He shut down Gates big time.
Yes, it will not work. The villagers will take the hadouts (food and money) but they will still be the US's enemy.
It was fun to see Hillary squirm and sweat (the old fat sweat hog). She was too scared to anser Rohrabacher.
ONLY 15% OF THE AFGHANIS LIVE IN TOWNS AND CITIES. The rest of them live in hills and mountains. That's why we can't win. We don't really know who the enemy is.
