I couldn't imagine that there would be more than one guy with your handle in New Hampshire listening to Jason, though stranger things have happened... the other guy with your handle was in one of the Carolinas or Kentucky I think... he had a similar voice tone, but not the same...
Your suggestion of a money bomb to help Janet and her family off-set legal expenses in this case, was a very noble suggestion... however like Jason said... all kinds of lawyers, and folks with expertise in this kind of thing, are coming forward and offering their services at greatly reduced cost, which is very heartening as well.
I thought it very interesting that most of the folks that work in the office there in Austin who have children, at some time or another have had experiences with CPS... as a homeschooler, I know the drill well!
We have until the 19th of June to come up with what we are in arrears plus all of the additional costs, late fees and interest, filing and attorney fees etc.... or we must take the loss which means loosing the house, and the equity, relocating my gunsmithing business as well as our home to lord knows where. I've been able to do some work over the last few weeks, but most of that is catch up which means that it was already paid for and folks have been waiting for a while. Most are quite patient with the situation but others can be a pain in the butt...
I was given the go-ahead to ride my bicycle to strengthen my legs and increase the blood flow, being careful not to overdo it... the whole idea being to hopefully strengthen the veins and arteries in my legs... All in all though, I feel much better now than I have for a long time. Thank you for your concern.

I never heard the "other" Anti Fed, I went to bed not too long after I spoke to Bermas.
And yes, I've seen that a number of people have stepped up to defend Sanchez, if needed, which is encouraging. I never did get a reply to my email, but I suppose I will if needed. But I feel Alex's pain, there are so many people getting burned by the "system" in so many different ways, I try to help as much as I can, but it's daunting.
I'm glad to hear that you are doing better as well, although that mortgage nightmare is a shame. In this environment there
must be a way to refinance or "forgive" some of the back payments to start again as long as you're working.
I don't want to cause you to drag out too much dirty laundry, I'm sure you looked into these things.
