Well Arkansas State Health Department members should watch the Nuerenberg Trials over the weekend to find out how their stunt will play in the annals of history.

I wonder how many of their children are vaccinated.

Ironically, so is armed revolt against tyrannical governments forcing injections.
It IS in the Constitution. 1st amendment, 2nd amendment, 4th amendment.  And then there is the Declaration of Independence, Madison's letters to Webster, Jeffersonian Principles of Resistance, Common Sense, etc.

Then there is the Magna Carta, Summa Theologica, Torah, the Bible AND the Quran.

Just because they have the police and a lot of guns; just because they have a bunch of empty suits in a room signing a paper that murders us doesn't make it right.

Hitler did everything he did 100% legally and he was constitutionally elected. Didn't make it right.

Jim Crow was voted on by the state legislatures of the Southern States and ratified by their respective governors. Didn't make it right.

The Federal Reserve took the power from the government of the people and did it by a shaky quorum voting a constitutional amendment. Didn't make it right.

The Indians on this continent were rounded up and sent to death camps, all by legal orders. Didn't make it right.

Tyrannical evil loves to mask itself in the robes of righteousness, to justify itself with legal documents, to trample the very ideas of what Law and Right mean.

Resisting that evil, rising against that tyranny, by saying No More. That is right.

Arkansas State Health Department says mandatory vaccinations are constitutional

Bullshatt. Just because some lawyer said it to someone on the phone doesn't mean it's true. It's almost like those people who actually believe credit card companies can seize your bank accounts and property.
Lawyers LIE all the time because they think people are dumb enough to trust everything they say because they are "authorities" on the subject.
Lawyers think people in the south are dumb and I know for a FACT they laugh and chortle about how they can suck extra cash from people in the south because "weze so dum". I personally know a lawyer who moved here from Philadelphia a few years ago. He was involved in a legal battle and his lawyers were trying to obtain extra money from him for bogus charges. He refused to pay and his lawyers had to concede because he knew the law himself and he knew they could not legally extract that money from him. He told them to F-off. After their concession, his lawyers basically told him, "Look, ******, we usually don't have a problem getting this money because people in the south are stupid."
Don't let these vampires tell you a damn thing until you fact check with someone in the know.

Yeah, and the state of Arkansas can claim the sun is a black hole.  It doesn't make it so.

This health care lawyer is a misinformed nut job.

Ah, Arkansas, granddaddy of the Police State. Huh, you ask?

Remember the "Little Rock 9" at Central High School? Of course you probably don't....that was in 1957.

Note that this so-called health official uses SMALLPOX as the shining example of vaccine success.  WHAT!?!?!

Is this person really that stupid or does he think the public is that stupid.  Smallpox vaccination has a LONG history of complete failure going all the way back to the 1850's.  Yet idiots like the guy on the other end of the phone keeps the lie going on and on.

Disgusting....

you might want to check if Arkansas has medical or religious exemptions to vaccines.

If Arkansas has 10th amendment affirmation than you might be able to overrule the mandated federal vaccine laws.
