Officers in YouTube video have clean records

TOLEDO (WTOL) - News 11 is looking into the personnel files of two Toledo officers, accused of police brutality.

The incident was caught on tape. It shows 14-year-old Trevor Casey being restrained by officers Andre Bils and Byron Daniels. Both have been on the Toledo Police force for at least 12 years.

No other complaints or disciplinary actions have been taken against them. What we did find is letters of gratitude, awards, and exemplary performance reports.

Meanwhile, the Casey family has made a complaint with internal affairs against both officers.
