Here's a music video showing footage of the British Army in action in Ireland during the Irish Civil War (1922-1923) as well as during the Northern Ireland "troubles" (1968-1998). It might just be a preview of our own future.
And I do absolutely apologize to all honest, Constitutionally-oriented (that is, those who see the bond of loyalty between the Sovereign Queen and Her loyal subjects as being absolutely MUTUAL, with your Sovereign Liege Lady undertaking her duty in defense of your right to maintain your home, however humble, as your castle, as seriously as she undertakes her duty to defend her own sovereign, sacred British Realm (and I make no statement here as to the Eurocrap that is currently taking place in Britain (indeed, that is currently, and very tragically, taking the place of your country!))) members of the Armed Forces of the United Kingdom (who treated my German (Prussian Guard Infantry) grandfather extremely well during the period of his captivity as a Prisoner of War during the Great 1914-1918 Bankers' Blood Orgy. (He was captured. most likely by Canadian troops of a Scottish regiment, during the initial infantry assault in the action variously known as the Third Battle of Ypres, or the Battle of Passchendaele.)
