I totally agree that zoning is used against the people of this nation, and I totally agree that people need to fight back!
I have had a similar experience with this type of thing in that a neighboring village tried to take over the land I live on by starting improper zoning on the road where I live.
This is known as 'spot zoning'.
We fought back against a corrupt government and won!
The mayor at the time was also the VP of the local bank where all of his developer buddies would go to get loans. The mayor would promise them whatever they wanted since he felt he had the zoning board and the rest of the trustees in his back pocket. This was not true. There were trustees that did not go along with this but we still had to get a lawyer and organize our neighborhood against this.
I actually had a trustee tell me "Look this is going in no matter what."
It took three years and lawyers, but we fought back - you can too.

If what your guest says is completely true (and I don't doubt some is), why have studies shown that there have been fewer abortions after Rove v. Wade than before?
Also, a lot of working stiffs have poney tails (me, for instance).
