The 16 year old reported to be arrested under Patriot Act was not arrested according to Alex Jones and Jason Bermus. Jason mentioned a Wired magazine report that challenges PP statements. Bermus ridiculed Wired and apparently never bother to go to Wireds web page and read their story. Wired has a link which the government has released due to the false reports on the internet. The official statement dispels the Patriot Act thesis and says the youth was arrested under a 1939 law and he is being held without bail. Also the 16 year old has been before a judge three times so far. If those who write for internet publications would have entered this case with some old fashioned skepticism then maybe this story would not have been falsely reported on. Bermus has ridiculed the Wired report even though it seems he hasn't even read it.
