Good segment on HIV/AIDS.

Point -- wouldn't a lot of the "cross-species" genetic work really be "cross-KINGDOM"?  Roach genes in tomatoes, for example, crosses from the animal kingdom to the plant kingdom. 

Seems cross-kingdom manipulation would be even more dangerous than cross-species.

Hi Alex.  With all due respect to you and Dr. Graves, there is ample evidence out there that HIV was never accomplished as a true eugenics virus, despite their relentless attempt through the US Special Cancer Virus program.  The virus itself has never been isolated in human tissue.  The ELISA antibody test is not a direct viral test and has a huge false positive rate.  The Western Blot verification of the Elisa test measures multiple non-specific antibodies only.  There are hundreds of normal body processes (including pregnancy) and chronic diseases that cause false positive Elisa and Western Blot testing.  The PCR and real time PCR viral load tests have inherent flaws in them in relation to the measurement of HIV, specifically the lack of a verified HIV DNA/RNA primer from which to compare and amplify.  Also, electron micrographs of HIV cannot be reliably duplicated.
 
Even with the extra oxygen component, I can't imagine that Tetrasilver Tetroxide, the cure that Dr. Graves talks about, could accomplish what regular colloidal silver could not.  Colloidal silver being bacteriostatic or bacteriocidal on over 600 virii and bacteria.
