[Sane....
Entire Video Here - Must See:

What We Saw Never before-released video of the WTC attacks

That's the question that i placed before the JREF http://forums.randi.org/showthread.php?t=92832 crowd, using this link:

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=5474006551011489413#7m50s

What do you guys think?  Right after the 'whistle' you see and hear 2 events.

The science expert JREFfers simply dismissed it as a flashes of light.

what i think, is that these videos are edited. right before the collapse of not one, but BOTH towers, the video and audio cut. an uncut version of the audio may have the recorded blasts. but in regards to those flashes, those look like detonations to me.

Flashes of light don't make "popping" noises.

Flashes occur at approximately 7:37, 7:45, 7:52, 7:53, 7:56

The towers are 110 storeys high, so by my estimate, the flashes occur at these positions and at these approximate times (it's very hard to pinpoint the exact times because the video won't feeze between each second and the next, and the estimated floors are only included to give a rough idea of position in the tower - they would need to be verified):

07:37 - 90th floor (small flash left of tower centre)
...7-8 second delay during which no flashes are visible...
07:45 - 80th floor (small flash left of tower centre)
...another 7-8 second delay during which no flashes are visible...

In the next 4 seconds a series of three flashes occur which seem to move down in a series.

07:52 - 75th floor (big flash, exact centre -- popping sound)
07:53 - 70th floor (big flash, exact centre)
07:54 - no flash visible
07:55 - no flash visible
07:56 - approx 55th floor (small flash left of centre)

I googled "demolition charge 8 second delay" to see if this is a standard delay for demolition charges, and found out that the Los Angeles Municiple Code INFORMATION BULLETIN on DEMOLITION BY USE OF EXPLOSIVES requires that
"A series of explosives shall last no longer than 8 seconds to minimize the effect of vibrations to
the adjacent properties." There were also some references to military detonators which use a standard 8 second or 15 second delay, but I don't know enough about that sort of thing to follow it up.

Any takers?

This is just speculation, but could the first two smaller flashes be evidence of a longer series or four bangs (to cut through supports on each side of the central core, thereby seriously weakening the structure symmetrically)? Could the second series be designed to take out some central columns further down so that the lower building would crumple under the weight from above?

Something like this...

07:37 Explosives fired in a 4 second series around about the 90th floor

...approx 4 second delay...

07:45 Explosives fired in a 4 second series around about the 80th floor

...approx 4 second delay...

07:52 Explosives fired in a 4 second series down through floors 75 to 55

You'd only need to rig seven floors in the upper half of the tower with explosive charges and then let gravity do the rest.
I heard something about a British guy saying unusual work was carried out in the 3 weeks leading up to the attack.

yep. evacuations, construction workers fumbling about, bomb sniffing dogs removed, etc etc etc all in the months and weeks before the "attack". people need to wake up to 9/11 soon, because the danger we now face makes 9/11 look like a midnight mugging.

I say let them stay asleep!, History proves the people don't deserve justice!
