For some reason I can not extract the files, was hoping some one could do this for me. If you need a place to reupload the pdfs let me know and I can get you an ftp account on my server so you can do it conveniently.

sudo apt-get install unrar-free
Man I'm dumb, I thought I had already had that installed and was just having problems hahaha
crap, the 2 good pdfs are password protected.
