wait a minute,
these are OUR countries and OUR people. We need to start saying NO to these insane laws that allow these insane trial runs to be acted out upon US.
Now.

Potentially deadly strain of swine flu detected in Southland A unique strain of swine flu suspected of killing dozens of people in Mexico appears to be the same strain that appeared in Southern California this week. Dr. Bonnie Sorensen, chief deputy director for the California Department of Public Health, said the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention tested 14 samples of the swine flu from Mexico on Friday. “They feel it is the same strain as those that showed up in California and Texas,” Sorensen said. CDC officials flew to California and Texas on Friday after eight cases of swine flu were identified in the United States this week, six in Southern California. None have been reported in Ventura County, but local public health officials are on alert. “We are particularly concerned because it’s a brand new virus that has never been seen in the country before,” Sorensen said. All eight of the U.S. victims have recovered, but authorities in Mexico have closed schools, museums, libraries and theaters in Mexico City to try to contain the outbreak that world health officials worry could become a global epidemic. “We are very, very concerned,” World Health Organization spokesman Thomas Abraham said. “We have what appears to be a novel virus which combines genetic material from pigs, birds and humans in a way researchers have not seen before.” Unlike previous strains of swine flu that can only be passed from pig to human, this strain of swine influenza A (H1N1) can be passed from human to human, according to the CDC. The eight U.S. victims had symptoms similar to those of the regular flu — mostly fever, cough and sore throat, although some also experienced vomiting and diarrhea. Mexico Health Secretary Jose Angel Cordoba said 68 people have died of the flu, and the swine flu virus has been confirmed in 20 of those deaths. At least 1,004 people across Mexico are sick from a suspected flu, he said. The WHO is organizing a panel to determine whether to raise the pandemic alert level or issue travel advisories. Travelers who appeared to be sick were questioned at Mexico City’s international airport. U.S. health officials announced an outbreak notice to travelers, urging caution and frequent hand washing but stopping short of telling Americans to avoid Mexico. The six California cases were in Imperial and San Diego counties. The two others involved 16-year-old boys near San Antonio, Texas. The virus was first detected Tuesday in a 10-year-old San Diego County boy and a 9-year-old Imperial County girl. Three more California cases detected Thursday included a father and his teenage daughter in San Diego County, and a 41-year-old Imperial County woman — the only person requiring hospitalization. The sixth case was in San Diego County. Details on that person’s age and gender were unavailable. There is currently no vaccine that protects against swine flu, but the CDC has created a “seed stock” genetically matched to the new strain in hopes of developing some sort of public protection. The CDC says two flu drugs, Tamiflu and Relenza, seem effective against the new strain. Roche, the maker of Tamiflu, said the company is prepared to immediately deploy a stockpile of the drug if requested. Health officials assured the public that the flu cannot be contracted by eating pork products. The Associated Press contributed to this report. How can they have a seed stock genetically matched already? http://www.venturacountystar.com/news/2009/apr/25/potentially-deadly-strain-of-swine-flu-detected/

What makes you people believe that these are just trial runs? My hunch is that, if this wasn't a trial run, there would be a coordinated news blackout underway.

I don't see how you can hold trial runs using viruses that spread. It's like putting SV40 in vaccines, just to see if it could cause cancer. Or letting a pregnant mouse run into a restaurant just to see if the restaurant can deal with it. Once it's out there it's out there.

Not necessarily...this may not actually be spreading from person to person like the say. In fact the NYC school could be a giant placebo effect. This could have been dropped by chemtrails unto populations. In fact a lot of people I know, including my own family, have been ill in the past few weeks. At the same time there has been significant chemtrails.

Kinda feel the same way as the WHO about this: WHO: Mexico swine flu has 'pandemic potential' http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5i_AZWy_CmwkfQ17w1-rP99e3xZnwD97PH448030 minutes ago GENEVA (AP) — The head of the World Health Organization says the swine flu outbreak in Mexico and the United States could develop into a pandemic. WHO Director-General Margaret Chan says the outbreak involves "an animal strain of the H1N1 virus, and it has pandemic potential." Chan says it is too early to say whether a pandemic will actually occur. The global health body has advised countries around the world to look out for similar outbreaks following the discovery of related strains on both sides of the Mexico-U.S. border. At least 62 people in Mexico have died from pneumonia after contracting a flu-like virus. WHO says some tested positive for a strain that sickened at least seven in the southwestern U.S. No deaths have been reported in the U.S. THIS IS A BREAKING NEWS UPDATE. Check back soon for further information. AP's earlier story is below. GENEVA (AP) — The World Health Organization has called an emergency meeting of experts Saturday to consider declaring an international public health emergency over the swine flu outbreak believed to have killed dozens of people in Mexico and sickened at least seven in the U.S. It is the first time the WHO's Director-General Margaret Chan has convened such a crisis panel since the procedure was created almost two years ago, spokesman Gregory Hartl said. The committee may decide Saturday that the outbreak constitutes a public health emergency, and if so, whether WHO should consider measures including travel advisories, trade restrictions and border closures. The global body's flu pandemic alert level is now set to phase three — meaning there is no or very limited risk of a new virus spreading from human to human. The committee "will be asked, 'should we raise the alert level to phase four or phase five,' depending on their appreciation of how far the virus has spread," Hartl said. An increased alert level was considered likely, as initial evidence from the outbreak in Mexico indicates the virus has spread between people. Hartl said, however, that a decision would not be made Saturday. At least 62 people have died from severe pneumonia caused by a flu-like illness in Mexico, according to WHO. Some of those who died are confirmed to have contracted a type of swine flu known as A/H1N1. That particular flu variant has not previously been seen in pigs or humans, though other types of H1N1 have. "This is a very high concern for us as the world's global health organization," Hartl said. The current seasonal flu vaccine is not believed to offer any protection against this new swine flu. But anti-viral drug Tamiflu appears to be fully effective against the H1N1 virus, and "Mexico and the United States already have large stocks of Tamiflu," Hartl said. The virus has caused alarm in Mexico, where more than 1,000 people have been sickened. Authorities there have closed schools, museums, libraries and theaters in a bid to contain the outbreak. WHO, which has been monitoring the situation since Thursday, said 12 of the Mexican cases have been confirmed as genetically identical to a swine flu virus detected in California. U.S. authorities said seven people were infected with swine flu in California and Texas, and all recovered. "We do seem to have found incidents of the same illness, which is swine influenza A/H1N1, on both sides of the border in various locations," Hartl said. WHO has sent experts to Mexico to monitor the situation there, and asked countries to report any unusual flu outbreaks. "We are at the beginning of the outbreak here, and there are a lot of things that we still don't know," Hartl said. "We're not sure exactly of the transmission routes, where the initial infection came from, how efficient it is in transmitting," he said. WHO is also questioning "why no one has died in the United States so far whereas there have been confirmed deaths in Mexico." WHO chief Chan broke off a visit to Washington, where she was to meet with U.S. officials, to oversee WHO's response to the crisis from its Strategic Health Operation Center in Switzerland. The virus appears to cause flu-like symptoms that can develop into severe pneumonia, Hartl said, urging anyone to visit a doctor if they had been to affected areas and were feeling symptoms. "You would want to take the same kind of precautions that you would do with pneumonia and an influenza-like illness," he said. Copyright © 2009 The Associated Press. All rights reserved.

relax everyone crisis averted Obama is on the job
Obama kept up-to-date on swine flu
WASHINGTON – The White House says President Barack Obama is being updated on the swine flu outbreak in Mexico.
White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said Friday the Homeland Security Council is monitoring the situation, along with the State Department and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Gibbs says Homeland Security Adviser John Brennan is leading the White House's response. Mexican authorities say 60 people may have died from the swine flu virus and world health officials worry it could unleash a global flu epidemic.
Gibbs said Obama was not at risk during last week's trip to Mexico.

Gibbs said Obama was not at risk during last week's trip to Mexico. Wtf? By the way, a red flag just popped up when I heard a quick blurb from Fox "News", some news anchor mentioned the swine flu and said: "What effect will this have on our lives AND THE ECONOMY. WHAT THE F**K? That right there is verbiage handed to her by Northcom/military/(White House talking point material). What if this isn't a conditioning run, but is actually a slower-speed deployment of their pandemic flu false flag that they figured out how to go with using swine, and slower propagation because they got massively exposed with the straight up avian flu/Baxter getting caught? Remember that Mr. Singer from Booz Allen Hamilton said that the next false flags that they carry out will have to be made HIGHLY BELIEVABLE. If this progresses much further and is kept on the news for more than a few additional days, then look out for cyber false flags (you may very well see them at any time following on the heels of the BS Joint Strike Fighter hack where one of BAH/CSIS simply had whoever was appointed to carry it out use their inherent backdoors from JSF data running an an Enterprise Architecture that was simply backdoored the same way MITRE/Cheyenne Mountain created phantom inputs like phantom flight 11. Hey any of you in the govt. reading this that aren't criminal trash: The fact that every one of your systems have their software architectures built with Agile Software implementations means that they are all inherently vulnerable to undetectable attack and full override by not only real domestic terrorists like BAH, but also--at the discretion of the CFR/CSIS/Bilderberg--foreign governments, as it is public knowledge that PROMIS has been sold worldwide.

If Mexico was the city of origin, then I would expect to see lots of people sick in the border towns in deep south Texas and in San Antonio. During the week of Easter (which was only a couple of weeks ago), we would see a huge increase in cars from Mexico in San Antonio as they come up to shop like crazy and visit. So far we have a couple of kids in a suburb of San Antonio and a prep school in NY city?
But then again, how many people do go to the ER for flu symptoms?

They usually don't, unless the media gets everyone in panic mode and people start flooding the E.R. with vague stomach pain, in which case, you can only expect an increase in the spread of the disease.

Mexico flu 'a potential pandemic' Saturday, 25 April 2009 15:22 UK http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/americas/8018356.stmA new flu virus suspected of killing up to 60 people in Mexico has the potential to become a pandemic, the World Health Organization's chief says. Margaret Chan said the outbreak was a "serious situation" which needed to be followed closely. Ms Chan cut short a visit to the US and returned to Geneva for urgent talks. Health experts say tests so far seem to link the illnesses in Mexico with a new swine flu virus that sickened eight people in the southern US. The WHO's new emergency committee is now meeting - though health officials say it may be premature to advise against travel to Mexico. The committee will be discussing whether to declare a public health emergency, and whether to raise the global pandemic alert level. The WHO says it does not know the full risk yet. It is advising all member states to be vigilant for seasonally unusual flu or pneumonia-like symptoms among their populations - particularly among young healthy adults, who seem to be the most affected in Mexico.

The following is a post I wrote on April 13, just a week or so before this Swine Flu was resuscitated by the fear mongering terror masters: *********** The whole bird flu scare is just the latest strain of an epidemic myth-creation industry that spreads memes of fear in order to push vaccine development programs, with massive funding and profits involved - part of the Medical-industrial Complex. One precedent useful for analysis is the Swine Flu scare of 1976. There are many similarities in the myth-making, language and rhetoric of the Swine Flu scare. Without proof, the idea that a deadly virus that hadn't been seen for years began to circulate. The virus was said to be the one that had killed possibly millions of people in 1918-1919 (so-called Spanish Influenza). It was said that the virus circulated in pigs but could mutate at any time to infect humans. Events of the panic began when an army recruit died on 4 February 1976 at Fort Dix, New Jersey. The CDC said he had been infected with Swine Flu. Experts who believed that an epidemic would NOT occur were denied any fair hearings in the following government health authority induced panic. The orthodox viewpoint was that a mass-vaccination program was needed. The rhetoric escalated to a shrill level that a coming epidemic was both inevitable and would have severe consequences. The CDC claimed that the chance of an epidemic was 1:2 and would kill an estimated one million Americans. President Gerald Ford asked Congress for $135 million to inoculate every man, woman and child. Pharmaceutical companies fell over each other to get a grab at the funding. Insurance companies declared they wouldn't insure the companies for liability over the shots. The government stepped in with an Act of Congress to cover them. The vaccine started to be distributed regardless of proof of lack of danger of the virus (500 soldiers infected, 1 death) or efficacy and safety of the vaccine. Three elderly people died on one single day after receiving the vaccine, the government put it down to a coincidence. By December, it was found that 500 people had developed Guillain-Barre Syndrome as a result of the vaccine and 25 had died. The campaign ended 16 December after 45 million people had been vaccinated. Summary: It can be seen from the above that there are many similarities between the development of the Swine Flu myth and that of Avian Flu. Both are stated to be the cause the 1918-1919 influenza. Most of the rhetoric is the same. The myth is developed over many years in order to prepare and fertilize the mind of the population for mass vaccinations that contain an element of danger to the receiver. Scientist always state that we are 'overdue' for a mass, killer flu epidemic. Perhaps that's wishful thinking on their part. The CDC and other parts of the Medical Industrial Complex are using the lessons of the Swine Flu myth to prepare us for the Avian Influenza myth/mass vaccination program [http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/Eid/vol12no01/05-1007.htm] These include: making the information seem to come from scientific, rather than political sources, and over-reaction is better than under-reaction. Please research and take into account the precedent of the Swine Flu myth when assessing the Avian Flu myth. ' 'There's nothing new under the sun.' Problem, solution, reaction. Sources: http://www.ph.ucla.edu/epi/Bioter/shotinthedark.htmlhttp://www.capitalcentury.com/1976.htmlhttp://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/Eid/vol12no01/05-1007.htm

I'm reminded of when, in the film Close Encounters of the Third Kind, the government plants false reports in the media of a chemical outbreak as a pretext to evacuate a particular area.
Exactly my point -- what are they hoping to do, while we're distracted by this media event? I mean they stole our liberties while we were all cheering them on against the Al-Qaeda-funding Iraqis. Any thoughts out there? Any worthy research? Any noise on the ether?

Flu patients in NY had been in Mexico: report 52 minutes ago http://www.google.com/hostednews/afp/article/ALeqM5jricftL_7LIgqnvYgK8d0rXN38xANEW YORK (AFP) — Many of the some 75 students at a New York private school who have been treated for flu-like symptoms recently traveled to Mexico, but no swine flu case has been confirmed, US media reported Saturday. The students at St. Francis Preparatory School in the New York City borough of Queens "had complained Thursday of nausea, fever, dizziness and aches and pains," the New York Times reported, citing officials from the local health department. "Several of the students were said to have recently traveled to Mexico," where as many as 60 people have died in an outbreak of multi-strain swine flu in recent weeks, it added. The department sent investigators to the school Friday after officials thought their symptoms "were consistent with a strain of swine flu that has swept Mexico City." Authorities were "sanitizing" the school as a precaution, CNN television reported Saturday, adding that no swine flu case had been confirmed. In Mexico, authorities shut several public venues as the main outbreak hit the capital, Mexico City, with between 18 and 20 confirmed deaths due to the virus. There were also deaths in the central city of San Luis Potosi, with three fatalities, and in Mexicali on the US border. The virus detected in 12 fatal Mexican cases is also genetically identical to that which affected eight people in the US states of California and Texas, though all of those recovered. I was just thinking
How long ago was spring break?
And don't kids from all over the country go to Mexico for break?
so whats the incubation period?
If this starts popping up all over the country? ?

I cannot validate the content below, I got it from a thread on GLP, but this was apparantly found on a BBC page as a comment - from the BBC
Readers in Mexico have been emailing the BBC describing the sense of fear gripping the country as a result of a flu virus outbreak, which has so far claimed up to 60 lives.
The World Health Organization says the virus has the potential to become a pandemic.
Read a selection of BBC readers' comments below.
I work as a resident doctor in one of the biggest hospitals in Mexico City and sadly, the situation is far from "under control". As a doctor, I realise that the media does not report the truth. Authorities distributed vaccines among all the medical personnel with no results, because two of my partners who worked in this hospital (interns) were killed by this new virus in less than six days even though they were vaccinated as all of us were. The official number of deaths is 20, nevertheless, the true number of victims are more than 200. I understand that we must avoid to panic, but telling the truth it might be better now to prevent and avoid more deaths. -- Yeny Gregorio Dávila, Mexico City

New York, NEW YORK (BNO NEWS) – The New York City Health Department says it will be holding an unscheduled news conference later on Saturday, officials tell BNO News.
The department sent out a media alert to the news media just before 1 p.m. Eastern time, saying that Health Commissioner Dr. Thomas R. Frieden will give an update "on the status of influenza in New York City." The briefing will take place at 3 p.m. Eastern time.
A spokeswoman for the department, in a call with BNO News, refused to provide any more information on the briefing. "I can't give any information other than what was stated on the media advisory," she said. A press release was also scheduled to be released later on Saturday.
It is unclear if this is related to the swine flu outbreak in Mexico and some parts of the United States, which has so far killed up to 70 and infected more than 1,000 people. The World Health Organization had earlier said it fears the disease may develop into a global pandemic.
Meanwhile, New York City health officials are still investigating a school in Queens were some 75 students have fallen ill with flu-like symptoms. Tests are being taken to rule out swine flu but the results can take up to several days.

"New York, NEW YORK (BNO NEWS) – The New York City Health Department says it will be holding an unscheduled news conference later on Saturday, officials tell BNO News." Biography of Thomas R. Frieden, MD, MPH http://www.nyc.gov/html/doh/html/commish/combio.shtmlThomas R. Frieden, MD, MPH, has served as Commissioner of the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene since January 2002. One of the world's oldest and largest public health agencies, the Department has an annual budget of $1.7 billion and more than 6,000 staff. Dr. Frieden has worked as an epidemiologist, administrator, teacher, researcher, clinician, and community organizer. His top priorities are to strengthen systems to accurately monitor the health of New Yorkers and to use this information to work with communities to improve their health. Because tobacco addiction is the leading cause of preventable illness and death in New York City, the Department is a staunch advocate of tobacco control. By helping people quit smoking and preventing them from starting, heart and lung disease, cancer, and other smoking-related illness can be prevented. There are now 300,000 fewer smokers in the City than in 2002, which will prevent 100,000 premature deaths in years to come. New York City was also the first place in the United States to eliminate trans-fats from restaurants, rigorously monitor the diabetes epidemic, and require certain restaurants to post calorie information prominently. In 2006 the City launched the nation’s largest community-based Electronic Health Record project, which will give more than one million New Yorkers improved and consistent preventive care. Stopping HIV and improving mental health diagnosis and treatment and the quality of programs that serve people with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and alcohol or drug dependence are also critical priorities. Others include reducing infant mortality, improving cancer screening, and ensuring that New Yorkers are treated effectively for hypertension, high cholesterol, and diabetes. A leading expert in tuberculosis control, Dr. Frieden was appointed NYC Health Commissioner after working in India for 5 years, where he assisted with national tuberculosis control efforts. The Indian program has now treated more than 8 million patients and has saved more than a million lives.
Prior to his tenure in India, Dr. Frieden was instrumental in stopping the tuberculosis epidemic in New York City. He began his career at the New York City Department of Health in 1990 as a CDC Epidemiologic Intelligence Service Officer working on a wide range of health issues. During his time as Director of the Bureau of Tuberculosis Control and Assistant Commissioner from 1992-1996, New York City reduced cases of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis by 80%.A graduate of Oberlin College, Dr. Frieden received degrees in Medicine and Public Health from Columbia University. He completed specialty training in Internal Medicine at Columbia and subspecialty training in Infectious Diseases at Yale University. Combining a career of distinguished scholarship with public health action, Dr. Frieden has received numerous awards and has authored more than 150 scientific articles. He is fluent in Spanish.

Fatal new flu strain threatens Mexico, U.S. MEXICO CITY/GENEVA (Reuters) - A new flu strain that has killed up to 68 people in Mexico could become a pandemic, the World Health Organization warned on Saturday, as health experts tried to track the disease's spread. Hospitals tested patients with flu symptoms for the never-before-seen virus, which has also infected eight people in the United States. No further deaths had come to light since Friday afternoon, but officials warned the person-to-person infections meant there was a risk of a major outbreak. "It has pandemic potential because it is infecting people," WHO Director-General Margaret Chan said in Geneva. "However, we cannot say on the basis of currently available laboratory, epidemiological and clinical evidence whether or not it will indeed cause a pandemic." The new flu strain -- a mixture of swine, human and avian flu viruses -- is still poorly understood and the situation is evolving quickly, Chan said. Mexico city's health secretary, Armando Ahued, said no new flu deaths had been reported since Friday, when Mexico gave the death toll as 20 confirmed and 48 other possible deaths. In all, 1,004 suspected cases have been reported nationwide. Mexico has shut schools, cinemas and museums and canceled public events in its sprawling, overcrowded capital of 20 million people to try to prevent further infections. Weekend soccer matches were played in empty stadiums and people on the street wore face masks. The strain of flu has spread fast between people and infected some individuals who had no contact with one another. The WHO says the virus from 12 of the Mexican patients is genetically the same as a new strain of swine flu, designated H1N1, seen in eight people in California and Texas. All of the eight later recovered. An emergency committee of WHO experts, convening on Saturday, will advise Chan on issues including possibly changing the WHO's pandemic alert level, currently 3 on a scale of 1 to 6. "We do not yet have a complete picture of the epidemiology or the risk, including possible spread beyond the currently affected areas," Chan said, adding the situation was seen as "serious." Mexican Health Minister Jose Angel Cordova, speaking on Friday's evening television news, encouraged people to avoid crowds and wear face masks, noting there was no guarantee that a vaccine would help against the new strain. The seasonal flu vaccine protects against one strain of the H1N1 virus, which is also circulating, but this new version is genetically different. CDC experts are working on a vaccine against the new strain but it would take months to make. MORE CASES COULD EMERGE Cordova said the death rate appeared to have steadied and hospitals in the past few days had not seen the exponential rise in the number of people infected that many had feared. Most of the dead were aged between 25 and 45, a worrying sign linked to pandemics, as seasonal flu tends to be more deadly among the elderly and the very young. "We realize the seriousness of this problem," Mexican President Felipe Calderon told health officials on Friday. More cases could come to light as patients are tested in California, said Dr. Gil Chavez, director of the Center for Infectious Diseases at the California Department of Public Health and the state's chief epidemiologist. "The more we look the more we are likely to find," he said. In New York City, health officials were investigating what had sickened scores of students who fell ill with flu-like symptoms in a Queens high school on Thursday and Friday. The symptoms were reported as mild and a city health official said he could not speculate about whether flu was responsible. Little can be done to prevent an outbreak of flu from spreading, health experts warn, but common sense measures can help people protect themselves. Number one is hand-washing. "Cover your cough or your sneeze, wash your hands frequently," advised Dr. Richard Besser, acting director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. In Mexico, soldiers handed out surgical masks and officials warned people to avoid close physical contact and sharing food. As far away as Hong Kong -- the epicenter of the 2003 SARS epidemic and especially vigilant to any threat of infectious disease -- the government's Center for Health Protection said it was closely monitoring investigations in the United States and would analyze flu samples in the territory. Cordova said Mexico had 1 million doses of antiviral medicine, easily enough to treat the cases reported so far. Roche AG's Tamiflu and GlaxoSmithKline's Relenza are both recommended to treat flu and have been shown to work against viral samples taken from eight Americans infected. The last flu pandemic was in 1968 when "Hong Kong" flu killed about a http://www.reuters.com/article/topNews/idUSTRE53N22820090425

Can tuberculosis be controlled? http://ije.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/content/full/31/5/894 Thomas R Frieden Dr TR Frieden, Commissioner of Health, Department of Health, 125 Worth Street, CN28, Room 331, New York, NY 10013, USA. E-mail: tfrieden{at}health.nyc.gov Background: Tuberculosis (TB) is nearly 100% curable. However, the ability of medical and public health interventions to control TB, particularly in developing countries, is often doubted. Methods: We reviewed data for the amenability of TB to control. We considered separately control of deaths, prevalence, rate of infection and incidence. Results: Tuberculosis mortality can be reduced by more than 80% in less than 5 years. The prevalence of TB can be reduced by 30% or more annually; sustained annual decreases of 17% have been documented in a developing country. The TB infection rate can be reduced by 15% annually. In the absence of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), TB incidence can be decreased by as much as 25% per year and up to 10% annually in developing countries. A high prevalence of untreated HIV infection in the adult population of a developing country will inevitably result in a significant increase in TB incidence despite optimal use of currently available technologies. Conclusions: Tuberculosis can be controlled if appropriate policies are followed, effective clinical and public health management is ensured, and there are committed and co-ordinated efforts from within and outside the health sector. However, in the context of a large epidemic of AIDS, TB incidence will inevitably increase. By 2001, less than 30% of global TB cases were reported to have received effective diagnosis, treatment and monitoring. Rapid expansion of effective TB control services is urgently required, both to avert the continued high burden of morbidity and mortality from TB and because of the HIV pandemic.

the 1918 virus also targeted young & healthy people.
So does the NWO. How many did they kill between 1914 and 1918? Vaccinations and treatments for Spanish Flu were just the icing on the cake, the final flourish on a massive depopulation program. Australia lost 1/4 of its men aged 17-25 in WWI. Today is ANZAC day. Lest we Forget.

Just a thought to consider ...
1,000plus cases reported in Mexico City ... 12-20 deaths.
IF this is a weaponized virus, then it isn't in a very lethal form. I agree that the rare combination of flu types is suspect, but something isn't quite right with such a low fatality rate.

IMO, this is more hype to justify more animal culture/vaccine testing and more justification of the Insane FEMA bird flu wargames in July.

I think its a practice run ... altho it may only kill 10% at the most it is spreading pretty rapidly ... also the age group is rather interesting. A few months down the line tho they'll release the big daddy.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/talking_point/8018428.stm..." I work as a resident doctor in one of the biggest hospitals in Mexico City and sadly, the situation is far from "under control". I understand that we must avoid to panic, but telling the truth it might be better now to prevent and avoid more deaths."

Yeny Gregorio Dávila, Mexico City needs to be put on the record with that small bombshell. From the same BBC article: Yesterday in my office it was a bit surreal walking in to see all in blue masks with deep cleansing of computer equipment and surfaces going on. Let's hope it is contained and does not escalate. The local news is reporting 200 fatalities and reports of flu spreading from areas outside of Mexico City. Given the volume of daily commuter traffic on cramped busses and trains, this may not have to be too virulent to be disastrous in human terms. I wonder what controls there will be on flights in and out.
Will Shea, Mexico City http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/talking_point/8018428.stmU.S. news media claims .............. 20 deaths Local Mexico City news ..............200 deaths Covering up that many deaths would be a nice trick ... as if they had some specifically planned facility all ready in place to bury/burn them. Like the one near Phoenix, AR. which Anti-Illuminati details here:

FOX 68 dead in Mexico...CDC says there is no cure for this outbreak Blast from the past: Joe Biden http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dOwb9l0DtRA&feature=related October 19th, 2008 - Seattle, WA
"..so there's gonna be a lot of tough decisions Barack's gonna have to make, a lot of very tough decisions, including on foreign policy. And here's the point I want to make. Mark my words. Mark my words. It will not be 6 months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John Kennedy. The world is looking. We're about to elect a brilliant 47 year old President of the United States of America.
Remember I said it standing here if you don't remember anything else I said. Watch. We're gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis to test the mettle of this guy. And he's gonna have to make some really tough -- I don't know what the decision's gonna be, but I promise you it will occur. As a student of history, and having served with 7 Presidents. I guarantee you it's gonna happen. I can give you at least 4 or 5 scenarios from where it might originate.."~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Could one of those scenarios be a Rockefeller/Rothschild False Flag Bird Flu outbreak?
We already have seen Mexico militarized and Iraqi soldiers are heading to Mexico in the "drug war".
Hmmmm.
