so, David's got a traffic warden friend - what's wrong wi' that?
well, they're giving out CARDS to traffic wardens, CCTV operators, private security guards and others in the civil service so that they can become SURROGATE AUTHORITY (accredited persons) in the event of WORLD WAR 3.

This is not good - let the people of UK know that a major conflict is being orchestrated to change the face of society and usher in the final phase of the New World Order plan.

It's just preventative action Mike. Do you think you can turn a Traffic Warden into a NWO Attack Dog by giving him a card? What do you think his wife and kids would say? Don't Firemen have a 'what to do upon seeing a UFO' page in their manual? Does that mean we are in imminent danger of alien invasion or is it just preventative caution?
