Legalizing Marijuana for all of California? Schwarzenegger says it's 'Time for Debate'

It looks like Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has taken the debate over marijuana to whole a new level, the Sacramento Bee reports:

The governor was asked about a recent Field Poll [.pdf] showing that 56 percent of registered voters support legalizing and taxing marijuana to raise revenues for cash-strapped California. Assemblyman Tom Ammiano, D-San Francisco, has proposed legislation that would legalize the drug for recreational use, rather than just medical purposes.

"Well, I think it's not time for that, but I think it's time for a debate," Schwarzenegger said. "I think all of those ideas of creating extra revenues, I'm always for an open debate on it. And I think we ought to study very carefully what other countries are doing that have legalized marijuana and other drugs, what effect did it have on those countries?"

It's funny how the need for government revenue can so easily change policy, or at least beget serious discussions.

Last summer, a petition floated around trying to get that very debate put on one of the state's ballots. So far, no news on that front, but this looks like it will cure that effort.

But he is not open to the human rights and bill of rights debate. That f**ker locks up more people than Castro and Kim Jung Il put together!

He is extracting all wealth from the state and giving it to Rothschild and Buffett.

Watch this excellent film now to learn about the War on marijuana in California.

It is a HUGE business in CA!

Number one crop.

ABOUT THE SHOW

While it may not be traded on Wall Street any time soon, marijuana has become a booming cash crop. CNBC's Trish Regan goes behind the scenes to explore the inner workings of this secretive industry, focusing on Northern California's "Emerald Triangle," now the marijuana capital of the U.S. In this scenic pocket of America, the pot business, much of it legal under state law, now makes up as much as two-thirds of the local economy.

INSIDE AMERICA'S POT INDUSTRY
Field of Green

Northern California’s Mendocino County. A picture postcard of the far west and the site of a controversial, profitable and increasingly violent criminal enterprise... the marijuana trade.  Officials estimate it accounts for up to two-thirds of the local economy and generates up to $1 billion a year.

Debate? I got a debate for Arnold...

And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
~ GOD {Genesis 1:29}

GOD's Law is higher than man's Law! There is no flippin' debate!

Debate OVER!
