Break Schedule and more

Sorry if any of this has been covered in other threads, a quick search did not provide the info.

I have recently upgraded my mp3 player and want to start watching the PP.TV show instead of my normal mp3 routine. I do not want to miss the parts of the show that are not on the PP.TV section, so I am going to have to create my own file each day encoding the mp3 of the show with the wmv of the show so I have 1 video file with just audio when Alex is not on TV. That on it's own is not an issue, I can deal with that.

What I do need help with though would be a break schedule for the show, as the mp3 does not have the ads (I am a PP member) and the PP.TV show does. It has been a godsend since the mp3s started to be provided without the ads from the source, as it saves nearly an hour per day, and I also get it reasonably quick after the show (I am in Australia so the show is on like in the middle of the night for me).

So ideally what I need is the break schedule, even better with a timecode as well, so 15:34 in break until 19:04 or whatver. If there is interest I will provide the files after I get them going.

While I am asking for things is there a way to get RSS with login details to get the member files via RSS. That would also save some time.

Finally it would be even better if there was a record of then Alex goes to TV mode each show as I know sometimes he does not do X into the show until end but like 2nd and 4th hours or something.
