That could be your host. Your on a free place!! You should check to see what their reputation is. Sometimes, those free places are down more than up!! This is from experience!!  |

Well, I do have a host for a website that probably won't go very far in this economy but they don't offer an up and running forum, and I don't have the cheese for the scripts or whatever I would do to do it from scratch.  The phpbb forums are free, and very easy to put up!! |

Sorry, I meant the Assulted Freedoms forum.  Oh!! LOL If you have a website already, get the latest phpbb3 script from http://www.phpbb.com/downloads/?sid=71f81e88d95bb843a5d6c695b5325673FTP it over to your website, make a database for it and run it. Then go to co.nr and get a re-direction link from them, then your website would be assultedfreedoms.co.nr, that way you don't have to pay for a domain name. There is no advertising of anykind, except a small picture and link at the bottom of your page. |

I noticed that too, when I refreshed it. Is that them or me? I've had problems with mysql when I was trying to use Joomla or whatever it's called.
That would be you, something is wrong in your database. |

I was trying to use it with my other website where I have products for sale, but just not motivated enough to finish it, since the economy is going in the toilet.

Haven't done that. Not sure how to do that. I'm total newb when it comes to this stuff. That's why I liked being able to have most of it done already the other day. I hate computers.
In your panel, you should have a place where it says "databases" There you can create a new one, give it what ever name, make yourself a username for it, with password. Then put your phpbb forum in that database. |
