Mother ‘too stupid’ to keep child

A MOTHER is taking her fight to the European Court of Human Rights after she was forbidden from seeing her three-year-old daughter because she is not “clever enough” to look after her.

The woman, who for legal reasons can be identified only by her first name, Rachel, has been told by a family court that her daughter will be placed with adoptive parents within the next three months, and she will then be barred from further contact.

Well here's the thing, child services has come under some pretty serious flak in recent years for not doing anything when stupid people have children, and then those children end up dead at the hands of stupid parents who were blatently incapable. The media and the public then whine and bitch because they didn't do anything to prevent the death. So what then are they to do? Every bleeding heart or mentaly challenged individual will all to readily plead to Europe when in most cases common sense and proper decisions have placed them into the position they feel they then need to complain about. Half of the problems the UK have at the moment are becuase every moron with a grievence complains to Europe rather that having something done about it here. Is it any wonder we have no sovereignty and most of our laws are dictated from Brussels.
