And this is just their "scare you so they can bring out the revised version" later that they probably will get passed. See that's how they do the trick. They first try to publish an outlandish version of their nasty law, and then later they provide the revised version that the "people choose." PROBLEM, REACTION, SOLUTION.

Wow, with the left hand they have a imaginary de-health bill dressed up like its trying to help people.
In the right hand they have a chain they are going to attach to you (and beat you with) for it...
Only a government that was TOTALLY and 100% into bondage under socialism would even write a bill like this...
We need to start tracking WHO WRITES THESE BILLS.
These people are not fit to even be introducing them.
Its a soft slavery bill - that is all it is.
