Police Torture and Sexually Assault Peaceful Man: Caught on Tape
Below one can download to one's hard drive a 39 minute and 30 second MP3 file of the audio recording of Lester Eugene Siler being brutally tortured, sexually assulted and terrorized for circa two hours in his home near Jacksboro, Tennessee on July 8, 2004 by Campbell County police officers Gerald David Webber, Samuel R. Franklin, Joshua Monday, Shayne Green and William Carroll. They did so in an attempt to coerce Siler into signing a so-called "consent" form supposedly giving them permission to search his home without a warrant.[1] Among other things, the officers beat him with slapjacks, electrocuted him by hooking his genitals up to a battery, threatened to murder him and do harm to his family, dunked his head in a toilet, etc. The policemen asked Eugene's wife, Jenny, and his son to leave the house before the torture commenced, and thanks to the quick thinking of Jenny, she turned on an audio recorder before she left which captured the first portion of the torture.

Note that the file from the wms.scripps.com address is actually an ASF file with a misnamed MP3 filename extension, of which in turn contains the audio recording in the MP3 format. I obtained the raw MP3 file by demuxing the ASF container using the DSM Converter in Media Player Classic, so absolutely no loss of audio quality resulted as it was not re-encoded (i.e., the MP3 data within the ASF container was simply extracted out unaltered).

1. Which makes such so-called "consent" forms that are used by the police not worth the paper they're printed on, since they don't actually demonstrate that consent was given, even assuming that a person's signature on them wasn't falsified.

Related to the Eugene Siler torture case, in the below I provide massive amounts of documentation wherein the U.S. government itself admits it is holding innocent people indefinitely without charges (including children and U.S. citizens), torturing them, raping them--including homosexually anally raping them--and murdering them, and that the orders to do so came from the highest levels of the U.S. government.
