WTG! UNOwen! I had to craft a different letter to Corker Alexander is on my shit list. I forwarded his response to all the people I know here in TN. ( it is posted somewhere in the forum). For Corker, I quoted his Fiscal Policy from his website. Let us see what kind of response it gets. (Clicking nails on the desk) He better jump up and go co-sponsor the thing! (Clicking nails again) (tapping foot) We will see. hmmm?

UNOwen,
This is what I got back from Corker.
Thank you for contacting my office regarding S. 604, the Federal Reserve Sunshine Act. Your input is important to me, and I appreciate the time you took to share your thoughts.
I understand the importance of having a strong monetary policy with appropriate oversight measures, particularly during these difficult economic times. As you know, S. 604 would remove all existing audit restrictions and confidentiality restrictions, and require the GAO to perform an audit of the Fed. In its current form, I cannot support this legislation because I fear it will politicize the Fed's role in crafting unbiased and non-partisan monetary policy.
While I am concerned about preserving the independence of the Fed, I agree that oversight is necessary. That is why I supported legislation earlier this year that gave the Government Accountability Office (GAO) the authority to audit activities of the Federal Reserve Board with regard to the emergency actions it has taken to address the current financial crisis. You should also know that despite being created as an independent agency, the Federal Reserve is accountable to the United States Congress. Reports, audits, and hearings are required of the Federal Reserve several times per year. As a member of the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee, I look forward to reviewing the policies set and actions taken by the Fed, and the effects they are having on our financial system.
Thank you again for your letter. I hope you will continue to share your thoughts with me as I serve you in the United States Senate.
Sincerely,
Bob Corker United States Senator
That is it . Only during emergencies should we audit. He lost my vote.

they have no choice, over 90% of the American public has been pushing for this and this bill has been brought up multiple times for over 20 years by Dr. Ron Paul. It is overly obvious that anyone who is not a cosponsor pretty much has sold the next 10 generations of Americans into perpetual Private Federal Reserve/World Bank slavery.

I agree, Sane! It's the pressure from the public, who these bastards are suppose to work for, that's doing it! I think Boxer is finally seeing the writing on the wall that she's not going to stay in Congress if she doesn't radically change her viewpoints. Her people are pissed! She best start listening, as well as the other 534 in Congress (435 House / 100 Senate until next Census when it could change)!

I'll post this for anyone who wants to use it for their representatives that have not jumped on board. I have used this with my 2 senators and the house and have received good feedback from them. Although Lamar Alexander expressed an interest he is a complete tool of the NWO but at least he knows we know their game now. Hope it helps out.......

The non sponsors must be getting some serious cash to hold out.
What else, loyalty to the regime, sold outs, blackmail, death threats, for FK sake it is obvious that the non commitals are on the take one way or another.
The heat is on them from the truthers and majority of the people of this nation, what is the problem.+$$$$$$$$$$, blackmail, or traitors.

Find out who on this list has not co-sponsored this bill by looking at list previously posted by State, and then CALL EVERY ONE OF THEM BY THURSDAY (day before hearing)! Tell them if they do not support this bill at the final vote, then you will not be voting for them at the next Election, and MEAN IT! And it doesn't matter if its your guy or not. It is now 100% veto proof. GO RON PAUL!
Overriding a Veto
A president is required to state his objections to any legislation he vetoes. Alternately, the Congress is required to consider the president's objections as a form of recommendation. The Congress can choose to vote on recommended changes to the bill and send it to the president for his signing. It can let the legislation drop, which is what usually happens. Or, the Congress can attempt to override the veto.
To override a presidential veto, both houses of congress must pass a bill by a two-thirds majority. This is called a super-majority. In the Senate, this means a bill must have 67 (out of 100) votes. In the House of Representatives, a bill must pass with 290 out of 435 votes.
If this happens, a bill immediately becomes law 44 more senators are needed to make this a super majority! We don't even have 24 hours to make this happen.

Here's my holdout............. Mrs. Lois Capps - she is a royal turd. She's only in office because her husband died while in office in the late 90's and everyone felt bad. My Dad has called her "Lois Crapps" for years. Can you believe this sh*t!? 294 co-sponsors and in the economic times we are in, and she's a holdout! Arrrrrgh!!!!!! She'll get re-elected too, no matter what, because I live in Libtard central.

Problem is, they are going to push for a "Global Fed" - it's being called for more or less at the G20 right now. I am disgusted that “End the Fed” popular sentiment had to arrive so late, and now is coinciding perfectly with calls for empowering the IMF and transitioning to the “Global Fed”. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for auditing/ending the Fed, I'm just really disappointed in American adults who didn't give a sh*t until things hit them in the personal pocketbook ( last 18 months), and STILL most of those in the fight are under age 30. WTF is wrong here?

I said "Good we will not be voting for him, and his name will stay circulating on the internet as NOT BEING a Co-sponsor of HR 1207. If he/she can't support something as basic as transparency, then WE CAN'T SUPPORT HIM. Give him this message. If he does not change his position, and co-sponsor HR 1207 so that it is visible to the public, then we will be telling people to fire him in 2010. If he adds his name to the Co-Sponsor list today, we will take him off of this list and it won't be an issue. Last chance to get this right!

Every one of the people on the list I just posted are Democrats. However, the good news is that 11 of the Democrats are on the co-sponsor list that are from this committee.
On the Committee:
40 are Co-sponsors (including 11 Democrats and all of the Republicans) 30 are not on Co-sponsor list (and on the list above to be called)
