I wouldn't call "born in Kenya" a distraction--it is the one thing, if true and can be verified, expose the current occupant of the White House. Even the Occidental College records would shine a light on this issue--was Barry Sotero enrolled as a foreign student? Why did he travel to Pakistan in the early '80's on an Indonesian passport? Nope--not a member of Rense--I've downloaded it twice to test--it's fine at this end of the world. Try going to Jeff's website and CRTL F to find Sinclair Vs Obama section (down the page on the left), try downloading there. http://www.rense.com/--just tested it from there too--download fine.
