Dont forget Canada, its has a major housing bubble that will burst very soon.

Majority of the condo development in the major cities like Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa, etc, are all foreign investments that are being built with below par standards and no oversight.

The housing market (both purchases and renting) is overvalued between 26% to 35% across the nation, while incomes stay stagnant for the last 10 years, and household debt has ballooned by more than 50%.

Actual unemployment rate is close to 14% (and not the media touted of 6.7% - 7.0%).

Interest rates are incredibly low (and have been for more than 5 years), but they will have to come up in the new year, which will spark off the housing crash because many wont be able to afford their incredible overvalued and overpriced mortgages.

But the FEMA Camps and the drone bases will well funded and in great condition.

But how could FEMA camps be well-funded if there aren't even enough funds to finance unemployment benefits?

Or is that precisely the question that "Tea Party" Republicans would rather we not ask in the first place, lest it become a little too obvious that they're subservient to the same ruling-class interests that their Democratic "opponents" are?

The World Economy At A Glance
12 April 2014
, by Tyler Durden (Zero Hedge)
http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-04-12/world-economy-glance

Despite bond yields at record lows, stock markets at record highs, and a general 'faith' that we are heading towards a Keynesian utopia of escape velocity growth (despite IMF downgrades and the reality of current data), the following table of the world's PMIs is your handy cocktail-party cheat sheet for 'smart' discussion of soft-survey-based economic progress...

UK, Ireland, and UAE are the fastest growers while France, Italy, and the broad Eurozone are contracting at the fastest pace.

and just the manufacturing indices...

All that green and investors demand that the world's central banks are either on the verge of more easing or talking about more easing? What are they so afraid of?

If American wants to succeed then they must secede !!!!!!!!!!

It is just that simple.

States' Steps to Seccession then Reconstitution‏

Step 1. 10th Amendment Warning: The feds are warned by State Resolution when they are violating the Constitution. They are respectfully asked to cease unconstitutional legislation and other federal mandates immediately. This began in the mid 1990s and reached a 3/4ths majority of states almost 4 years ago...

Step 2. Nullification: This is a refusal by the state government to implement any and all unconstitutional federal mandates sent down, as determined by the state legislatures to be in disregard of the previous resolution... This has been happening for a couple of years now... this also signals the search and selection of delegates to a New Continental Congress, the seeds of a provisional government for maintaining our Constitutional rule of law during the removal of the usurper infiltrators and their unconstitutional offices should step 3 be needed.

Step 3. Disavowal and Secession. This is a timed move by the states in unison. A recall and dis-empowering of all present state representatives and senators assigned by state elections to the federal city. This is when false flags will begin in earnest. The bastards will not allow their power to be diminished without a fight. The globalists will start false flag skirmishes like Hitler did on the Polish border before he invaded.

These attacks will be leveled not only on us but particularly against States that have not yet joined the majority, to keep them from re-uniting with us. The ratifying majority of States have remained united during the withdrawal and will know these false flags and their purpose outright. We must be prepared to deal with them as the foreign attack or invasion they are whether against us, or one of our prodigal sibling States.

The States not yet enjoined will be vulnerable and need our protection. The united majority, must not harm the splintered minority however... If attacked they will either be absorbed by the global empire or quickly realize they are under global attack and begin one by one to rejoin us. The Oath bound military will be with us from the beginning, or they will be in violation of their Oath to the Constitution. We the ratifying Majority of States retain the Constitution as our own you see, by at least a 3/4ths Constitutional majority.

Step 4: Reconstitution. This will begin at the moment of disavowal and withdrawal. the Continental Congress will act as provisional constitutional government as long as it takes to re establish and man our normal Constitutional government. A  Continental Congress has convened and was held about 4 years ago in South Carolina, by the way...

This is a chalk board overview at best of the process, Hope it helps. YOU NEVER CALL FOR, OR SUPPORT A CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION, not even in the best of times... the Bastards control them, because they have control of the delegate selection process at the top... they will gut the Constitution and kill the Republic if one is convened. We have a predatory federal government as well as some state governments in power right now...please try to remember that.

I think Secession could only work in a more States integral way.

What I mean by this is that States that are not as much corrupted as others Secede together to immediately form a new United States to put pressure on the corrupted ones.

I think it's better that the people regain power over the Senate and the Presidency first but this is not possible via elections now since they are rigged so must be done in an other way.

Citizens could form an anti-corruption commission over the Senate to get it clean because the Senate can not clean itself which they will opt for by forming a corrupt commission themself to write BS reports in favour like they are used to do like with the JFK-report for example.

And I have this list 'what to do' of course: THE REAL ECONOMICAL PROBLEMS & SOLUTIONS http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=216627.0

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-06-11/19-reasons-laugh-when-anyone-tells-you-economy-good-shape

Have you heard the one about the “economic recovery” in the United States?  It’s quite funny, but it is not actually true.

Every day, the establishment media points to the fact that global stock markets have soared to unprecedented heights as evidence that the economy is improving.

But just because a bunch of wealthy people have gotten temporarily even richer on paper does not mean that the real economy is in good shape.

In fact, as you will see below, things just continue to get even tougher for the poor and the middle class.

Retail stores are closing at the fastest pace since the fall of Lehman Brothers, the rate of homeownership in this country is the lowest that it has been in 19 years, one out of every five families do not have a single member that is employed, and one out of every five children is living in poverty.

We are working harder, earning less and going into more debt.  With each passing day, the middle class gets a little bit smaller and the ranks of the poor get a little bit larger.

But at least the stock market is doing great, eh?

If the U.S. economy really was doing well, government dependence would not be at epidemic levels.

If the U.S. economy really was doing well, we wouldn’t have more than a million public school children that are homeless.

If the U.S. economy really was doing well, the percentage of Americans that have a job would not be lower than it was when the last recession supposedly “ended”.

Nobody that takes an honest look at the numbers can honestly say that the U.S. economy has recovered.

The following are 19 reasons why you can laugh when anyone tells you that the economy is in good shape…

#01 RadioShack just announced that it is going to close an additional 200 stores on top of what it was already planning to close.

#02 During the first quarter of this year, reported earnings by major U.S. retailers missed estimates by the largest margin in 13 years.

#03 One out of every three grocery store workers in the state of California is on some form of public assistance.

#04 The percentage of Americans that believe that it is a “good time to buy a home” is the lowest that it has been in four years.

#05 According to one recent survey, 52% of Americans cannot even afford the house that they are living in right now.

#06 Sadly, only 36% of American adults under the age of 35 currently own a home.  That is the lowest level that has ever been recorded.

#07 According to one new study, half of all college graduates are still relying on their parents financially when they are two years out of school.

#08 The number of planned job cuts by U.S. employers is on the rise again…

Job cuts climbed to the highest level in more than a year, as U.S.-based employers announced plans to reduce payrolls by 52,961 in May, according to a report from Challenger, Gray & Christmas.

#09 Right now, one out of every six men in their prime working years (25 to 54) do not have a job.

#10 The percentage of Americans not in the labor force is still at a 36 year high.

#11 53% of wage earners in the United States make less than $30,000 a year.

#12 The average age of vehicles on America’s roads has hit an all-time high of 11.4 years.  Are we making them better or is it just that people simply cannot afford to buy new vehicles anymore?

#13 According to Pulitzer prize-winning reporter David Cay Johnston, the economic recovery following the depths of the Great Depression was far superior to what we are experiencing today…

The most eye-opening measure of how poorly the vast majority are faring these days comes from comparing the periods after the Great Recession and the Great Depression.

The 90%, the vast majority, saw their income decline in 2012 compared with 2009, the year the Great Recession officially ended. Average annual income was down $556, or almost 2%, adjusted for inflation, to $30,997.

But in 1936, three years after the Great Depression ended, the vast majority enjoyed 31% more income than in 1933. The average increase, in today’s dollars, was $2,146 per household.

#14 The U.S. economy did not experience any economic growth during the first quarter of 2014.  In fact, it actually contracted.

#15 The growth of furniture spending has just gone negative for the first time in about two years.

#16 More than 20% of all children in the U.S. are living in poverty, and 49 million Americans are dealing with food insecurity.

#17 As I have written about previously, approximately 20% of all American families do not have a single member that is employed at this point.

#18 According to a recent Gallup survey, “Unemployment/Jobs” represents the number one concern for U.S. voters.

#19 After adjusting for inflation, median household income in the U.S. is now about 7% lower than it was in the year 2000.

***What Jim Rickards is saying is significant because Bob Chapman also has been saying that “dollar to collapse by half” in a sort of “Smithsonian event” Bob said.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smithsonian_Agreement

Because it simply is the last stop the FED can pull out.

And that’s exactly the reason why the fascistic U.S. totally corrupted police state was created when the people rise against the gov. when they discover they have been robbed over night.

This is not a recession its a robbery http://libertyblitzkrieg.com/2014/06/19/poverty-in-the-uk-doubles-over-the-past-30-years-despite-robust-economic-growth/

Yeah, the daily news can be confusing sometimes but when you put the fundamentals headlines in a row of just one month, one clearly gets the picture.

It almost seems as of the U.S. wants the economic collapse by aggressive military policy which creates higher oil prices thus a very bad economy.

The U.S. is also forcing other nations out of the dollar also because of the reckless printing cq devaluing the dollar.

So now there are at least two reasons two abandon the dollar, U.S. military aggression and dollar devaluation.

Not because they want to but they need to ;) http://youtu.be/UTHlXb0PXh4?t=3m5s

Not to mention U.S. financial aggression.

Global Macro In 1 Simple Chart
3 July 2014
, by Tyler Durden (Zero Hedge)
http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-07-03/global-macro-1-simple-chart

The US and UK are the 'best' performing world economies based on PMIs.

Despite slumping real incomes, surging gas prices, a dismal Q1, fading Q2 growth expectations, and the US being the worst relative performing macro-surprise index in the world this year, it is the cleanest clean shirt with the great expansion based on soft-survey data.

France joins Korea at the bottom of the global pile of macro-economic performers with Russia, Brazil, Australia, and Greece also in contraction.

Here is your 1-stop-shop guide to global macro - USA USA USA...

Global PMI Summary: 60% Of Nations Weakening
« Reply #68 on: October 02, 2014, 07:36:05 AM »
Global PMI Summary: 60% Of Nations Weakening
1 October 2014
, by Tyler Durden (Zero Hedge)
http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-10-01/global-pmi-summary-60-nations-weakening

As PMI manufacturing surveys are released around the world, we get an early read on the state of glkobal manufacturing.

As the below table shows, out of the 25 countries that have reported so far, 8 reported improvements in their manufacturing sectors in September, while 15 recorded a weakening, and 2 remained unchanged.

A reading above 50 reflects expansion, while below 50 indicates contraction.

As BofA notes,

There were 8 countries in negative territory and 17 in positive.

In particular, Austria, Germany, Greece, Korea, and Norway moved from contraction to expansion, while Italy and South Africa did the reverse.

Our China economist note that, thanks in part to the easing measures implemented in the past month, the China PMI was stabilized, but is yet to rebound.

Our Europe economist notes that weakness in the Euro Area was mostly driven by Germany.

Moreover, he highlighted that Euro Area PMIs (as well as German PMIs) are consistent with moderate expansion in 3Q.

Lastly, our UK Economist noted that the decline in the UK PMI was attributed primarily to slower exports growth to the Euro Area, and the index is at the lowest since May 2013.

7 Good and 7 Bad Years Myth Broken
« Reply #78 on: December 28, 2014, 11:24:33 PM »
7 Good and 7 Bad Years Myth Broken

2014 was the 7th year in economic decline if you count from 2008.

This is the first time in world’s history an economic depression has prolonged for so long.

So the 7 good and 7 bad years myth has been broken. 2015 will be the 8th year of economic decline.

2014 keywords for bad world economics are ‘growing unemployment’ and ‘growth cuts’ which means that world’s economic decline is accelerating into it’s 8th year.

Happy 2015!
