I was falling asleep trying to write my newest paper, So i went online looking for something that might wake me up since the coffee has stopped working and i stumbled upon some thing on u tube called idoser wake up! If you listen to it its just a load of static-like noise hitting your ears - supposedly they claim they can induce effects similar to ultra strong coffeee, and weirdly many drugs? What is this thing? Anyone heard of it? Having listened to the french roast thing on u tube i can report i do feel more awake - i had no preconceptions, so i cant explain this other than to say maybe the noise its self woke me up? http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Idoser&search_type=&aq=f

anyone ever hear of MK Ultra?
Overloading the sensory system?
Shock and awe?
Audio/Video stimulation and strobe behaviour modification is fairly well known.
Look at an old news broadcast from 1976 and one today. Notice all the flashes going on?
Watch the movie Midnight Cowboy, notice the wonderful visuals.
After 40 years with digital TV and HD, it is refined. Why do you think digital TV is required?

Just thought this was interesting.
In the Uk they have these devices that emit pulses of sound - at high frequency - that adults can`t hear it deters kids from hanging around. If thats possible then maybe this works too.
I am certainly no longer falling asleep !

The high frequency pulses are a bit different from Binaural beats. That works because after a certain age it's harder for adults to hear higher frequencies. That buzzing sound that's emitted in high schools reminds me of torture. Binaural beats work by pulsing two different tones (apparently made of sine waves and white noise) of different wavelengths in each ear, training your brain to work on those frequencies, thus creating different emotions and feelings. Unfortunately, the iDoser on youtube has done nothing for me.

Hmm, I just tried this one without any preconceptions that I was aware of, but it didn't seem to do anything to me.

Maybe this is a beta test site for the folks who brought you MKUltra. Watch the comments... see how many hits for each little sample... I wouldn't put it past them to use social networking including YouTube to test drive this stuff.

Other people have mentioned that - was only looking for something funny to keep me alert when i found this thing. I did start laughing for no obvious reason while listening to the happy one - guess a ay to tell would be to sit someone down, blindfold them, and play it to them via headphones and watch the result (assuming they have never heard of this thing before also)

I don't like the idea of something allowed into my mind that I did not give permission to. Any of those programs can have negative sub messages, that I don't approve of.
