Afghans resisted the Soviet occupation and appealed to the US for help. Yes, the CIA had ulterior motives and their operatives, but the AFghan struggle was a justifiable one. Also, in Kosovo Albanians who were not allowed to own weapons were at the mercy of Serbs and paramilitary forces. They rebelled and fought for their freedom. Yes, NATO used them to expand their control but the Albanians were justified in their struggle. My question is: Why does Alex put down groups who fight for their freedom just because they appeal for help to NATO and the CIA? The freedom fighters of the American Revolution did the same with appealing to France which was a monarchy.

Sorry to go off topic of the show but are you still looking for video and pics of Chem trails they hit michigan hard 2 days ago and i got a lot of pics and some video of them. if so could you give the address on air where to send them again. i know i'm not the only one i've seen posts in other places saying central mich hit hard by chem trails and it was the same day as mine and im in taylor,mi which is sub of detroit. thanks

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger is proposing to completely eliminate the state’s welfare program for families, medical insurance for low-income children and Cal Grants cash assistance to college and university students.
The proposals to sharply scale back the assistance that California provides to its neediest residents came in testimony by the administration this afternoon at a joint legislative budget committee hearing. It followed comments by the governor earlier today that he would be withdrawing a proposal to help balance the budget with billions of dollars of borrowing and replacing it with program reductions.
The proposals would completely reshape the state’s social service network, transforming California from one of the country’s most generous states to one of the most tightfisted. The proposals are intended to help close a budget deficit estimated at $21.3 billion.
