Not to get off topic and go all crazy and what not... but could these Canadian's have spotted one of the "Family of Expendables" drones, the yellow disc looking one with the list of "Close-in ISR" and "Expendable Jammers" "Lethal" etc. listed next to the picture of it. In this video, the thing flying by them pretty much almost exactly resembles whats in the image on that chart A_I posted. Just curious is all... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Y-q5JwlDvQYeah that looks like something out of terminator. This is going to be a scary world soon.

Skynet. That rings familiar. No not the TV I don't watch that crap. Something about Suffolk, Va. ... Something about the arrays out there that is likened to a skynet for the Atlantic seaboard.. I dunno .. I just remember having to drive way the hell out there to base housing a couple of times, in '89 it was so remote..I forget what the deal was except there were arrays all over the place.. But I know today people can't get cell phone reception or TV locals antennae reception worth a damn. My brain has taken a beating from the documents A-I posted, forgive me.

I have had coffee and breakfast since my last post in here. I do recall that I was told there was a similar array in CO. A-I posted some time back What others are doing
Jefferson County Public Schools also is examining the V-Soft idea as well as implementing a technology that allows officials to lock down a school from a remote location, said spokeswoman Lynn Setzer.
Denver Public Schools, meanwhile, is holding more extensive classes for school personnel on how to handle anything from a shooting to a tornado, said Al Walls, DPS commander of campus security.
http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=76065.0I bet that ties in nicely to their plans.

Wow this is so cool (even though I just painted a bullseye on my back ROFL)! A_I and I were talking yesterday for quite awhile about P-tech and all its uses and abilities which is just some heavy, yet important info. Basically every single major military contractor and wall street criminal has their fingerprints on some form of P-tech software. I'm trying to digest a lot of info here but once I have a grasp on the big picture and all the intricate details, it would be awesome if we could put up a website (although I don't know html) with all of this info on it with links to articles and individuals that are specifically tied to the evil going on around here. We can't limit the articles or info to the one website because the more places they are the less chance they have of mysteriously disappearing, so anyone that wants to take them and post them up anywhere you can once I'm through creating them, PLEASE PLEASE DO! We need the world to know about P-tech and how it is going to be the method that will enforce the real oppression! Eugenics will kill and weaken a lot of people, but we still have rights. If we let the GIG go officially live and the real police state action begins, time will be up! We gotta be ready before that and make sure we can show everyone their true evil intentions.

using P-tech software no doubt...that software is the closest (on record to use an Alex term) to sentient AI that humanity has ever created...the only thing keeping it from being completely sentient is the fact that it still has to receive an initial order from a human. But once it receives its initial order it can basically learn for itself completely leaving humanity out of the loop until it is shut down or ordered to abort. Basically P-tech is at that border that almost all Sci-fi involving AI warns about, That an AI should never become completely sentient and that to allow it to happen is a crime against all organic life! When I write my articles I'm thinking of writing basically a history report on P-tech in article format and splitting it up into several articles. Mainly for the sake of the reader as even simplified, the scope of this technology and all its involved in is daunting!

I have extracted the text as well as included the full image scans of this document. The government loves you: "HAIL THE POLICE! (BLACKWATER, CACI, KROLL, EODT, ET.AL.) HELL IS RELEASED, WE'RE COMIN TO FIGHT AL-QAEDA CUZ JAY ROCKEFELLER SAID "THERE'S PLENTY OF AL-QAEDA IN OUR OWN COUNTRY!" WE'RE COMIN' YOU SONS OF BITCHIN' AMERICANS, YOU CAN TAKE YOUR 4TH AMENDMENT AND SHOVE IT UP YOUR ASS, WE RULE!!! NOW SHUT UP OR YOU WILL BE KILLED OR BROUGHT TO A CAMP TO BE RAPED AND TORTURED FOR 10 YEARS!!!" FEATURE ARTICLE North America’s 1st Operational Police UAS By Marc Sharpe, Identification Constable Kenora Forensic Identification Services, Canada History/ DevelopmentOn August 28th, 2007 the Ontario Provincial Police not only became the first police agency, but the first civilian agency of any type in North America, to begin regular operational use of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in civilian airspace with federal government approval On October 3rd with Transport Canada’s designation, «FIU-301» prominently displayed, the OPP UAV embarked on the first operational mission at a homicide scene in the Ontario community of Fort Severn. With no fanfare or media attention, eleven investigators assembled along the cool, windy shores of the Severn River, 4 km downstream from the shores of Hudson Bay, to watch the 9lb electric powered aircraft launch skyward to capture a tiny bit of aviation history. The story began in January of 2004 when I transferred into the Kenora Forensic Unit, which works in conjunction with the Thunder Bay Unit to provide forensic identification services for the 560,000 sq/kms of the OPP’s Northwest Region. With our high volume of major case work and the vast geographical challenges we face, obtaining timely and quality aerial photos, suitable for court presentation, was an expensive undertaking. Regional logistics dictated chartering aircraft for these shots, which in some cases, exceeded $3000.00. Early in 2005, with the confidence of 15 years as an avid modeller of radio controlled model aircraft, I saw an opportunity to mix my hobby with work. I approached our Unit Commander, Sergeant Carmen McCann, with the assertion that I could build a system that could do the job for the cost of 1 or 2 of these charter flights. With his support, we began looking for some seed money for the project and eventually managed to secure it from our regional command staff. In order to keep costs low, I undertook the design and development of our system into my shop at home. The system had to be electric powered, rugged and modular in design to facilitate ease of transport and operational use. More importantly, Transport Canada needed to be involved in the development process in order to create a system that they would approve for operational use. The cold hard fact is that ANY size of unmanned aircraft that leaves the ground for ANY purpose outside of hobby or pleasure use is the responsibility of Transport Canada and an requires an operation certificate. It wasn’t long before my great idea of bringing my hobby to work, became a matter of bringing my work home.Almost 3 years later with over 400 hours invested in the design, construction and testing of 3 separate aircraft configurations, reams of paper entrails plus cultivation and consultations with industry and government contacts, we had a system that was ready for operational deployment. FIU-301 Unmanned Aerial System (UAS)This system was developed with a single mission purpose: «To obtain high quality digital aerial images of major case scenes in a timely and efficient manner while operating within a secure police environment.» The aircraft weighs in at just under 9lbs ready to fly, has a 75 inch wingspan and operates with an electric power system capable of pulling the aircraft straight up under full power. The airframe is constructed from aluminium, light plywood, balsa wood and Styrofoam. There is an infra-red «pilot assist» on board that helps to maintain a level attitude when at shooting altitude. There is no autopilot system on board as the aircraft must be operated within «line-of-sight» of the pilot. It is modular and quickly breaks down into 7 major components with aircraft and all ground support gear stored in two hard cases for transport. The flying qualities of the design allow it to work within a relatively small area and remain aloft for 20-30 minutes. The payload consists of 2 on-board cameras; the main being an 8 mega pixel digital still on a rotating mount with a small colour video camera in the nose to assist navigating over the target area. A live wireless down-link provides the camera operator a real time view of what the cameras are looking at in order to facilitate accurate target imaging. There are two separate control systems on board; a 2.4 Ghz system for flight control and a 72 Mhz FM system for camera control. The ground station components consist of the receiver for the live link, antennas with a digital cassette player or laptop used to monitor. Additional batteries, testers, chargers, a two-way approved aviation radio, supporting documentation, flight and maintenance logs are also contained within the transport cases. Operational ProtocolsSafe operation is our number one priority when deciding to deploy. We must strictly adhere to safety procedure and operating restrictions contained within our standing «Special Flight Operations Certificate» (SFOC). The SFOC is renewable on a yearly basis, but can be suspended by Transport Canada at any time due to safety concerns, accident or other related issues. Being the leader in the police UAV community, we certainly have an eye on future development for all police services and want to demonstrate safe and responsible operations. Operational deployment must be within a secure police area with a minimum of 3 officers dedicated to the UAV Operation; pilot, camera operator and safety officer. Some of the key restrictions include; operations within our northwest region only, a maximum operating altitude of 400 feet, daylight hours only and remaining within the pilot’s «line-of-sight». We cannot operate in winds above 30 km/h and there can be no precipitation. We cannot operate over non-police personnel and need permission to over-fly private property. Flight control services within any operating area have the authority to prohibit or terminate operations at any time with additional restrictions if operating within 5 nautical miles of an airport.CostsThe total cost of the current system tallied at just over $5000.00. At the time of this article, we had used the system successfully at 3 separate homicide scenes and considering the cost of charter services, the system has already paid for itself twice-over. Future Development: It must be stressed that this system’s sole purpose is to obtain overall aerial images at major case scenes within our region of operation. It has met or exceeded expectations to date, but requires too much piloting skill to be practical for wide-spread use. Regulating agencies in Canada, the US and Europe are proceeding very cautiously in allowing any type of UAV to work in «civil airspace». To this end, Transport Canada has begun the long process of drafting comprehensive legislation to regulate all aspects of UAV systems. Our unit was positioned uniquely for success due to the population density of our region, my personal aviation related experience and the ability to immediately put the system to work in a secure police operational environment. Any police service considering ANY type of UAV system needs to clearly understand the need to receive operational approval from Transport Canada before expending significant resources. That said, we have learned much and I believe there is room for wider police use of UAVs within the current rules if we proceed carefully and methodically. If properly approached, while working in partnership with Transport Canada, the entire police community as well as federal regulators can benefit with the emergence of this new tool by setting standards to base future legislation on. The two immediate police functions that make the most sense to pursue for broader service are continued forensic support with the addition of tactical support emphasising officer and public safety. Operations «beyond line of site» by civilian UAVs is very unlikely to be approved for a number of years. Surveillance systems should not be pursued due to added legal complications and justified concern of the public and media relating to issues of privacy. Surveillance issues and the resulting negative PR impact have demonstrated the ability to quickly overwhelm the potential public benefits these systems can offer. If beyond line of sight operations are to be pursued, it would be my suggestion that search are rescue missions in unpopulated areas should be the catalyst.[/color] Our system is an initial step in demonstrating to Transport Canada, and other international federal regulators, that police services can safely operate unmanned aerial systems, on a limited basis, within civil airspace. I believe the next step to broader police use is to focus on the forensic and tactical safety applications with systems that can launch and recover within a standard sized residential lot, are very reliable and easy to operate. We must continue to maintain line-of-sight operation, use them for individual incident deployment, and keep them as light as possible while operating below 300 feet. To be successful, we will need to work with commercial manufacturers to develop such systems while in consultation with Transport Canada to establish training protocols and standard operating procedures for deployment and maintenance for each individual system. I envision individually approved systems for police use that would meet risk assessment standards set by Transport Canada. In this way, a police service would then be able to choose from approved systems and receive certified training from the manufacturer as part of the purchase agreement. The final phase would be registering their system with Transport Canada and follow a standard set of operational rules and regulations. Setting the dull regulatory stuff aside, my personal thoughts on the ideal aerial platform to progress to the next stage are: Ü As small and light as operationally practical; Minimal assembly; VTOL (Vertical Take Off & Landing) capabilities; Not a traditional Helicopter configuration. (too many moving parts/difficult to operate and transport); No external launch system; Hands-off altitude & position hold system while hovering; Minimum 15 minute hover capability; Interchangeable payload option of high-resolution digital still camera (8 mp min.), high quality colour video or low light/IR video option; Complete system transportable in no more than 2 portable hard cases. As a result of our success, it has opened the door to the possibility of testing/operating commercial systems within our unit that can meet these preferred criteria. We intend use the opportunity to work towards the stated goals of developing systems, training and operational procedures that can be applied across the country and perhaps beyond. Stay tuned.

I just heard on the news that there are possible arrests to be made at P-Tech in terms of security briefs ... re: Homeland Security, terrorism
It means nothing to me at this point considering that I haven't had time to mull over all the info in this thread ... but it caught my eye.
Carry on...

Are you talking about the past? Because Ptech in name as a company has changed to several other names worldwide, and one in the US that I am aware of. Elaborate/clarify yourself here. Btw I will start removing ill-thought out and nonrelated posts to this thread. I expect anyone who posts in this to fully read the entire document and respiond based on that, otherwise do not waste space here. It does not matter if most of it seems dry or boring or irrelevant to you. I assure you it is infinitely applicable to everyone on the planet, with monumentally grave implications.

I would think it was the old raid which amounted to scapegoating the issue and being called some "anti-Muslim" stuff?!?!? yeah genociding over one million arab women and children is not "anti-muslim" but raiding a company which poses a clear and present danger to the constitution and the people governed by it is "anti-muslim". The whole thing was a fricking cover for allowing them to continue operating under other names. For reference see the Rockefeller hearings on the MK Ultra project.

There is no better investment of your time, money, or resources.” Gerald Lane AUVSI Conference Chairman 2008 - 2009 http://symposium.auvsi.org/Look at the sponsors on the lefthand sideLink to below article Predator C Avenger Makes First FlightsApr 19, 2009 By David A. Fulghum and Bill Sweetman A new, reduced-signature, unmanned aircraft - the long-rumored, 20-hr.-endurance, pure-jet Predator C Avenger - has emerged from General Atomics Aeronautical Systems' workshops after a 3½-year gestation period paced by massive growth in UAV production and the use of unmanned designs in combat. The UAV's undeniably stealthed-up exterior offers several clues about how the aircraft could be employed. A weapons bay allows internal carriage of 500-lb. bombs with GBU-38 JDAM tail kit and laser guidance. Given the aircraft's 41-ft. length (which will expand by at least 2 ft. in the second test aircraft), the weapons bay appears to be 10 ft. long. The weapons bay doors can be removed to allow installation of a semi-submerged, wide-area surveillance pod, says Tom Cassidy, president, General Atomics Aeronautical Systems' Aircraft Systems Group. Cassidy has earned a unique reputation by using company funds to develop what he believes the military needs rather than chasing Pentagon requirements that shift with disheartening regularity to produce cost increases and production delays. The result is a family of Gnat and Predator designs that are used by all the services and intelligence agencies. The Predator C, like the B-variants, is designed to carry about 3,000 lb. of weapons and sensors. In a non-stealthy environment, weapons could also be attached externally on the fuselage and wings. For an additional 2 hr. of flying time, fuel tanks can be installed in the weapons bay. Normal fuel storage is split 50/50 between the wings and fuselage. The Avenger's electrical power is expected, at least initially, to be less than the 45 kva. available on Predator B variants. A long, featureless underside provides a low-distortion design for carriage of a wide-area surveillance sensor such as an all-weather, active electronically scanned array (AESA) radar. The wide-area surveillance system - to be provided by the Air Force - has yet to be defined. However, it would be carried by a specialized all-reconnaissance version of the Avenger. A Lynx SAR is likely carried in the lower part of the nose. Absent from the prototype is the EO/IR sensor turret used by the Predator family. A retractable installation may have been developed. The vertically-oriented V-tail both deflects radar and shields the 4,800-lb. thrust Pratt & Whitney Canada's PW545B engine exhaust's infrared signature. Predator C has two all-flying tail surfaces with two servos each for flight-control redundancy. The humpbacked design of the engine compartment offers room enough for a serpentine exhaust that eliminates radar observation of the engine. Pratt & Whitney has been developing an S-shaped exhaust that offers protection from radar observation and cooling to reduce the IR signature. The engine is expected to provide an airspeed of at least 400 kt., but Cassidy says envelope expansion tests may produce speeds "considerably greater" than that. Its operational altitude is up to 60,000 ft. The Avenger's 17-deg. swept wing (66-ft. span) and tail edges are all parallel in plan view with one or the other leading edges. It is the same shaping discipline used on classic stealth designs like the B-22 and B-2. The cranked trailing edge provides the aerodynamic and structural benefits of a tapered wing and helps shield the engine inlet from radar. Canted upper and power body sides meet at a sharp chine line, continuous from nose to tail, thereby avoiding the radar cross-section hot spot caused by a curved side. The thickness and curvature of the inboard wing are noteworthy, pointing to an effort to achieve laminar flow over as much of the wing as possible. The prototype carries tufts over the left wing/body junction that allow engineers to visualize airflow in that area. General Atomics Aeronautical's parent company includes a division that produces materials for controlling radar, optical and infrared signatures. Adjacent to the company's Rancho Bernardo, Calif., facility are the world's largest indoor radar cross section testing ranges. Likely challenges would have included building a "bandpass" radome for the satcom antenna above the nose. It must be transparent at the Ku-band used by most airborne satcoms, but opaque at lower frequencies used by fighter and missile radars. Again, that capability mimics the F-22 and F-35. The aircraft was designed so the wings can be folded for storage in hangars or aircraft carrier operations if a naval customer is found. Cassidy, a retired admiral, has talked about a possible Navy role for Predator C since 2002. The Navy was interested in the Predator B's capabilities, but didn't want to introduce any new propeller-driven aircraft onto carrier decks. The UAV also comes with a tailhook, suggesting that carrier-related trials are planned. The inner section of the cranked wing is deep, providing structural strength for carrier landings and generous fuel volume while maintaining a dry, folding outer wing. Right now, the U.S. Air Force and Royal Air Force are considered the most likely users. The Avenger has landing gear from the F-5 aircraft and anti-skid brakes. It uses a laser altimeter and a vertical indicator has been added to the head-up display. At 100 ft. the laser altimeter comes on. If the pilot puts a "caret" in the middle of the indicator it will keep the aircraft at a proper pitch for the landing and eliminate pilot-induced oscillations caused by the parallax effect between a pilot's vision from a manned aircraft cockpit and that of the UAV's onboard visual sensor. The Avenger made its first flights Apr. 4, 13 and 14 in a test program that is slated to last 2-3 months. With customer funding, in 10-12 months operational aircraft could be rolling out of General Atomics Aeronautical Systems' new, expanded production facilities in Poway, Calif., that opened four weeks ago, Cassidy says. Predator A and B production had been occupying the company's Rancho Bernardo facility, but two factors have left plenty of room for manufacturing the Avenger and what's being described as a highly modified Predator B-plus design. First, Predator A production is being phased out as more advanced models are fielded. Second, six buildings have been acquired at the new Poway facility with 1.2 million sq. ft. for manufacturing, about three times that at Rancho Bernardo. The research and development facility at Adelanto has also doubled in size. The composite fabrication facility remains in Sabre Springs. While company officials won't discuss their investment in the Avenger program, they will say it is about twice what they spent to develop the Predator B, primarily because it took longer. The piston-engine Predator A (MQ-1) first offered long endurance and a weapons-firing capability. The turboprop Predator B (MQ-9) greatly increased the weapons payload, speed and operational altitude. The Predator C now adds additional speed for quicker response and rapid repositioning for mission flexibility and survivability. With first flight of the Predator C and plans to start cutting the manned aircraft force structure, opponents are gearing up to object. In a roundtable for reporters, Marine Corps Gen. James Cartwright, vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, revealed a vision for a new tactical aircraft force structure that includes a high, medium and low cost and performance mix of aircraft wrapped around the F-22 Raptor, F-35 Joint Strike Fighter and armed UAVs like the turboprop-powered Predator B Reaper. However, the Reaper, unlike the manned Raptor and JSF, is not low-observable. In contrast, the Avenger's signature has been reduced through shaping and elimination of a propeller. The tactical force structure would be supplemented with F-16Cs, F-15Cs and F-15Es upgraded with active electronically scanned array (AESA) radars that increase radar ranges by 2-3 times and allow detection of small, even stealthy objects including cruise missiles, stealth aircraft and very small ground targets. Opponents see a threat in the decision by Defense Secretary Robert Gates and Cartwright to include armed UAVs within the fighter force structure. Critics view this as a first, false step driven by economic rather than military considerations that will lead to the substitution of "Reapers, and later Predator Cs, for F-35 JSFs," says a long-time fighter pilot, acquisition official and senior Air Force leader. However, this does overlook a basic planning element in the JSF program from the start: that the stealthy strike aircraft would be pitted - for competitive reasons in later production lots - against unmanned combat aircraft. Brand new story... Thanks Please Wake Up! ------------------------------- Federal authorities have accused two former executives of a Massachusetts software company of concealing financial ties to a man on the government’s terrorism list. The Quincy office of PTech, Inc., was raided by federal agents in the aftermath of the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks. [Old info we were talking about] Indictments were unsealed Wednesday against PTech’s former chief executive, Oussama Ziade, and former chief financial officer Buford George Peterson. They are accused of trying to conceal in a loan application an approximately $10 million financial interest in the company held by Yassin Kadi (KAH’-dee). Kadi is a Saudi Arabian on the Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Global Terrorists. The U.S. Attorney’s office says Peterson was arrested Wednesday after arriving at New York’s Kennedy Airport. It wasn’t known if he has an attorney. Prosecutors said Ziade is living overseas. [Yeah in the House of Saud!]
