You might not get criminal charges, but you could bring a civil suit for defamation of character and slander. I'm not a lawyer, so I'd consult with an attorney first, and see if thats even an option. I knew several cops who went after civilians who filed false complaints against them, and the officers won. So it's entirely feasible that you could win as well.

You should contact the local newspaper, television, and talk radio to bring this Federal Training of Real Estate agents into "Informants".
If you can't pursue legal options, then you could at least make sure the other citizens in your immediate area are informed that they are being informed on by paid shills. You just need a few interviews to make a serious dent in this Real Estate agents bottom line.
Hitting his ability to be trusted by clients might make him more cautious about running to the cops about smelling "cat piss" in the future.

I just spent 4 hours down at a police station with my lawyer because some jackass took offense to my "9/11 was an inside job" bumper sticker and filed a police complaint and claimed some BS about being afraid I was with Al ciadah. I'm so pissed I'm ready to knock some heads in. I'm suing the SOB for everything he f**kin owns. it was 4 hours of me not cooperating. I broke no law, so I feel and felt that I have no obligation to answer their questions. They wouldn't tell me who it was that filed the complaint. SO my lawyer is gonna file the appropriate paperwork and motions so we can get this persons name as I intend to take them to court. On top of that I'm gonna persue damages for making me lose a day of pay as well as the legal fees I have incurred by this BS NAZI style cry babying by some wad who doesn't like that I openly question the story of 9/11. I am also pressing the police to arrest the bastard and charge them for filing a false police report, but they don't seem to wanna hear it from me. I'm not pulling my punches this time. When it comes to my rights, I don't f**k around. MR. Nice Guy was left at the door. |
