Hypothetical scenario for the next weeks

As what i was reading from NLE09 it was/is (?) about terrorists staging a terror attack and then to come to the US to stage another one. So my idea is: staged event close to the federal elections here in Germany. There was already stupid al- aida video where some guy puts a bazooka together and says Germany will not be spared or something. And after that an attack on Wall Street, maybe even the FED which would make the auditing a bit difficult, or an attack on the Willis Tower, former Sears Tower in Chicago.
