In 1969, Dr Richard Day was the national medical director of the Illuminati-front, Planned Parenthood, sponsored by the eugenics-supporting Rockefeller family, and he was also Professor of Paediatrics at Mount Sinai Medical School in New York.

Dr Day said the plan was to cull and control the population through medicine, food, new laboratory-made diseases and the suppression of a cure for cancer. WOW! I just read through all of what is included at those three links, and I may just have to go back through and read it all again. I'd never before heard of Richard Day, Dr. Dunegan, or anything surrounding this 1969 lecture. I'm amazed that this Day character knew so much about so many topics, and how they all fit in with a larger, over-arching NWO agenda. He didn't appear at all to be compartmentalized, and apparently he didn't much fear repercussions for speaking out on that one occasion. I now want to know more about both Day and Dunegan.

Thanks Chemicalrain. It appears Dr. Day is as legit a source as can be hoped for (Harvard Medical grad, national medical director of Planned Parenthood). When he gave the speech in 1969, he clearly was getting on in years (82 yrs old) so knowing this I now have a better appreciation for why he may have been so open to telling so much truth to his physician audience when he did.

If only more insiders did like Dr. Day before they died, we probably wouldn't be in this predicament.

It only makes sense as far as military action. For example; freezing cold causing limited mobility, reliance on fuel to move and stay warm, reliance on food storage, trucking routes... etc, the demoralizing effect of constant rain and snow... the 'enemy' (us) would be unprepared to mount an offensive and limited in what they could even mount once banded together.
