Mexico: The Next Iraq or Afghanistan?
U.S. Officials Say Drug Cartels Using Paramilitary Guerilla Tactics, Car Bombs, IEDs.
http://abcnews.go.com/Blotter/story?id=7163198
By BRIAN ROSS, RICHARD ESPOSITO, and VIC WALTER March 24, 2009

The Obama administration may have announced its $700 million plan to help the Mexican government fight the powerful drug cartels, but the cartels have already geared up for a battle undergoing a "transition from the gansterism of traditional narco hit men to paramilitary terrorism with guerilla tactics," according to a confidential federal law enforcement assessment obtained by ABC News.  "We have a criminal insurgency by organized crime that may well be a precursor to civil anarchy in part or all of Mexico," warns the assessment.

Just had a conversation with my folks.

Parents: I would be willing to believe how serious this situation is if you would just quit with all the conspiracy theories.

Me: So if the government wants to vaccinate you will you let them?

Parents: Yeah, sure!  You've gotta die sometime.

I'm living in Jonestown.

God help us all.

This is really amazing.  Ya know, I said before that Obama is trying to get me to like him.  He's doing things that are making me say, "Wha, this guy is evil...why is he doing some cool shit?"

It makes me think it's either a facade or maybe he really is a good guy.  If the latter is the case then he's gunna get...well you know...Kennedied.

Remember if this is indeed a sign of a true False Flag attack, it will include cyberterror by Agile, Booz Allen Hamilton and MITRE.  I recommend saving some of the more important PhD threads and the ones on bird flu/cyberterror locally.

FOX NEWS running a Banner saying "PRESIDENTIAL POISON" concerning the torture crap.  It is also FOX that ran 24 episodes about a president faced with bioterror issues and who was poisoned (the end of season one I believe). This was also the first non-white president in the 24 series. Predictive programming?

WHO chief says swine flu has pandemic potential

25 Apr 2009 17:54:24 GMT
Source: Reuters
* All countries urged to be vigilant for unusual cases

* Premature to issue travel advisories, WHO head says

* Too soon to switch to production of new flu vaccine

(Updates with end of experts meeting, paras 7-

By Stephanie Nebehay

GENEVA, April 25 (Reuters) - Outbreaks of swine flu in Mexico and the United States have the potential to cause a worldwide pandemic but it is too early to say whether they will, the head of the World Health Organisation said on Saturday.

WHO director-general Margaret Chan urged health authorities in all countries to be on high alert for unusual patterns of disease and any rise in severe flu or pneumonia cases.

"This is clearly an animal strain of the H1N1 virus and it has pandemic potential because it is infecting people," Chan said on a teleconference.

"However, we cannot say on the basis of currently available laboratory, epidemiological, and clinical evidence whether or not it will indeed cause a pandemic."

The United Nations health agency has warned for several years that a new virus strain could spark a human influenza pandemic that could sweep around the globe and kill millions.

The new H1N1 flu strain -- a mixture of swine, human and avian flu viruses which has killed up to 68 people among 1,004 suspected cases in Mexico and infected eight in the United States -- is still poorly understood and the situation is evolving quickly, Chan said.

An emergency committee of experts met with Chan on Saturday but did not take any decisions on the outbreaks after hearing information from the U.S. and Mexican authorities, WHO spokeswoman Sari Setiogi said. She said a statement would be issued later.

The committee could recommend Chan to take temporary measures to protect health or change the WHO's pandemic alert level, currently 3 on a scale of 1 to 6.

PRUDENCE NEEDED

There were currently no indications of similar outbreaks elsewhere in the world, Chan said.

"It would be prudent for health officials within countries to be alert to outbreaks of influenza-like illness or pneumonia, especially if these occur outside in months outside the usual peak influenza season," added Chan, a former health director of Hong Kong.

Health officials worldwide should also be alert to large incidences of severe or fatal flu-like illness in groups other than young children and the elderly, the ages usually at highest risk from normal seasonal flu, she said.

Most of the dead in Mexico were aged between 25 and 45.

WHO experts have been deployed in Mexico to help health authorities with disease surveillance, laboratory diagnosis and clinical management of cases.

The WHO stood ready with antiviral drugs to combat the outbreaks in Mexico. But authorities have a sizeable supply of Tamiflu, known generically as oseltamivir, and made by Switzerland's Roche Holding, which has proved effective against the new virus, according to the WHO.

"NOTORIOUSLY UNPREDICTABLE"

"Influenza viruses are notoriously unpredictable and full of surprises, as we are seeing right now," Chan said.

"We need to know how the virus is spread, what is the transmission pattern and whether or not it is going to cause severe disease and in what age group," she said.

It was "too premature at this stage" for the WHO to announce any travel advisories, as better analysis of the cases and other clinical data was required, Chan said. But the agency's experts would address the issue of travel advisories.

"We do not yet have a complete picture of the epidemiology or the risk, including possible spread beyond the currently affected areas," Chan said.

"Nonetheless, in the assessment of WHO, this is a serious situation which must be watched very closely."

It was also too soon for the U.N. agency to advise drugmakers to switch to producing a new vaccine -- to be derived from the new virus -- from their traditional production of seasonal influenza vaccines, she said. Avian flu pandemic may kill millions worldwide, U.S. ambassador says
October 21st, 2008

Ambassador John E. Lange, the Special Representative on Avian and Pandemic Influenza at the U.S. Department of State, says avian influenza and the threat of a pandemic are “serious risks” to public health around the world. The ambassador said that if the avian virus — also known as H5N1 — mutates, it may kill tens of millions of people throughout the world. The remarks came in advance of the 6th International Ministerial Conference on Avian and Pandemic Influenza in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt on October 24-26, 2008. Ambassador Lange said that avian influenza is most prevalent in Egypt, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Indonesia, and other countries in Southeast Asia. “Several recent outbreaks have occurred in these countries, reminding leaders of the gravity of the problem. Avian influenza has not yet reached the Western Hemisphere, but if the virus mutated, that part of the world could quickly become affected,” said Lange.

Ambassador Lange said the upcoming ministerial conference will review best practices and challenges related to prevention and control of avian flu, pandemic preparedness and response, and the recently discovered link between animal and human health in emerging infectious diseases. Representatives from over 100 countries, including the U.S., will attend the conclave in Sharm el Sheikh. Ambassador Lange said that when compared to diseases like HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis, avian influenza today remains a more distant threat. But, he warned that if the avian virus mutates, the ensuing pandemic could be global and devastating, spreading rapidly and affecting millions. “It would be the event of our lifetime,” he said.

Pandemic prevention is now top priority for Google
October 21st, 2008

The altruistic arm of Internet search engine pioneer Google, Inc. this week said it had given grants of more than $14 million to support physicians working in Southeast Asia and Africa to prevent the next pandemic. Mountain View, Calif.-based Google.org’s Predict and Prevent initiative is supporting efforts to identify “hot spots” where infectious diseases may emerge, discover new pathogens in animal and human populations, and react to outbreaks before they become global crises. New lethal infectious diseases crop up every year, Google said, including variants of HIV/AIDS, bird flu and SARS, as well as drug-resistant strains of ancient scourges malaria and tuberculosis. Google said three-quarters of new diseases are “zoonoses, meaning they’ve jumped from animals to humans.”

New flu vaccine not enough to treat emerging, mutant strains
September 29th, 2008

The flu season is upon us once again, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is warning that mutant strains of the virus are likely to emerge once again. The flu virus has an innate ability to adapt, so new strains emerge all the time. The new vaccine, created for this year, covers the A/Brisbane strain that wasn’t covered by last year’s vaccine, said Michael Shaw, associate director for laboratory science in the CDC’s influenza division. CDC officials knew the A/Brisbane strain was mutating quickly last year. However, at the time the vaccine was made, fertile hen eggs used to develop vaccines wouldn’t accept the first isolates of the strain, so last year’s vaccine didn’t cover A/Brisbane, Shaw added. A new solution: cell-based vaccines, which might include late-developing strains of influenza because they accept isolates of viruses faster than eggs. Cell-based vaccines might be available in two or three flu seasons. Several pharmaceutical companies are close to applying for licenses with the Food and Drug Administration to develop cell-based vaccines, Shaw said. Then the virus could be inserted into a mammalian cell for cultures to grow so vaccines could be developed, he added.

DNA-based vaccine emerging for bird flu in Asia
September 5th, 2008

A new vaccine for the avian influenza H5N1 virus — for bird flu — is proving capable of providing protection for various H5N1 strains. The technology is being development by scientists at the Academia Sinica. The team of researchers at Taiwan’s leading academic body have also discovered that once new virus strains are found — the strains’ genetic information can be transferred into the vaccine database to produce new vaccines that can induce immunity against new strains of H5N1. The research team, led by David Ho of the Rockefeller University and Chi-huey Wong of Academia Sinica’s Genomics Research Center, began its research two years ago with the focus on hemagglutinin, or HA — a type of glycoprotein molecule that can be found on the surface of all H5N1 viruses and plays a vital role in the viral infection process. Doctors have analyzed hundreds of hemagglutinin samples that were collected from various H5N1 strains, an identical gene sequence — dubbed “Consensus HA” — were found on all specimens.

Wild chickens source of infections in Ohio, public health officials say
August 15th, 2008

Wild chickens pecked an animal control inspector in Weirton, Ohio, and the officer subsequently  contracted an infection, according to news reports. Mayor Mark Miller told reporters the crazy chickens in the Kings Creek section of the city are a “safety hazard” and indicated animal control authorities are struggling to contain the flock.

The mayor claimed there were only about 10 to 15 wild chickens a few decades ago. Today, he said there are about 100 predatory chickens roaming there. “They wake up my babies, wake me up, they’re dirty, disgusting, they’re everywhere,” said Christina Foley, a local resident. The mayor called the flock “dirty and infected,” and said city leaders have been trying for nine months to corral the chickens. Police Chief Bruce Marshall said crews will catch the chickens and “humanely deal with them.” Further, he said a family who lives nearby is blamed for feeding the flock and making the public health situation worse. “We are looking at different options (and) continuing doing what we are doing until they are caught,” Marshall said.

New strain of bird flu reported in Nigeria, doctors say
August 12th, 2008

A new mutation of the dreaded avian flu virus, unreported in Africa, but similar to the ones identified a year ago in Italy, Afghanistan, and Iran, has been found on the dark continent for the first time. The location — Nigeria. Tests conducted by public health authorities in Nigeria and by the U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) show the new bird flu virus strain is genetically distinct from other forms detected in Nigerian outbreaks in 2006 and 2007. “It seems unlikely that wild birds have carried the strain to Africa, since the last migration of wild birds from Europe and Central Asia to Africa occurred in September 2007 and this year’s southerly migration into Africa has not really started yet,” said Scott Newman, international wildlife coordinator of FAO’s Animal Health Service. Newman pointed to other avenues the virus could have taken to Nigeria, such as international trade or the black market in poultry.

Yale study shows why viral infections are more difficult for smokers than non-smokers
July 31st, 2008

A new study by researchers at Yale School of Medicine explains why the cold and flu virus symptoms that are often transient in non-smokers, but seriously sicken smokers. The research also pinpointed the mechanism through which viruses and cigarette smoke interact to “increase lung inflammation and damage.”Scientists historically haven’t been able to explain why smokers have more exaggerated responses to viral infections. Those who smoke cigarettes have been more likely than non-smokers to die during previous influenza epidemics and are more susceptible to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). What’s more, kids who are exposed to second-hand smoke get sicker, faster, when infected with respiratory synctial virus.

The conventional wisdom has been that cigarette smoke decreases anti-viral responses. But the Yale researchers— Dr. Jack A. Elias, MD, the Waldermar Von Zedtwitz Professor of Medicine and chair of internal medicine at Yale School of Medicine, and Dr. Min-Jong Kang, MD, associate research scientist—found the exact opposite to be true.

Their studies showed that the immune systems of mice exposed to cigarette smoke from as little as two cigarettes a day for two weeks overreacted when they were also exposed to a mimic of the flu virus. The rodent’s immune systems cleared the virus normally but the exaggerated inflammation caused dramatically increased levels of tissue damage.

“The anti-viral responses in the cigarette smoke exposed mice were not only not defective, but were hyperactive,” said Elias. “These findings suggest that smokers do not get in trouble because they can’t clear or fight off the virus; they get in trouble because they overreact.”

Doctors developing better test for bird flu detection
Scientists are reporting an advance in the search for a fast, sensitive test to detect bird flu viruses — one that requires no refrigeration and can be used in remote areas easily. The new technique is the first to use sugar molecules rather than antibodies. In the new report, Jurgen Schmidt, Suri Iyer, and colleagues point out that conventional tests for flu viruses rely on antibodies, proteins produced by the immune system, to recognize viruses.Â

However, antibody-based tests can be costly and require refrigeration to remain stable. Doctors have developed artificial forms of sialic acid, a sugar molecule found on the surface of cells to which flu viruses attach. Researchers showed that their highly-selective artificial sugars could be used to quickly capture and recognize two common strains of influenza viruses, H1N1, which infects birds, and H3N2, which infects pigs and humans. They used the molecules to differentiate between two strains — from Sydney and Beijing – commonly found in human infections without isolating the viral RNA or surface glycoproteins. These sugars remain stable for several months, can be produced in large quantities, and demonstrate extended shelf life.

Another promising new vaccine for bird flu successfully tested in animals
July 2nd, 2008

A new method of vaccination against avian influenza tricks the immune system into mounting a broad response against multiple strains of the disease has been developed by researchers at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. In the study, macaques, mice, and ferrets were protected by the experimental vaccine from both disease and death when exposed to avian flu. If proven for use in humans, the research could lead the way to effectively prepare against an outbreak of pandemic avian flu, experts said.

Health officials in the U.S., Europe, and Asia fret that the H5N1 bird flu virus will mutate into a form that is easily transmitted from person to person, starting a global influenza pandemic. “This is the first study to show that a single DNA vaccine can induce protection against strains of pandemic flu in many animal models, including primates,” says David Weiner, PhD, professor of pathology and laboratory medicine at the university.  “With this type of vaccine, we can generate a single construct of a pandemic flu vaccine that will give much broader protection.” The latest bird flu outbreak which began in 2003, human cases of H5N1 bird flu have been documented in 15 countries. Data compiled by the World Health Organization shows 385 cases have occurred, and of these, 243 people have died.

Chinese bird flu patients confined to hospital

DNA-based vaccine may help prevent pandemic influenza, animal study shows. An article in a leading medical journal indicates that a DNA-based vaccine to prevent pandemic influenza is doing quite well in animal studies. The research appears in this issue of The Journal of Infectious Diseases, and expands upon previously reported results with highly pathogenic strains of H5N1 influenza. “We believe DNA vaccines offer significant advantages over conventional approaches,” said Vijay B. Samant, president and chief executive officer of Vical Inc., the firm developing the DNA-based vaccine. “The publication of our pandemic influenza vaccine animal challenge data in a peer-reviewed scientific journal illustrates the approaches we are currently pursuing in our Phase 1 trial.” This trial is important, he noted, because it marks the first time in humans for the firm’s Vaxfectin adjuvant, which has potential applications with both DNA vaccines and conventional protein-based vaccines. Scientists note that DNA vaccines can be adapted quickly to target emerging strains of influenza, manufactured in a few weeks in generic fermentation equipment, and stored for extended periods of time.

Other highlights of the medical journal article include the following:
* A single injection of the company’s three-component DNA vaccine provided complete protection from death and disease in ferrets against lethal challenge with the A/Vietnam/1203/04 strain of H5N1 influenza virus.
* The three-part vaccine significantly decreased viral shedding in ferrets. Reducing viral shedding, which is the primary cause of disease transmission, could be critically important in limiting the scope of a pandemic.
* A one-part H5 version of Vical’s vaccine provided complete protection from death in mice against lethal challenge with the H5N1 influenza virus. Earlier research demonstrated that one-component H3 or H1 vaccines also provided complete protection from death in mice against a lethal challenge with H3N2 or H1N1 strains of influenza virus.

Vical’s three-component pandemic influenza DNA vaccine candidate targets two “conserved” and one “variable” influenza virus protein, the company said.

Sigh, I'm starting to get worried here.  Millions of deaths are not what scares me...what scares me is that one of you guys, a friend or family member could be one of those millions.

Seriously...I don't want these motherf**kers touching me with a needle.  So it's death or give in?  Hopefully this all blows over.

Well Gene seems to be an NWO propogandist as he writes articles in support of 2 known NWO objectives: Vaccines to cure Bird Flu and Computer/Human interfaces.  I would examine his writings to find out other NWO plans.  What really interested me is that he shares the same last name with Hilary Koprowski (could be a complete coincidence) who force vaccinated over 1 million African children with the AIDS virus.

 the big news of today looks likely to be at 4pm ET when the NYC press conference is held presumably to talk about the 75 possible cases in the school in queens

well let us hope it is not big news however, it does appear to be the one to look out for given that there has been little new info out of mexico

anyway, this is what was said earlier at the CDC press conference -  just found on GLp (again)

SPECIFIC NOTES FROM SWINE FLU CDC BRIEFING TODAY

For those of you who want extremely detailed notes:

Dr. Ann Schuchat – interim deputy director of_____________

Dr. Daniel Jernigan – Deputy Director CDC influenza

The CDC is worried and acting aggressively on number of fronts so we don’t have to worry – goal today is to primarily address new questions, not a lot new since yesterday

Still 8 confirmed human cases of swine influenza in US and serious situation in Mexico with severe disease and number of swine infections among mostly adults

Dynamic and changing times – very hard to predict next step, we need to be prepared for change and listen to CDC – they are committed to telling us news

There are a number of state and local investigations. They will typically investigate and use their own state labs and CDC is available for confirming

Today we have teams in So Cal and CDC is also in Mexico to assist … actively looking for new infections in US
Issued new information on infection control and how to protect healthcare workers and handle www.cdc.gov/swineflu easier to navigate than yesterday

There in an outbreak notice for Mexico … no travel restrictions

Many actions in communities are taken with abundance of caution … trying to take action early before things get worse so may be different between communities

Stress that we are fortunate that all cases we are aware of that are confirmed to be swine have been mild … that may change because we are very concerned about Mexico but so far we’ve been fortunate

Time to prepare and think ahead and be ready for some uncertainty and know the clinical communities are working hard on this

Questions:

Reuters – where specifically are active investigations?

Answer: State and local public has lead on investigation in responding to rumors and concern. CDC doesn’t have lead on any but are part of teams. The public health teams have already been trained for this because of h5n1 so we’re fortunate that they are able to type and recognize that there is a new strain.

Newspaper Excel CR: In 10/20/08 there was information to U.S. Congress about discovery in 1997 of virulent h591 strain of avain influenza in U.S. and need to implement Stanford to face problem. In specific case of Mexico and U.S. a source told her that next step would be Homeland Security to face crisis. What investigations do CDC have on h5n1 virulent and (2) what would follow with the homeland department of security and (3) what is the update they have about teleconference that took place between Mexico and Switzerland because they have the WHO in Mexico in Margaret Chan taking action in Mexico.

Ann Answer: h5n1 is the virus since 1997 has been circulating in mostly bird populations and that is not what we’re talking about here or in Mexico but because of those concerns many preparedness advances have been made. Here we’re talking about a brand new virus which is combination between swine, bird and human. DHS does get involved when infections cross and even in routine efforts, the public health often works very closely with Homeland Security. In terms of Mexico and WHO, there is frequent communication between leaders of US, Mexico, Canadan, Swizerland and WHO has special roles and they’ve been taking many measures. She cannot report what is going on in Genevaa.

NBC: (1) Was there a decision in the conference preceding this briefing to go to Phase 4 and how does this NOT meet Phase 4 definition and (2) the entire pandemic flu plan called for isolation but this has gone on in Mexico for month before anything was done.

Joernigan Answer: WHO take into a lot of factors and activity is ongoing now … committee selected from several countries and still ongoing so is your question regarding that process? [Why hasn’t there been a change to phase 4] There is amount of time that they need to see how sustained the transmission is and they are just now gathering information. There are still evaluating information.

Ann Answer: What’s really important is that people know that they are working behind the scenes and WHO changing the level does not change what CDC is doing … they are preparing for more serious concerns and are testing the isolate and making vaccine and going through efforts and not focus on classification.

Canadian Press: I am not convinced it’s on the radar of non public health people. Do you think the message is not going out yet?

Ann Answer: It’s always a challenge to get message out and that’s the value of media. The situation is SERIOUS and people in CDC are WORRIED and they are in contact with politicians that we have a very severe situation and we need to stay in contact but put it into perspective in day to day lives. We are succeeding in connecting with public health community that this is serious concern and she’s sure they got the message out to them.

Canadian Press: Is there more serious disease in Mexico or is something confusing the picture.

Ann Answer: That’s a question we’re all asking. Severe disease is happening in Mexico and some severe disease has been confirmed to have been caused by Swine Influenza. We’re actively looking for severe disease in US. In Mexico they were looking for severe disease and found some but they also found some mild. There are many causes of respiratory disease and not great testes for all of them so it can take some time. They don’t yet know why the pattern looks different between US and Mexico so intensified investigations is going on in Mexico. They are looking for other pathogens in US and in Mexico.

Wall street Journal: [missed question]

Ann Answer: This is definitely widespread and that’s why it cannot be contained. But that’s not surprising knowing what we do about seasonal influenza. We are likely to find the virus in many more places and are hopeful that our cases remain to be mild. But we do think we’re not at a point where we can keep this virus in just one place.

___ Tribune: (1) Two days ago one of the patients was reported to have traveled to Mexico, which patient was that; (2) possible cases identified in Mexicali which is just across border from San Diego?

Ann Answer : Ask San Diego public health department about question one. Regarding (2), they don’t know yet. There are looking more actively in that area but efforts are just now getting organized to implement broader health system. Now that we’re looking more widely, we expect to find many more cases in other communities.

CNN: Any thoughts on why this is more virulent in Mexico than US? Has Obama been briefed? Can you put transmissibility in perspective?

Ann Answer: They don’t know why it’s more virulent but they are intensively looking for the answer. They are looking very closely at the transmissibility also. Flu is quite transmissible and public health is trying to understand the properties of this particular virus. Public health is working with federal, state and local levels to keep leadership informed.

BBC: Any more information at St. Francis Prep School in NY?

Ann Answer: New York City public health is investigating that and they are doing fantastic job.

NPR: Status of vaccine?

Ann Answer: Production is quite complex and takes time … it’ll take months to produce.

Washington Post: Basis facts are very hard to get … epidemic curve in Mexico … is the outbreak ongoing or is it over. If it is ongoing is it a rising curve or falling curve?

Ann Answer: The CDC does not know. It may take some time to get those answers. The Mexico syndrome is relatively non-specific.

Associated Press: (1) update on lab analysis regarding Mexico; (2) contact updates on people who were already confirmed in US?

Ann Answer: The only Lab positives they have from Mexico are the ones they announced yesterday. They continue investigations of contacts but haven’t gotten any more positives on those. The investigations are ongoing. A person being evaluated gets a test by their doctor or hospital, they can tell you rapidly if it is flu and they can tell you whether A or B. Then isolates get forward to public health lab so they can differentiate if it is h5n1 or seasonal influenza or if it is untypable with their test kits. The viruses that are untypable get sent to CDC, where they can test it for this new flu.

Science Mag: Need more detail on testing. Why did CDC wait until infections occurred in US to get samples from Mexico [missed last question]

Ann Answer: The CDC routinely receives specimens from other countries including Mexico. We didn’t wait until we had infections here. When you have a new virus which is what we have here, reagents need to be prepared.

Joernigan Answer: [very difficult to understand this answer … very scientific] It took time to create the test because this is a new virus.

USA Today: Today confirmed 8 cases … how many specimens are waiting for typing at labs?

Ann Answer: Cannot answer this question because they receive quite a few samples and some of them are just seasonal flu.

MSNBC: CDC has to be invited to communities?

Ann Answer: CDC works in supportive role to all communities. We’re at a stage where we have really important questions. As things get worse we will be looking at more questions later. [Talking in circles.]

CDC says too late to contain U.S. flu outbreak

Sat Apr 25, 2009

http://uk.reuters.com/article/worldNews/idUKTRE53N62Y20090424

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Centres for Disease Control and Prevention said on Friday it was too late to contain the swine flu outbreak in the United States.

CDC acting director Dr. Richard Besser told reporters in a telephone briefing it was likely too late to try to contain the outbreak, by vaccinating, treating or isolating people.

"There are things that we see that suggest that containment is not very likely," he said.

He said the U.S. cases and Mexican cases are likely the same virus. "So far the genetic elements that we have looked at are the same." But Besser said it was unclear why the virus was causing so many deaths in deaths in Mexico and such mild disease in the United States.

Please find/post them if possible.

The news outlets are running those same scripts now.

This is a False Flag created by Rockefeller/Rothschild/CFR to force injections and increase pandemic insanity.

Swine flu cases in U.S. mild, but CDC wary of virus. National and local health officials Friday stepped up concern about a swine flu outbreak that sickened eight U.S. residents, two of them Texans, but is spreading lethally in Mexico. Officials said its too early to know if the virus will lead to a pandemic

CDC says too late to contain U.S. flu outbreak

Prediction: the next headline will read...

"CDC says that, because it's 'too late' to contain the U.S. flu outbreak, President Obama should invoke Presidential Directive 51 and order the mandatory vaccination of all Americans."

RICK PERRY/BILDERBERG WATCH!!!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Perry takes precautionary measures to address swine flu
http://www.sanmarcosrecord.com/local/local_story_115145845.html
Published: April 25, 2009 01:58 pm
Austin — Gov. Rick Perry today in a precautionary measure requested the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) provide 37,430 courses of antiviral medications from the Strategic National Stockpile to Texas to prevent the spread of swine flu. Currently, three cases of swine flu have been confirmed in Texas. “As a precautionary measure, I have requested that medication be on hand in Texas to help curb the spread of swine flu by helping those with both confirmed and suspected cases of this swine flu virus, as well as healthcare providers who may have come in contact with these patients,” said Gov. Rick Perry. “We will continue to work with our local, state and federal health officials to ensure public safety is protected.” All three Texas cases are high school students from the same school in Guadalupe County. The first two students became ill in early April. Test results confirmed swine flu in both students on April 23. The third student did not become ill until this past week; lab results are still pending. Based on interviews, there is no direct connection between the first two students and the third. Two of the three cases in Texas have recovered well without the need for further medical intervention.
The length of time between the known cases and the lack of connection leads the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) to conclude that other cases may have occurred and gone undiagnosed. DSHS has contacted other students that have been absent from the school since April 11; eight students were absent due to flu-like illness. DSHS is currently investigating these cases. "There is a reasonable chance that the current swine flu situation will not expand," DSHS Commissioner David Lakey said. "However, we must take prudent steps to ensure the state is prepared if it does. In addition to the antiviral medications previously purchased by the state, these additional medications will be available for the state as appropriate to prevent further spread of the virus."
While swine flu cases have also been reported in Mexico, at this time, no link has been confirmed between the U.S. and Mexico cases, but this investigation is ongoing. The state is coordinating with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), as well as local and state health officials. Officials are closely monitoring the situation and investigating any possible links to confirmed cases in California and Mexico. Perry also informed DHS Secretary Napolitano in a phone call today of his request to the CDC. Symptoms of swine flu in people are similar to those of regular or seasonal flu and include fever, fatigue, lack of appetite and coughing. Some with swine flu also have reported runny nose, sore throat, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
Health officials say everyone should follow standard precautions to reduce the spread of any respiratory illness.
•Stay home when you are sick to avoid spreading illness to others.
•Cough or sneeze into the crook of your elbow or a tissue and properly dispose of used tissues.
•Wash hands frequently and thoroughly with soap and warm water or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
Byron Steele High School in Cibolo closed
Another suspected swine flu case being investigated
Officials urge residents of Guadalupe County to avoid public gatherings
Sick reporters will not be allowed entry to a 2 p.m. news conference
TEXAS (BNO NEWS) – The Texas Department of State Health Services says it has closed the Byron Steele High School in Cibolo, effective immediately, as public health and school officials work to keep swine flu from spreading among the population. It was not clear when the school would reopen.
Earlier this week, swine flu was confirmed in two students from the Cibolo high school and a third student is now listed as a suspected case. A statement from the health department said confirmatory lab test results are pending. The first two cases have recovered since they were reported and the third is currently recovering.
“The purpose is to reduce the risk to students, staff and the community,” said Sandra Guerra who is the public health authority for Guadalupe County. She is also urging students not to be around each other while school is closed. “That would defeat the purpose,” Guerra said. The school’s extracurricular activities have also been cancelled.
The Texas Department of State Health Services is urging the school’s staff, faculty, students and their household members to avoid contact with others, especially if they have symptoms of a respiratory illness.
Additionally, the department is “strongly recommending” that all residents of Guadalupe County should not attend public gatherings for the immediate future and ask that anyone with symptoms of a respiratory illness to stay home and avoid close contact with others.
Symptoms of swine flu in people are similar to those of regular or seasonal flu and include fever, fatigue, lack of appetite and coughing. Some with swine flu also have reported runny nose, sore throat, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
Further, health officials say that everyone should follow standard precautions to reduce the spread of swine flu. These actions include:
* Stay home when you are sick to avoid spreading illness to others.
* Cough or sneeze into the crook of your elbow or a tissue and properly dispose of used tissues.
* Wash hands frequently and thoroughly with soap and warm water or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
Further, the Texas Health Department will be holding a news conference at 2 p.m. local time to update on the developing situation. The department said it would refuse entry to any reporters with symptoms of a respiratory illness.
This sounds sort of strange. Are they not admitting to two(2) different, mild and severe, strains? This morning I think on CNN, its ticker said the CDC had confirmed that the Mexican and American strains are the same swine flu. Yet that press conference questions suggest there are possibly 2 seperate strains at work that they are considering. A ploy to add to the fear factor? Information is slow and confusing as it is released to the media?
This stuff reacts differently with different people like any illness, but basically it is the same effect, so there is some who are severely affected, and others that are mildly affected, thus it appears as two strains? Maybe? I don't know at this point. Need more info.
Either Perry is a rogue looking to make a name for himself, or he can't read what the CDC itself is saying! There is no vacine for this strain because it is a new strain. So who is telling the truth here? Knowing Perry's history, I'd completely ignore him for health's sake.
to help curb the spread of swine flu by helping those with both confirmed and suspected cases of this swine flu virus
Huh? Does Perry have access to some secret medicine?
Folks, this thing better get some kind of confirmed info quick because this is spiraling out of rumor control!
Heres a scary thought, what if the main reason Glenn Beck latched on to the tea party movement, and started touting his 912 project was to cause more fervor for the events, giving them a perfect spreading mechanism. Just a theory, probably not real, but it's a scary thought.
The resistance starts here. Unfortunately, the entire thing is moving beyond the intellectual infowar. I vow I will not make an overt rush at violent authority, until authority makes it's violent rush at me and you. I will not falter, I will not die in this course. For that is how they win.
the Georgia Guidestones say NOTHING about raping the masses for their pension chest.
you know it's not what they say, but what they don't say that says the most about a tyrant.
PS: I'm still not totally convinced there's a Eugenics agenda - it's unfundable, after a few generations, and I can't see the global elite digging f**king potatoes in their plush (now overgrown) back gardens come 2020.
yeah - I think it's going to be clear that all of society has something to fear from a large segment being kept poor and unemployed. 200 years ago, there was no such thing as unemployment except for the disabled. Sure, the monarchs and estate owners used collusion to keep peasants landless etc. But we have an entirely different situation with slums in the colonized countries like Brazil, India, Indonesia, the ex-farmers who now live in shacks outside of Mexico city selling trinkets and begging for a job.
   How in the world can a flu be contained if people have to live in one-room houses and share water sources. It isn't like they are unintelligent and don't understand disease transmission, but they are forced to be in close quarters with each other, and also head out looking for food and work all the time.
One of the most important services a community should pay for is public health. I mean, if there there is less poverty, public health isn't quite as dire. But it isn't 'welfare' that benefits only the poor. Everyone has something to fear if diseases are spreading around
