everything is in my ex's name, such was my trust in her. Such a fool I was. I begin serving 10 days in jail this Sunday which was a twist of the knife the judge added because of my ex's courtroom testimonial performance, I may likely be punished further for writing this much I feel...

you should have said in your earlier post that in their favor they maintained that site as well, but since it is in her name like most everything you owned... it is now gone and all photos are no doubt lost...  years of web photos and thousands of hours of work have been destroyed.

 Most everyone there in the county knows that the evidence they would have used in court was video and audio collected when you returned home after the initial confrontation that night.

This was a set up when you left earlier. Their actions on it's face is a conspiracy. The talk around is that it was premeditated since before the attempt with the DEA raid failed. It's a small county and word travels fast. But the "victim" of the treachery is the last to know.

I'm aware that they had 4 or 5 pictures, but I was never told of any audio or video stuff. As far as it being a small county, well that is true enough and people do gossip and a lot of what people say may not be true, so be advised.

I was told by my lawyer that the daughter and a friend were the two corroborating witnesses... Well, since the mother and daughter are connected at the hip, and have not been out of one another's sight night or day for 5 years even in sleep... that is a sure corroboration.... remember though, folks lie in court... and the mother gave a performance that won me jail time on top of all else, all lies of course... it was a siren song that turned the judge's demeanor from day to night... I heard little of the proceedings, I was in jail that night before and hadn't eaten since lunch the day before... my tinitis was acting up something fierce so I missed most of the audio... They paraded me into court in prison stripes hand cuffed and shackled, it was a kangaroo sham from the git-go.

If there is an lawyer out there with a healthy heart and the ability to smell fraud and libelous slander and a sense of goodness and will work on a contingency or time pay... I m pressed to recover what little is left of my life... Please help if you can.

I have received perscriptions from the homeless shelter free clinic doctors for my compression hose which keep the blood moving in my legs while restraining 2 large clots, also for my hernia belt that hold my guts in, my leg exercise schedule, my diet, and for my blood thinners... I have a genetic anti thrombin 3 deficiency which is the cause of the clotting...  I controlled it with diet and exercise for almost 20 years after I was diagnosed in 1991. I am NOT a drunk, a crack head nor a meth freak, nor am I a wife, child, or animal abuser. The strawman was created out of whole cloth by my ex's, their new friends, and my enemies on the internet,  I have told the whole truth in all I have said, and my knowledge of the Constitution, Old Guns, and Coyotes is second to none! Just my personal, my political and Alex website stuff, and all of the photos of Duke are gone too by the way... I have no idea what she is up to...

You can only help those who see the problems we face, the others who can't, or refuse to see are not ready and are quite dangerous... you too may be sleeping with the enemy.

The Dr. said that there is no guarantee that they will honor the perscriptions in JAIL..

This will be my last post for about 10 days, I will be in the Summit County jail.

Those of you who have believed the allegations against me and have thrown your lot in with the purveyors of this self fulfilling action which began to unfold in 2005 to create a crook out of an honest man. Those of you who donated to the Save the Coyote Den fund and then degraded your donation by believing the lies and went along with the scam that was run against me here at home and on the web as well. All designed unbeknown to most to wage against the 10th Amendment movement. Well, you will continue to be whittled down by the co-intel nay sayers and liars as they slowly eat out your substance.  If what I am doing with all of my research, my hope to generate funds to finance it, if what I'm trying to accomplish is a scam... then so is the work of Alan Watt, Alex Jones, and Paul Watson. Yet I have already forgiven you, and prey your full awakening will come soon.

And then there are the few of you,  those who have believed in and supported my effort and have helped me through to this time, I thank you deeply... Whether it was through purchase of Old Gun stuff, which I will be able to supply you when I retrieve my shop, please be patient. I have a friend who is a machinist here who will be helping me with this. He has no constraint on his 2nd Amendment as unfortunately I will have for at least another year. And those of you that donated to the fund, I still have the research to complete for Duke book and there are the the videos. I will be writing the Duke book with the help of my soon to be daughter in law, the wolf expert. It will be a story of Duke and her female wolf Aurora, born just 4 months before Duke.  It will deal with how raising wild dogs gives insight into this world drama we are in. It will be the experiences raising these wonderful pups, and all that occurred in the fight for liberty during and surrounding the process. Once again, I wish to thank each of you, you know who you are, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support. I love each and every one of you. You have given me hope in humanity, and you have kept me alive as well. Oh, I almost forgot, I also have tons of 10th Amendment Movement History tapes and documents that I will be compiling and making available as well.

The ex's are in the process of attempting to take my two methods of generating money. They know that without your help I will have no funds to move my business so they have shut down my only income, my fund and my internet antique arms business... I can no longer access my email or my paypal account, just like the restraining order kept me from accessing my work from day one of this thing. Using this "color of law" they have removed my access to it all, so please DO NOT Donate until I set up my new paypal account on the 2nd of July. They will NOT succeed! I have till the 30th of July to put this massive move together, it is that which I need to survive, so it has my full attention. They have removed my fototime site as well, so all of the pictures I have posted since day one on this forum are gone!. Not to mention their removal of all of my personal pictures, all of my Duke pictures, and all of the evidence of my creative work over the last 20 years as well. All of these pictures are no longer accessible to me if they even still exist.

Call me a saint, or call me a scoundrel... be attentive to this: At the age of 63, I have been living your future as homeless slaves or worse over the last 8 months, living in my vehicle, fields, under bridges, and in shelters, satiating my belly on less than 2 rolls a day at times. I have searched for work in several cities and towns, being passed over time and again 'cause I'm an old man in this employer's market. I have shoveled snow, and done other odd jobs making just enough money to buy the gas to keep warm that night.

My side of this "Dom-Vi" case has still not been asked for, nor has it been told so is not known, except by me, my witnesses and a few close to me... when I attempted to tell it here it was squashed by the fascist factions in a "squeaky wheel gets the grease" fashion. This included a fallacious phone call by a fellow named Reed (who is still a member here to my knowledge), toward the end of the November 30, 2009 show that blindsided Alex big time with lies and innuendo that almost made him take down the forum. A quick phone call to the other top mod, and to the Admin, stopped the destruction.

With all that said, would the members here do the same to Bob Chapman, Alan Watt, Paul, or Alex if they were as skillfully set up and betrayed as I was... perhaps... ...(chuckle)... This is the new America? Same 'guilt by accusation' as the old Soviet Union for sure. Read Gulag Archipelago, this is how it all starts...

I'm out of jail now, I got out the afternoon of June 29th... anyway... here's my side of the story.

The sad thing is that folks tend to believe the worst they hear about someone rather than what the person says or does... especially if the ones they hear it from are "close" to the person. The fact that I plead to the 2 least charges and 8 others were dropped, seems to mean nothing other than guilt in their minds... though if I could have afforded to take it before a jury I would have at least gotten my side of the story out and most likely would have won since it is clear there was no violent intent.

All of the people I have outstanding firearms orders with are now joining the crescendo of those who believe I'm a scammer... so by keeping me away from my shop and my work by court order, and thus putting a stop to my income the last 8 months the whole thing has become self perpetuating and feeds the idea that I'm a crook...

Looking back, I should have left the house after the blowup in December of '05. The back log was only set back three months then. Though I was kept away for about 30 days, as penance I was given home improvement jobs that kept me busy till February. I took no orders during that time though my back log was now three months further behind and people were clammering.

The daughter began going with her mother to the law office every day, and they were becoming increasingly more cosmopolitan. As for me, I was still just this man who worked in his garage shop who's only real value to them was house repair, lawn care, and vehicle maintenance which I did on an as needed basis.

This was mid 2006 -- I was keeping my presence up on the British Militaria forum, seeding my business with tips and posts on things the guys needed to know, I am truly an antique firearms expert, btw... that summer when the weather was nice and the shop wasn't freezing cold like it is in the winter, I got a lot done even though I had been having problems with ulcers that wouldn't heal on my right ankle which started as an injury in a logging accident in late '04. I was told to detoxify my body and given some medicine to take for that. I had no idea that the problem was something completely different and a potentially fatal time bomb to boot...

I had a couple of long term antique rebuilds that were on-going, and a couple of complete rifles I was building for folks. I was in the shop every day for at least 6 hours on guns and related things. I didn't catch up completely however, I had a half dozen orders that I needed more cash for and could not raise by the end of 2007.  The 3 months down time in early '06 put me behind not only in time but in badly needed money for inventory and was requiring monetary belt tightening.

In November '07 my computer crashed -- with all of my passed and back ordered records gone. I put out a call on the BMF forum for folks to contact me if they were awaiting an order, a few responded but not nearly all that were owed... many of them chose to get behind one guy, Dennis B. aka: Oldgun, and badmouth me on an internet ripoff site instead. This was totally unnecessary and pissed me off horribly. I had explained what was happening on the forum, but many people got onto the "Coyote's bad" band wagon just the same. I had given hundreds of hours of posted information and did a weekly radio show at my cost to start that forum and inform the Old Gun shooter, and this is what I get in return...?

Duke attacked the ex a couple of weeks ago I'm told, so it won't be long before she does something if that be the case... I have no control there -- no place to put myself let alone him -- with all of the legal hoops, the monetary constraints, I have little time that the justice system doesn't control at my cost, plus I'm hours away from the ex to avert accidental meetings... well in a phrase, I am powerless to act and constrained beyond belief.

Well the war on me still rages at the hand of the movements enemies here locally, as well as the "cowardly troll culture" on the web which did so much damage last winter. Alex discusses this destructive phenomenon at length in the last 15 minutes of the first hour on today's show (7/21/10).

I'm at wits end, as I wait for my veterans benefits and state financial disability assistance to kick in this September. This is my only hope of income (less than $600 a month). I can only wait now as my money making business and tools, my research and patriot archives, all under the control of those who will sell or trash this goldmine for pennies on the dollar, slips away.

I must have it all removed from the house by the 28th of July... I have no place to put a complete machine and optical shop, and all of my personals and research let alone provide the means to move it. It will take at least $1000 to accomplish... I have folks who will help me move but no place for it to go... and no place to post my plea but here.

If we, I, could only raise just $400 a month in donations to the fund, for a few months, I would be able to pull out of this by the first of the year with my equipment and resources. As it stands now, I can't even afford to pay the overdue renewal fee for the license plates on my present home, my '88 Jeep Cherokee.
