I just saw this on digg.  I didn't know who to send it to on alex's crew.  I thought someone here would.  I know he'll love this and want to talk to the poor kid on his show.  Everyone should have a camera in there car for instances like this.  Watch this video, you won't believe it.

You can contact me at stgeorgeoutofcontrol@yahoo.com

This happened in a speed trap town in Missouri called St. George with only a few  officers that think they have more power than they really do. This happened outside of their jurisdiction and they have no police powers where they stopped me.

The commuter lot is open 24 hours a day and can be confirmed by calling 1-888-Ask-MoDOT.

You can see me pass the officer at :08 seconds as he naerly blocks the road as he sits waiting for the next car without license plate lates to come by.

You'll hear this officer tell me he'll make up "9 different charges" including resisting arrest before he has even tried to arrest me. You'll hear him say how I didn't use my turn signal and I was weaving when the video clearly proves him wrong.

I truly thought if I didn't suck up, I would be beaten and maybe killed.

I think the officers last name is Sgt. Kenline, but I am not sure on the spelling, if you know for sure, please email me.

Please excuse the clicking in the video.

This one is definitely real:

You can see the location here:

http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp?formtype=address&addtohistory=&address=I%2055%20%26%20Reavis%20Barracks%20Rd&city=Saint%20Louis&state=MO&zipcode=63101&country=US&geodiff=1

Click on aerial view, then zoom in a few times.  The commuter lot is in the southwest quadrant of the intersection of Hwy 55 and Reavis Barracks.  He was traveling southeast on Reavis Barracks until right before the Hwy 55 intersection.  I thought he was going to get onto 55 South, but he went into the commuter lot.  I'm not sure WHY he went there...

As bad as the cops might be, I'd get a video camera and strap it to my dashboard to catalogue the absolutely unbelievable drivers I've seen.  I think EVERYONE should have a couple cameras, one visible, one invisible, in their vehicles with them, for protection.  The trick is placing them just right so that if you are asked to step out of your vehicle to the side of it, you still get the footage.

You NEVER know when you'll need to defend yourself with video documentation.

American Gestapo! Amazing.

I would have liked to see the reaction on the cops face when the dude told him where he's going is his personal business! I love it.

Where do they get off making the dude get out, then move the car themselves! Where's the "Probable Cause" to even enter his vehicle? What, because the guy politiely told the cop to kiss my ass, it's none of your business where I'm headed?

Man, just imagine how it will be under serious Martial Law! Answer like that guy did, and you would likely get a bullet in the head.

NOTE...

For all your hidden camera needs, and any other security devises, check out the various spy store sites. Wireless lipstick cameras linked to a laptop should work wonders, etc.

Rock...Thanks for the video to show that not all cops are overgrown erections.

But the cop in the video that started this thread...unbelievable...I CAN COME UP WITH NINE REASONS...I'M GOING TO SIGHT YOU FAILING TO USE A TURN SIGNAL(video clearly shows him using the turn signal), RESISTING ARREST, FAILURE TO FOLLOW A LAWFUL ORDER, IMPEDING AN INVESTIGATION....the lies and crap that so easily came to out of this Sergeant mouth...you think he might have done that before?

And the check point video...I'm really amazed the audacity these cops have...I really like the part when cop got in laughing like a little school girl.

Here's one about campus police investigating a English major who wrote a fictional short story on murder and now they want him to submit to DNA samples.

According to the article, if he didn't submit they would retrieve it from his garbage (not sure if you can actually do that, scientifically I'm saying, of course without warrant illegaly.)

About damn time that these things start coming to light.  I wonder what the attorney for this piece of excrement is going to use as a defense for his client's actions.  It will probably be some good fiction material.
